Really Disappointed in their customer service. Took my son to buy a jetski, met with Carlos in Sales. My son told him what ski he wanted and the exact color, even showed him a pic of it, which Carlos repeated as he typed into his computer. Due to covid, a 2020 wasn't available so Carlos informed us we had to get a 2021 and wait a month or 2, which was no big deal. During this wait, Carlos called me no less than 3 times to upsell me on a more expensive ski, which I politely declined each time. When our ski came in and was delivered, you can imagine our surprise when it was the wrong color, and not one we particularly liked. I called Carlos right away and for the first time said the 2021 model doesn't come in the color we asked for. This was NEVER mentioned to me in any of the calls he made to upsell me, and on top of that, I had already ordered a custom wrap for Christmas for my son from another company. Carlos NEVER apologized, NEVER took responsibility, NEVER tried to rectify the situation. All he said was, "I don't know what to tell you." Seriously? Fortunately, the wrap company, SCS Unlimited was AWESOME, and THEIR customer service switched out our order which was already printed, to a new one, no issues, and they didn't even do anything wrong. With so many other dealers, they've lost what could've been a life long customer. Absolutely horrible, take your business elsewhere folks! But if you want an awesome wrap from a great company try SCS Unlimited!
