We really enjoyed it, and the SERVICE and the food, the entertainment is all free. Good hamam and sauna. And what a huge pool ...... 5 points. Everything is cool and on the bagatomu, with taste.

Quality asset and superb location. However quality of service (especially check-in and transport) and cleanness of spa swimming pool are far below 5* standards. Please note the constraction works right next to the cottage accomodation

An excellent spa complex. Everything is done at the highest level. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Three meals a day at the Azhur restaurant. There is a medical center, where they provide various health procedures (I especially liked the whirlpool bath with herbal concentrates). I also recommend visiting the Dreamwood Amusement Park, which has many different attractions. Children will love it. You can also visit a Japanese garden, though I do not advise you to take a carriage. There are a lot of steps.
In general, I advise you to visit this health resort complex. We liked everything very much. We will definitely visit again in the future.

4.5. There are things that are ill-conceived (in the bathrooms). There are things that are unfinished (the cuisine in a la carte restaurants), but otherwise, everything is wonderful! And in 20 years, if everything goes well, there will be paradise here!

For the second time in 5 years I have spent a long weekend here with the event and for the second time I am completely satisfied. Yes, the maids do not yet reach the level of Zurich :) but the reception, restaurants, spa center work absolutely at the level! In other places the hotel was not :). And most importantly, to leave our gray Moscow for the pleasant sea air to a handsome hotel, it's great! In the photo, this is my second hour in a warm outdoor pool. Fire!

Chic hotel in a huge area, attentive staff. Rickshaws go all over the territory on small cars, ready to give you a lift to any place you wish. Very pleasant to walk in the parks, admiring the beauty of nature.

Fab place! One of it s kind in the area. Spectacular sea and mountain views. Location is perfect, easy to reach Yalta and Sevastopol. Highly recommend, number one place to visit in Crimea. Great staff, speak English

The rooms are not checked before checking in (not working air conditioning in the room, repaired every day) !!!! The qualifications of the technical staff at a very low level did not manage to solve the problem !! Yes, and the air conditioner is configured so that it turns off when airing, it is impossible to make comfortable conditions for air exchange and heat !!! And the windows are glued with tape, because it is windy - this is a cherry on the throne for a 5 * hotel !!! Plumbing is leaking in the shower room, broken pixels on the TV, a broken crib (how can you not check all this and not support the employees of the 5 * hotel in proper condition !!!!). The number of the category "Family Suite" is absolutely not intended for families with children, and in general the family !!! I explain: on the website of the mri when booking it is not indicated that there is no bathtub and this is not visible on the proposed photos! and bathing a baby in the bath in the shower is not convenient, it is impossible to drain the water after bathing without pouring the entire room behind a glass wall! Further, having a shower room behind a glass partition is not a solution for a family room! family members can take a shower and go to bed at different times, the room itself is two-room, designed for a family, and I don t interfere with each other taking a shower !!! There is no hood in the toilets !!! Doors do not close everywhere tightly, the family a happy holiday! There is no ceiling lighting in the bedroom, only a dim light night lamp, and if the room implies 4 adults, then this is unacceptable (again, everyone has a different regime of the day)! Now the kids club: there is no floor heating, but it is cold, children in socks; near the maze very blowing from the window! Animators do not work badly with young children 2-4 years old! The territory is not intended for walks with wheelchairs and disabled people! The lack of ramps and routes for walking! One way to the sea with pretty steep lists and climbs! The territory is planned only for hiking! And you have 5 * !!! Thanks only to your cooks !!! Very tasty and varied !!! For both adults and children !!!

Thanks to year-round loading from bank subsidies in this sanatorium, the staff is busy all year round, and constancy leads to an increase in competitive qualities.

The concierge service offers guided tours, but groups are not always recruited. Maybe just not everyone knows about them?

Great location, an insane amount of work has gone into building and organizing this resort every day. A picturesque place, of course, I would like to have more such places or similar ones and more people could get there. Thanks to all the staff, for my 33 years I have not seen a better place, and my child is generally delighted, probably he will remember this for a long time.

I have been working there for several years. I like that the company never saves on guests. It s like a small town with EVERYTHING! And most importantly, this hotel does not have to live in order to visit there. It is enough to simply purchase a deyuz and at your disposal almost all the benefits of this little paradise. To come to Mriyu in low season was our big mistake. How amazing was the vacation here in September, so terribly left their 10 days in late February. Very noisy due to the construction of new villas and reconstruction of the beach. Who has a view of the sea - nothing yet, but a view of the vineyard - even hang yourself - the noise of the building day and night, heavy trucks and cement trucks ply under the windows constantly.
You can t hide from the inside, either, because because of the children are free campaign, there are almost more children than little children than adults. They are everywhere. We are not against children, but give time / place to the rest of the guests to sit in silence in a restaurant, watch serious films in a movie theater without being distracted by jumping children who do not care about the film. At least half an hour a day in the sauna and pool, so that you can just swim and bask without kids scurrying back and forth ...
As for medicine, fitness, service in the restaurant - all this is at the highest level, and many thanks to the staff for this.
But after breakfast on the day of departure, my wife was poisoned and cannot eat anything on the second day - be careful about salads (I did not take it and stayed healthy).

My assessment is not for the hotel, but for the staff.
A striking example of when the majority of employees who are obliged to solve emerging problems, and not create them, are mediocrities, not able and not willing to work at the proper level.
A hotel in which accommodation is MORE EXPENSIVE than in the Ritz Carlton ABU DHABI, while the rooms do not have a coffee machine, and there are no fresh juices, cappuccino and latte for breakfast!
A hotel in which they are not ashamed to call and ask to "correct" the review for the better, and not because the claims are unfounded, but because they are not getting enough marks!
Luxury hotel, swimming pools, amusement park, Japanese garden, escalators from the beach ...
Everything fades when duties are performed this way.
We rested from 1 to 5 July 2020 with a family of 6 people. We took 2 rooms: standard and suite.
1. When checking in at 19 o'clock, it turned out that the suite was not ready (despite the fact that when paying and driving up they called and reminded about the need for a baby bed and the organization of an extra bed). All calls to the reception and to the customer service that the children needed to be put to bed did not bring success until 23 o'clock.
2. At check-in (01.07) they reminded about the birthday (02.07) of the eldest son (20 years old). 02.07 reminded 3 (THREE) more times .... NOTHING!
03.07 reminded again! Received a compliment from the hotel and a discount voucher for the restaurant. The discount was no longer needed, and the compliment looked like a "squeezed out" handout.
4. At 9 o'clock we went on an excursion and left information about the need to clean the room. Came back at 4 pm and found a cleaning rag and ONE bed cleaned up! No replenishment, no cleaning! We contacted all possible services 5 times with a request to put things in order and replenish water / tea leaves ... NOTHING!
At 22 o'clock, after a dispute with the customer service, water was brought. All!
In the evening, we found an envelope-notification of the end of the stay and the debt for washing the car of 1500r. (WHICH WAS NOT) and a debt of 270 rubles. for a cup (ONE) cappuccino at one of the breakfasts.
When discharged for the "invented" car wash without apology 1500r. removed, and 270 rubles, citing the lack of trifles, tried to round up to 300 rubles.
We asked for a certificate of the epidemiological environment (no contact with infected people on the territory of the hotel), because left for another hotel. After a number of clarifications in the depths of their specialists, it was proposed to undergo a therapist (1500 rubles per person). But, after talking with a dozen different employees of the hotel and the medical center and only thanks to the head of the medical center PERSONALLY), she wrote them out to us on her own responsibility for free.

This is one of the best resort to visit in crimea and have total relax. This property is huge and have all the amenities. Medical center, spa and massage, sauna, hamam and mini amusement park. Its has its own beach and Japanese garden. Clean and nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. A must visit place in Russia. Situated in the foot of hills and beach on other side.

The place is gorgeous! A huge landscaped area with a wonderful Japanese garden, thermal baths and waterfalls. Dreamwood fairytale park of wonders with attractions, water park. There is a Turkish hammam, several types of saunas, an Altai bath, a spa center, a medical center with a full range of services, and a personalized medicine clinic. More than 10 restaurants and bars. I love this hotel, I visit it every year for 4 years. The service is top notch, cleanliness of the rooms, a variety of dishes on the buffet. But, the rest is not cheap. The best hotel in Crimea, has repeatedly won various awards in the hotel industry.

Yes, the delight is the Japanese Garden and its employees, the beach, the tree in Dreamwood ... but what about the parrots in the lobby, they sleep all the time, their plumage is faded, reactions to strangers are zero. Oh, and, I understand, there are isolated cases, in general, in the room behind the curtain they found a bottle from past tenants (I don't remember the number).
Many things are unnecessary luxury, unjustified by anything, but at the same time confusing the eyes and mind of relaxed visitors.
