Maulin Home Care Services Review

I have been working for this company for over 4 years and I was referred to them by Chris Knowlton. In my opinion Maulin Home Care is a great company to work for and I have never had any issues with this company. Their care givers are responsible and reliable. The knowlton family wasn t the best people to work for and I understand why their care givers quit. Nothing to do with the company since the knowltons referred all their caregivers to the company. The knowltons had me care for their six children and when I inquired to the company about more pay the knowltons told me I couldn t be trusted. Sometimes when you have gone through several care givers, the problem may not always be the agency but the family themselves. Even their caregivers outside the agency have quit working with the family. Since leaving the knowlton family I have had the best experience with Maulin home care. The staff are very nice and always helpful. I have referred serval friends and family members to Maulin home care and they too have had a great experience with the company. We all enjoy working for Maulin home care.

I am a special needs mom and, I have the honor and privilege of serving families like mine through Maulin Home Care Services. Caregivers build relationships with their clients and the families they serve. I have been a caregiver with Maulin Home Care Services for 10 years. And, I have had the privilege of meeting and serving some awesome families. Goal #1 is establishing trust and a channel of open communication. Maulin maintains a high standard for trust and communication from application process through orientation and scheduled in-service trainings. This position requires a trained eye, a trained ear and a trained heart to serve this special community of clients.

Don't ever use this agency for respite care! They hire very low skilled and irresponsible caretakers. They are very unreliable and don't show up half the time, or they will quit on you after the first day. One of them will steal from you. One of them will simply walk off the assignment and leave your child unattended. That's child abandonment. If you get referred to them, demand another agency!

I highly recommend Mualin. I am a caregiver there and we are always trained with Skills of working with mentally delayed children and Adults. we also required to pass back round check and we interview with parents for they can be comfortable to care for their children or Adults.
