RIVA Motorsports Review

I had a great experience with Riva, me and my girlfriend came in one day to purchase a dual jet ski trailer our sales person who i cant remember his name was very helpful and just an overall badass dude. We were going to purchase the cheaper model of trailer but our sales rep convinced us otherwise and im glad we went with the more expensive model! The trailer is a great fit and everything is made with high quality materials. The first trailer had a problem with the axle which left us stranded on the side of the road, so they sent over a tow truck replaced our trailer and threw in a few goodies for our troubles. Everyone was very professional and all our issues were handled very professionally. Highly recommend going in and talking to someone! (I think his name was Mike but not sure lol walk in front door and turn right were the jetskis are and his desk was the second desk i think) Thanks again!

Stay away. Not honest mechanics. Riva estimate thousands and another mechanic find the problem is easy to resolve with two hundreds fifty.

Gus, was excellent on helping me with bike purchase really impress with his professionalism and willingness to help the price and quality of motorcycle was exactly as described in website no surprises will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike. Bike was ship to NJ and they clean and fill the bike before shipping company pick up great service.

I would recommend Riva to anyone because of the friendly treatment and the patience shown by the dealer as I had special circumstances.

After driving through the parking lot and saw the owner's new Porsche SUV parked under cover in the back, I suspected that I would help pay for it if I did business with this place.

Anyway, I was looking for a bike to buy with cash burning a hole in my pocket, no body approached me. After what seemed to be a half hour I left, and bought a bike elsewhere.

Later, because of time constraints so forced to go here, my suspicion of being overcharged was found correct. Riva made a 30% premium on parts compared to another place. While I was waiting for the repair, service sales guys were yelling with each other.

Terrible customer service. They ordered the wrong part after I specifically told them what was needed, and then they got frustrated with me for asking how that could happen and asking what would happen to the money I already spent on the wrong items. The parts guy was arguing back and sighing in frustration over THEIR mistake. Total incompetence and rudeness.

Just bought 2 new dirt bikes for my kid . His both racing bikes got stolen and I would have hoped a little more understanding on getting a deal on these . Unfortunately I didn t because of the pandemic I was told .

As always my goto place when I purchase a new ski or to service it! Thank you again to Emil! In and out in under an hour and everything was ready to go when I arrived!

RIVA Motorsports is fantastic. They have an excellent selection of new and used motorcycles and the staff is super knowledgeable.

Very poor service department. Understaff!! Don t buy extra warranty!! They will take weeks to service .

This year I bought a 2019 Stage 2 Yamaha FX in May and again purchased a 2021 stage1 rxtx300 a week ago from Riva motorsports. The prices are the best and the level of service and professionalism you receive is unmatched. Dave runs the show, Mike is one of the best techs/mechanics around. Ask for Anthony in sales at the pompano store and you will not be disappointed.

Bought 5 Yamaha waverunners from Marco Rueda gave me a super deal Chris gave me top dollar for my old skis mike in service is great also and terry in parts very knowledgeable on parts and especially high performance had me upgraded to stage 3 kits and I never lost a race a first class operation

Everyone was helpful and pleasant. I have been looking at bikes since I sold my royal star. I have always felt welcome even when I was not ready to buy.

Stopped by to get an appraisal of my current cycle. Appraiser not on-site/available on regular business day. edit: Yes, repair shop looked open, but was not stopping by for that. Will stop in there next time I look to purchase with trade. Ty for the response.

My last review was negative bc i felt i wasnt being handled with care as a customer should but this morning i got an amazing call from mark i believe the vp of sales and he really took care of me really showed me customer servuce and thats all a customer wants i really appreciate that and what he is doing for me great group of guys i was just a little upset with the service but given the circumstances they are doing their best and thats all you can ask wanna say thats to the vp again for the customer service!!!!!! You guys are awesome.

After working with Jason as my service writer I felt compelled to write this review. It is rare to deal with someone who is so mature, business-like, & professional at the service department of a PWC dealer.

Maybe my expectations were too low because I'd become so used to dealing with know-nothing, smug, unprofessional people at the service departments of car dealers and other jet ski dealers that I wasn't expecting much.

He took in my 2015 RXPX which was only getting 7500RPM. He took time to explain to me the sorts of things they would investigate with the unit and also the common problem areas that they see. He under-promised and over delivered when it came to the timing of when they would get it in the shop to look at it.

Very professional and positive attitude. I will be asking for him anytime I go there. In the IT world he would make a great project manager. If he isn't making AT LEAST 6 figures they are strongly under paying him. People like him are very hard to find.

I purchased a pre-owned Sea Ray boat from Riva Motorsports recently and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. My sales guy was Mike Merz who was helpful and informative; even letting me see the boat when it was being serviced at their service center. I also dealt with Chris Aiello who inspected my trade-in and gave me a fair price for it.
The day I picked up my new boat was very busy, and I had to wait a long time to see the business manager but the staff at Riva was very apologetic about the wait and made every effort to make it up to me. But what really made the whole experience great was the fact that Chris stood behind the sale and fully covered a few repairs that the boat needed and that I had discovered a day after I purchased by new boat.

I would have given them 5 stars but they didn't have the part I needed

There is no such thing as a VIP service, by the way, we paid for that. Three weeks passed by without updates and still waiting. When you call to the service department to learn about how they are doing, otherwise you will not know ....... and ......... after multiple calls ........... they still don t know when the service and warranty claims will be completed/addressed. Status ........ let me check ...... really! After three weeks it s unacceptable.

I worked with Sal and he was great. They got me exactly what I wanted and when I wanted it. I signed a few sheets of paper, got the accessories and go fast parts I needed and I was out the door. Quick and painless. Thanks Sal & Riva!

Really Disappointed in their customer service. Took my son to buy a jetski, met with Carlos in Sales. My son told him what ski he wanted and the exact color, even showed him a pic of it, which Carlos repeated as he typed into his computer. Due to covid, a 2020 wasn't available so Carlos informed us we had to get a 2021 and wait a month or 2, which was no big deal. During this wait, Carlos called me no less than 3 times to upsell me on a more expensive ski, which I politely declined each time. When our ski came in and was delivered, you can imagine our surprise when it was the wrong color, and not one we particularly liked. I called Carlos right away and for the first time said the 2021 model doesn't come in the color we asked for. This was NEVER mentioned to me in any of the calls he made to upsell me, and on top of that, I had already ordered a custom wrap for Christmas for my son from another company. Carlos NEVER apologized, NEVER took responsibility, NEVER tried to rectify the situation. All he said was, "I don't know what to tell you." Seriously? Fortunately, the wrap company, SCS Unlimited was AWESOME, and THEIR customer service switched out our order which was already printed, to a new one, no issues, and they didn't even do anything wrong. With so many other dealers, they've lost what could've been a life long customer. Absolutely horrible, take your business elsewhere folks! But if you want an awesome wrap from a great company try SCS Unlimited!

My review of Riva is mixed because I have had both great experiences here and a rather bad one; however I will say that despite my bad experience I have continued coming back. The guys did their best to make up for the situation and since then have been very friendly with me. In fact they almost treat me like family now. And when I bought my 3 new skis from them, they gave me an amazing price. Everyone who works there is friendly and does their best to be as helpful as possible. I'll be back again and again.

Salesperson Emil was patient while trying to fully hear my thoughts, concerns and plans for purchasing a new motorcycle. He helped me not to make the mistake of buying to much bike for me to handle. He suggested I could purchase one for my son also and explained how that would be more beneficial than having my son or I ride on the back. I am very happy with my purchase of two CRF250L RALLY bikes. Emil seemed very up front, honest, caring and professional. He was absolutely correct in everything he told me about the purchase, the experience of having a bike per person and the riding experience of the bike. I would definitely recommend Emil and your dealership to anyone interested in any motor sport equipment your company sells. I cannot say enough about how professional, helpful, honest and personal Emil is. I would like to have a person like him as a good friend. Thank you Riva Motor sports for a great experience. He made this transaction as painless as could possibly be. The most amazing motorcycle sales center I have ever seen. All types of motorcycles of all types and all levels and for all ages include jet skis for children from the age of 6. There are also improvised ATVs and jet skis and in the yard there were boats for sale. Indeed an amazing place ...

I bought a jet ski from them a month ago and the process was very smooth and quick. All the employees were super professional and nice. Today i took it in to get it serviced and i couldn t have asked for better service. Robert was really good taking care of me and i was gone in 10 minutes ! I will definitely keep doing business woth them !
