Very nice place u have to sleep here I love the nature and the food is amazing definetly a spot to go to ,the service is good from the beginning to the end.

I only went here for dinner and the food was mostly European with very good quality. I also took a walk around the area and it was so beautiful. I would love to visit this place again and stay here for some days if I visit Tanzania again in the future.

If you go there only to breathe the air, sit by the river or stroll the gardens...it is enough. But you can actually dine and lodge there. It's a beautiful place

A bit overpriced lodge in a big park. Very nice rooms. Meals in the Restaurant could need a bit more inspiration. Always same menu since years. Children love their pizza.

This place is beautiful and peaceful. The sound of the river nearby combined with the beauty of big trees makes this place special.

Rivertrees Country Inn was a great first stop on our adventure into Tanzania. We had flown in pretty late into JRO so we spent the night nearby at Rivertrees. The staff was very kind and accommodating and our mini cottage was clean and comfortable. If we stayed for more than a night, we definitely could have enjoyed the grounds more, which are full of unique vegetation and birds. The communal breakfast and dinner accommodations were lovely and the food was very good. Thank you, River Trees, for a great introduction into Africa!

Have been there several times and food is amazing. Highly recommended to have pork ribs anytime and salad bar on weekdays

Great ambience and good coffee. A nice place to sit around and relax. Pizza is really fantastically done, wood fired with good amounts of toppings, lots of cheese. Definitely worth trying!

We both loved the accommodations and hospitality but we both got sick from eating breakfast.

Lovely rooms, gorgeous small pool, and the staff are extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.

The place is wonderful, refreshing and cool also but they only care for outsiders mostly though they both have the same services, I think it will be quite wise if they consider this

Nice cozy and fairly clean, impassable pool because very dirty water, convenient to parks and to Arusha. Mediocre cuisine

WARNING! Our family of 13 stayed here for 2 nights in February 2019. 2 of our credit cards were stolen and used for a total of $34,000! at different curio shops. I also had another credit card and although they didn't take the card they took the numbers and tried to charge $4,000 to Sameless Adventures which is fraudulent. Both my card and information was taken out of my room my brother-in-law on property also. I believe there is a ring of corruption going on since same curio shops were used. Rivertrees was very defensive and offered no concern, something is truly amiss!

Nice hotel about an hour from the intern. Airport. Well maintained complex with bungalows, clean, even in the evening at 11 we got great freshly prepared pizza, the specialty of the house, from our own wood stove. Food otherwise delicious. Quick access to the Arusha NP. Calm.

Fantastic place after the trip from Spain. To rest and gain strength. With a pool next to the river and beautiful trees full of monkeys that seem to play around you. Very friendly staff.

Just reviewing the dining experience..

Here 4 Xmas lunch opted for a burger and not the special buffet. Service was slow and we had to ask multiple times for utensils, napkins etc..fries were a let down and the burger was too undercooked..and lacked the juiciness and flavor of a premium burger.

It's a nice place it has good food and also one of the most beautiful surrounding. Everyone enjoyed alot also there service is good and the waiters are really nice and charming.

Great staff, location, food and drink. The monkeys on the grounds are a nice little bonus.

Spent one night here in transit to Serengeti. A lovely lodge. Very natural surroundings with lots of little monkeys in the vicinity. Was lovely to watch them playing in the trees around the rooms. Would highly recommended this place.

One of the best places I've stayed. The cabins are spectacular and the beds very comfortable and with mosquito nets all around, the beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. The gardens are beautiful and, if you notice, you can see monkeys in the trees. The food is great and the staff very friendly. Perfect

River trees is a beautiful lodge and open air restaurant. The pizza is quite good and the rest of the menu very good. They have a pool. You may enjoy seeing wildlife like colour monkeys and blue monkeys. As well different birdsong small mammals. Lovely gardens and they grow their own veggies.
