One of the best hotels I have visited in Istanbul close to Taksim

I loved the place,
- Comfortable;
- Luxury;
- We reach all the places we need to go easily and in a short time because first the staff is very friendly and helpful, second the hotel is situated in a very strategical point;
- I insist on the good staff, helpful, friendly, smiley (very important issue in a country u dont know anybody), well equiped (the stuff especially Mr. Nuri do his best to answer all the questions you have and he is ready to ask and give you all answers you want);
- Very good food and service;
- Very clean.
I highly recommend it. Our experience, my husband and me, is very good there especially it is the first time for us at Istanbul.
If we will go again to visit Istanbul sure we will go Rixos Pera.

Good place except staff at the Gym (no English), no access during our stay, because the the person at the Gym (tall Lady = 0 English). I do prefer another place with English speaking

It is a perfect place in terms of service and quality, I would recommend you to visit the bar of the hotel quietly to drink coffee and to relieve stress. Especially thank you for your service from Gokhan Bey in the bar. You are perfect

I was staying at Rixos Pera Istanbul for a week and I really enjoyed their service and the attitude of their employees. Everyday when we go for breakfast around 9-10am, the hotel housekeeping cleaned and made our room perfect. The housekeeping was usually done twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Usually they leave small cakes and pastries for us every evening.

The rooms service and the variety of their foods and drinks were on spot. We have ordered room service and dinner around 3 in the morning, and surprisingly they deliver in around 20-30 minutes.

The hotel itself has the Royal Cafe in the ground floor, Starbucks, Irish Pub and Turkish Kebab restaurant (Kevok). The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, business center, spa and wellness center. The most important part is the Golden Hour restaurant on the roof top where they serve the breakfast and you can dine there for lunch and dinner with wide range of choices.

The hotel is located very close to Istiklal street and Taksim square. If you are lucky, you can get rooms with Golden Horn view.

The dishes were crazy-dehsetti, the desserts were fantastically delicious, the venue was outstanding ... the staff were friendly and friendly.

Luxury hotel amzing stuff and help full . Many facility in room what even you don't need. Great location. They even book for you a table in many restaurants and lounge

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel , Mr Ahmet at the reception was very helpful he made sure everything was the way we wanted and made us feel like we are at home. Many thanks to the friendly and kind staff at the rooftop restaurant for breakfast specially the chef Mr ofok who was making sure everything is available for his guests , thanks to Mr niyazi for his kindness and best service. We will definitely come back .

The hotel is considered one of the high-end and luxurious places and has a staff that speaks English and provides all assistance to the guests and understands their desires, the site enjoys a wonderful view of the Golden Horn from the hotel's father and from the roof where the restaurant is located The rooms are designed with a beautiful classic character and comfortable The hotel is steps away from Istiklal Street. Notes: There is no swimming pool nor private parking and the father is a bit small

Park amdan Pera is located on the terrace. A stylish new generation pub on weekends, live music on certain days and wine and cheese plate during the week is a good flavor stop against the magnificent view. The place where Hajer and Mahmut's hands are touched is always assertive :)

Excellent and very upscale, very luxurious inside and out. The furniture is classic, model, and quiet, although it is very close to Taksim Street and is safe. Everyone who wants to climb must put the key in the elevator ... and breakfast on the roof overlooks the sea, as well as the eggs, omelette, when you order fresh. Sauna and club are available free of charge and massages are charged ... There is a cafe and a restaurant overlooking the street.

Good, but noisy, the isolatiins of windows not could, noisy at weekend because of clubs

Furnishings, service, location: Everything deserves absolutely 5 stars.

It is a high class Hotel. The location is nice. Bit old fashioned for taste but classy. We had a Junior Suite and it was a really really beautiful. Only negative point is that the mattress needs a replacing

But the internet is very weak and there is no sound insulation in the room. All the sounds are down the street. We hear them in the room. The lobby is small, the breakfast menu is limited and repetitive, and the carpets are old.
The family suite is small, with one bathroom, and without shower
The elevator is small

Great hotel that is located in a good location (near sheshane metro station).
The irritating things in this hotel are
1) the nosie from both in-hotel and out-of-hotel
2) the fact that they don't have access for wheelchairs or baby trollies ( there's one picture showing the entrance)

I stayed at Rixos in Istanbul. This was my first time in Istanbul but my parents have been before. Honestly this is one of the NICEST hotels I ve ever stayed at. I had surgery here in Istanbul and they were so helpful and it was easy for me to relax and feel at home. The service is amazing and not to mention the decor is STUNNING. Really recommend this hotel and its in Taksim square which is really good for nearby shopping!
Thank you to Elif the manager and the other staff for being so helpful and delivering my breakfast to my room for the first few days of my surgery.
They also have a Starbucks, rooftop restaurant and a garden area included.
Loved the experience here

If you want to get a quality service in the middle of the city, you cannot find better than rixos pera.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is luxury and stylish in the heart of Istanbul around the corner of Istiklal Avenue. Great interiors, nice hamam in the basement, spectacular views from the rooftop. The staff of friendly, special thanks to Ahmet. I would stay there again and I would recommend it for everyone who like quality, style and central location.

It looks like a very beautiful hotel, but in the service sector it does not pull even 2 stars, my friends and I settled there on April 4, from the first day we started having problems with the key card, we could not fix it all day, and in the end we admitted that the castle was not working properly, they didn't even apologize, the restaurant on the top floor lives its own life in the evening, where the waiter can do whatever he wants, I have a video where instead of pineapple, he brought us a stub from a branch, and the prices in it are cosmic, so the owner doesn't it would hurt to change the manager, because he does not care about the visitors, I wanted to see him several times to express my dissatisfaction, but I could not

Location: centrally located nect to istaklal street, 5 min from Shishan metro, accessible from all the major locations.
Accommodation: nice and cosy, excellently maintained.
Breakfast: a variety of choices nicely cooked.
Staff: very helpful, cant forget the lady who would prepare our room - always with a big smile, clean and tidy rooms!

Everything was perfect. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well located and the staff very polite and helpful. Although they don t offer private parking, the hotel is situated really close to a big public one with good prices (28TRY/24h).
The hotel features a rooftop restaurant, a bar, an English pub and even a Starbucks.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, not worth the five stars.

If you want a 5 stars hotel with one of the best views in town then this is the place.
The restaurant at the top is highly recommended even if you were not a guest. Great view specially at sunset, great place for special occasions and delicious food. Service is worthy of a 5 stars rank, you could ask the staff anything and they will accommodate your requests.

I stay in Rixos Pera Istanbul for 5 nights because I experienced the Rixos Service in Dubai, I think Rixos Brand Manager should review this Branch Management performance!
Very dirty rooms, Owfull Services, Problem in AC, Broken Window shields, Problem in room key electronic Card ... and in one sentence It is not qualified even as a 3star hotel! I Will never Choose Rixos again in any part of the world. I had a meeting with the front desk General Manager and explained all the issues by details to him.

Very nice and very central hotel just behind the shopping street, taksim square and the galata tower. Clean rooms and evenings bring you sweets offered. Included in the price is breakfast, sauna, Turkish bath and gym

The best hotel its really 5 stars hotel and the best in takseem

One of my worst experience in terms of service. The staff is very rude and completely unprofessional. The hotel has a very weird way to access the rooms, you have to go to the basement and change another life after a long walk to head to the room.
I called the staff for an extra tea cup to take some medicine and he was super duper rude asking me - how many people are there in the room? If you are two - why do you need a third cup?
Like seriously? I have to now give account of how many cups I need, next what you will ask me how much water I use in the bathroom and will you decide how much two people need?
I needed cotton discs for removing makeup - and even without understanding the guy refused we don t have it. They of course did, cos one packet was already in the room.

Such bad treatment of your guests - I ve never experienced this even in a small B&B or 3-star. They also don t bother you when you have such small requests and happily serve you.

Plus the street noise is in your room until 3am - had hard time sleeping.

I don t recommend this hotel, we stayed in two other properties earlier in the same area and they were so good.

It was a great hotel the service was good exept at last it was ruined because we received our bags 1hour after checkin even though we did tell them to bring them down many times.
