This hotel is one of the hidden gems of Istanbul, and I stayed there 2 years ago and then 5 years ago and I can see that its service quality went sharply down especially on this visit despite their prices going sharply up.
Pleasant 4+ hotel in the lower part of the Istiklal Street. Great shopping, cafes, restaurants just minutes away on foot
So happy with service . Clean ,friendly staff . Good breakfast in top floor . Also there are three different restaurants in the hotel . The premises benefit form beautiful view .

Lovely hotel with great breakfast and brilliant views. Slightly disappointing cocktail list and bar service.
Clean. Near the taksim shopping street. Many pubs and nice street food. Staff are all very friendly but I have no idea why room service is very vary slow. Our luggage arrived to our room like an hour and a half after check in although we called for it like 5 times. All in all is good. I recommend.

Great place to stay in the middle of the shopping district. Family or solo this is a good hotel with lot of resturents inside and around. Shopping is just 50m away. On the main road with nice views. Modern imneties. Staff are polite and a always there to help. Breakfast spread is good. Hotel is a mix of modern and historic. Has 3 wings. Front desk people are very helpful. Its a bit noisy as it's facing the road and inner road, not for the silent sleepers. But overall it's an nice cosy hotel.
It s very close to Taksim Street, it s nice and decent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the 3 stars because the room was very noisy as it s located to the street and it was a weekend so every one is loud

We had a wonderful time in Rixos Pera Istanbul Hotel. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel is in an excellent location, in the Pera area of Istanbul, next to Istiklal. The room & bathroom, were excellent, clean, spacious and luxurious. The breakfast was very nice and is served at the hotel terrace with a lovely view of the city and sea. I would like to make a special mention for the staff. The people working there are friendly, polite and very professional. A small problem that occurred during our stay, was dealt in the best way and immediately by the front office manager Mr Nihat Kilic.
I want to express my deep gratitude to all the staff of the Rixos Pera Hotel for literacy and professionalism towards customers. Especially we want to express thanks to the girl Nicole. She perfectly met and accompanied throughout our entire stay.

Boring hotel .. nothing compared to the rating online.
Nice hotel but not the best value for money. Besides they have 2 3 annexes and the can put u on ground floor room with no view at all. Not recommended.
Instead of a proper 5* bath you get only a shower. That's very poor standard, you wouldn't expect from a 5*, but Rixos.

No masjid/prayer facility available. Not suitable for muslim events (as 2021 march). No idea about rooms.
