Plumbing is leaking in the shower room, broken pixels on the TV, a broken crib (how can you not check all this and not support the employees of the 5 * hotel in proper condition !!!!). The number of the category "Family Suite" is absolutely not intended for families with children, and in general the family !!! I explain: on the website of the mri when booking it is not indicated that there is no bathtub and this is not visible on the proposed photos! and bathing a baby in the bath in the shower is not convenient, it is impossible to drain the water after bathing without pouring the entire room behind a glass wall! Further, having a shower room behind a glass partition is not a solution for a family room! family members can take a shower and go to bed at different times, the room itself is two-room, designed for a family, and I don t interfere with each other taking a shower !!! There is no hood in the toilets !!! Doors do not close everywhere tightly, the family a happy holiday! There is no ceiling lighting in the bedroom, only a dim light night lamp, and if the room implies 4 adults, then this is unacceptable (again, everyone has a different regime of the day)! Now the kids club: there is no floor heating, but it is cold, children in socks; near the maze very blowing from the window! Animators do not work badly with young children 2-4 years old! The territory is not intended for walks with wheelchairs and disabled people! The lack of ramps and routes for walking! One way to the sea with pretty steep lists and climbs!
