Perfect hotel to stay in Istanbul / Taksim. Outstanding Service and great staff. Go and try the rooftop Restaurant. You will be surprised.

Excellent hotel with excellent customer service.

The staff, from the waiter to the housekeeping to the front desk are friendly, helpful and do their job very professionally.

The rooms as well as the public area are tastefully furnished and are thoroughly cleaned daily.

Our stay was comfortable, the staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and the amenities were really helpful. The breakfast was really perfect with a live station. The housekeeping staff were very nice. I loved the smells they use!! It was a very good experience..

Good hotel, staff and location. Rooms could be bigger

The air conditioner did not work in our room for heating. The master was summoned. For a long time something was busy there. And we had to move at 1 am to another room. As for the Rixos, this is not beautiful. Could have done something as an excuse. Some kind of dinner or fruit in the room. Many hotels do this. Booked a room with the sea on the first day it was not. And rooms with a sea view are more expensive. The elevator is weird too. Well, the service is good, everyone is polite. I often ate in a restaurant on the first floor. The food is delicious. Shrimp is not on the menu, but it was cooked at our request. Nice French music

The location is excellent and the staff is good but do not confuse the sound insulation in the rooms

When I arrived my room wasn t up to standards and was immediately upgraded to my own private suite. The location and everything Rixos Pera offered made my trip so enjoyable and easy. Loved staying there and can t wait to visit again.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in !! Very clean very good breakfast the staff the is the best of the best all of them .. the hotel smells wonderful when you do your check in they give you treat at your room ...also has hairdresser massage gym ! It's one minute from taksim .!! Keep up the good work you guys

Nice hotel and good services but best to be in the first building because the corridor among them is particularly annoying in winter

Truly a 5 star hotel which can be difficult to find in Istanbul as I've often stayed in places here that claim to be 5 star but then only disappoint.
From the moment we arrived we felt welcome by the front of desk who checked us in within minutes. We had a standard double and it was lovely, very traditional style decor but fully equipped. The complementary organic spa toiletries smelt gorgeous and the shower always had hot water available.
Breakfast had plenty of options and was served on the rooftop where we could enjoy the beautiful winter sunrise.
Only stayed for 2 nights, would have loved to have tried the spa but didnt get a chance (so cant comment).
Only thing I can have an issue with is the noise, not sure if sound proofing the rooms is an option but it would really help as the noise from the clubs can be heard throughout the early hours.

It has a restaurant with a great view and delicious food. Personnel concerned.

The hotel is excellent in all respects, the most important of which is the service is very good and the staff are all wonderful, for me it is number one in service

The building I passed in front of this hotel every day. The lobby and reception were very nice. Although I couldn't evaluate the rooms and the service because I only used the lobby hall for a business meeting, the details of the classic elements of the lobby hall and the colors, the elegance of the materials were heartwarming.

We had the best time at this hotel and the staff took care of us. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be near the action and have a nice time.

The hotel is beautiful and upscale, it is distinguished by its proximity to the most important places Taksim and Istiklal Street and its speed of access to it. And its proximity to the metro station
The staff were great and helpful, the room was once nice, clean and an acceptable size.

It is a high class Hotel. Bit old fashioned for taste but classy. We had a Junior Suite and it was a really really beautiful. Only negative point is that the mattress needs a replacing

Lousy manager (not duty manager) and lousy staff. Hotel was good, breakfast was good. Great location but all the fun was gone with the attitude of the manager and concierge who could never get any bookings on time. I

Great service and hospitality had a good time and they re nice enough to keep your luggage so you can check out and explore the city more if you have a night flight

Amazing hotel, really clean and luxury, the staff we're amazing and friendly. The breakfast was on the roof and it was delicious, service was great, wifi on point. The rooms and the spa were absolutely stunning. The hotel scent was lavender which was gorgeous. I would so go back to this hotel in future. You can't go wrong with his amazing hotel.

very expensive , non hospitality, you can find in Istanbul cheaper and much better hotels.

Good location if you're a tourist (minutes away from Sultanahmet, yet less traffic). Beautifully designed rooms, clean, friendly staff. You get a good 5 star experience when in the room. The things I didn't like are that they take 100% deposit when you check in (as if you're gonna run away), wifi is very slow, staff can give you wrong information. Check the view in my photos

Very good with very clean and pandemic rules, disinfected everywhere, relevant, experienced and knowledgeable employees.

Usually when you get bad reception, you will Disappointed, we came after a long trip, we had some issues whith our reservation, we had to wait in the reception, the receptionist onur wasn t welcoming and he didn t even serve water! Even they re served water and coffee for people from another nationalities !!!!

Very nice hotel. Close to Taksim Square. A lot of food, clothing, convenient stores, etc. around the hotel. No worries about where to eat.

The hotel is great and the staff are helpful .. very comfortable and clean especially the smell of the lobby is very nice .. close to the division and at the same time far from the noise .. breakfast daily there is a dish or two plates .. I will repeat the visit

This is the third time I stay at Rixos Pera. I keep coming back to this hotel because of the excellent service, facilities and location. The staff are very friendly and I would especially like to thank Ahmet, Ugur, Fateh and Hilal for doing everything to make our stay comfortable.

Like all rixos hotels, luxery, well organized, rooms are clean and very comfortable... But the best of Rixos is the staff , Where let u feel really like at home .

Great location, this hotel comprised of Three historical buildings, next to the British embassy, and close to most attractions and places of interset.
Staff are so friendly, Rooms are very good, just the bath rooms need some works, as you can notice the rust in certain parts, in addition, the water will come out from the shower box if not paid enough attention to the water direction while taking your shower.

2.BLOKTA AIR CONDITIONERS HEATING AFTER A PERIOD, THE FIRST BLOCK MAY BE MORE FASTER. THE RESTAURANT VIEW IN THE ROOF GAYET BEAUTIFUL, THE BREAKFAST WAS THE SUFFICIENT PRICE PERFORMANCE BALANCE. LOCATION SUPER.

Beautiful hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Located right in the city center, plenty of shops and restaurants surround the hotel. You can get to any place in Istanbul with cheap taxis.
During the check-in I was offered an upgrade :)

The location was good but the service , the room they upgraded for us when we arrived was super excellent , the breakfast place has an amazing view , they have singer on weekend nights , the feeling is extremely comfortable , I enjoyed it a lot

Very nice hotel, great staff and great location. I came with my family, they have very nice facilities. The room that I booked is spacious and have one setting area completely separate from the bedroom and two bathroom. Highly advised to book with it
