RIVA Motorsports Review

Went in about a month ago, and wanted to take a look at the green Triumph Thruxton they had listed. Was helped by Anthony, and he did an amazing job at answering all my questions. I wasn t ready to pull the trigger just yet, but Anthony understood and continued to help me to my best ability. A month later, after texting back and forth with Anthony, I was finally ready. Left yesterday with my 2016 Triumph Thruxton and I couldn t be any happier! By far my favorite bike yet, and it s all thanks to Riva Motorsports Pompano Beach!

I had a great purchase experience with Sal. Me and a few of my friends went in to buy three 2021 Can Am Rykers and they made the process very smooth and simple. They also had a great selection of other vehicles there. Go and see Sal and the team. I will follow up once our Rykers land at the dealer.

They allow me to walk in and leave a trailer at a moments notice, also get the parts ASAP to minimize off the water time!

I just bought a 2019 Vulcan Voyager from Matty Gerardi (11/23/19). I did all my research Online and he patiently answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I was so confident with his service and expertise, that I put a down payment on the motorcycle before coming in to look at it. Matty and the rest of the staff were very courteous and made me feel like a valued customer. It was a pleasure doing business with Matty and Riva Motorsports.
BTW, the bike did not disappoint! Great value, great price!

I have purchased several motorcycles from Riva Motorsports over the years and I have always been pleased with the entire process.

This time I purchased 2015 zx10r. I wanted to thank Rick Goldstein, who I have known for many years. He has always been honest with me which is rare when purchasing any vehicle.

I also wanted to thank Anthony who was my salesman for making the process quick and painless. I also wanted to thank Ray in parts who always has great suggestions to improve the performance of my bikes. Once again I can honestly say that Riva is the best place in south Florida to purchase a motorcycle. Competitive prices, selection, and over all experience.....you guys have earned my loyalty.

I went in to Riva Motorsports looking for a larger bike I knew how much I could spend depending on how fair they were on a trade on my bike. I talked with Chris first who had one of his Sale associates Zack show me what they had. I knew the bike I wanted would have to be built over time piece by piece. Zack showed me a Fully Loaded I mean fully loaded what else could you put on a big bike cruiser. it was a 2007 Suzuki C90T with every bell and whistle you could dream of. I saw the sticker and in my mind it was not going to happen since i wanted to trade my bike and pay the rest in cash . Between Zack and Chris working hard and being really fair on my trade I rolled out of their on my dream cruiser. Both of you are a real credit to your company. I would also like to thank Neil for handling the paper work and having me out and riding in less than a hour. Riva you did real good on those three associates. keep up the good Work. On the afternoon of December 27, the day of my birthday, I went to see a BUELL motorcycle that you had for sale. The motorbike cost 1999 dollars, and I liked it. But the attention received by the seller MARCOS was DISASTER ... when I detected that the motorcycle had an oil liquefaction, I asked MARCOS to help me to detect where it came from, so I could have an idea of the seriousness of the same. MARCOS answered me that the motorcycle was of very little value and that he would not help me to know the seriousness of the matter ... I DISMISSED AS A CUSTOMER POTENTIAL, I WAS WITH THE MONEY IN MY POCKET TO BUY IT, AND MADE ME FEEL THAT I WAS LITTLE CUSTOMER. I just wanted to buy that motorcycle, knowing that it is used, accepting the risk of the 15,000 miles it has in its history, but never a motorcycle with a liqueo that the seller (MARCOS) knowing the seriousness that represents, has not sought to consult about that with some RIVA mechanic. At that time there were no other clients in the room, only my daughter, my son, and me. I would like some managee to find out about this .....

Parts dept will do a great job helping you pick the parts you want and keeping you from spending money on things that won't help or fit. Service dept is also excellent at telling you what you need to fix and what can wait until later.

I've never even owned a scooter or motorcycle let alone ridden one myself. I'm enjoying every minute of it and having a great time. Riva Motorsports is absolutely the best place to shop and have fun. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. I want to say a special thank you to Marco, Erick and Alex for making my experience so pleasant. They all helped me buy a 2018 Yamaha Zuma

When in to look at buying a can am spyder F3 S Series. Walked around for 20 minutes not once did anyone ask me did I need help or even a hi smh terrible service even the young lady at the front desk was to busy on her cell phone surfing Facebook to ask me if I needed help just terrible.

THE WHOLE RIVA PROCESS, THEY HAVE IT TOGETHER. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

I was tossed up between this bike (FZ-07) and a cruiser I originally came in to look at. My wife was concerned and did not want me to get a sport bike. The sales person helped explain to my wife that the FZ-07 was more of a hybrid with an upright position and more reasonable engine with a better midrange. The staff respected my wife's concerns and was still able to sell me the bike at the same time. It is very tough to think of anything that could be improved. The dealership made this the easiest purchase I have made. I have purchase cars, motorcycles and water craft before and this was the most seamless.

I came into the store looking for a new 2019 bike that was not on the floor yet. Matty helped me out and texted me as soon ad the bike came in as promissed. He even came in the next day on his day off to help me with my new purchase. The parts depart also helped me out. Rick was really nice and down to earth. Over all a very pleasant experience and I will be back for another bike in the future

Awesome people and honest very happy with Riva of pompano

I wanted to let you all know how absolutely thrilled I am with my recent interactions and purchase at Riva Pompano. After 30 years, I decided it was time to get back on a motorcycle. In January, I took the Motorcycle Safety Foundation course, got my license and started my search.

I have to share with you that I personally visited four different Sarasota area dealers and explained my situation: getting back in cycling, just got my license, want a nice, barely used cruiser, gonna buy soon, will pay cash, here's my contact info... Would you believe that over a month later, not one dealership has called me back...NOT ONE!

Thankfully in the meantime, I expanded my search and found an amazing 1013 Honda Interstate at Riva In Pompano. Pete responded quickly to my inquiry and was pleasant, helpful and through during our conversations - persistent, but not pushy. Sales manager Jay was attentive and fair when we got down to the nitty gritty. Chris was absolutely the kind of ambassador you want when he handled the delivery.

And the bike...spectacular!

Thanks for making this such an easy experience. After 30 years, I was a bit reluctant to make my first ride on the biggest bike I've ever been on a three hour jaunt across the state. No problem - Riva delivers!

My only regret is that I live across the state and can't say "thank you" in person. I am sure sometime soon, I'll take her for a spin and end up in your showroom.

Next morning I was in the shop in a couple of hrs I was out with all my service done and making me feel so secure back on my bike

They helped me get the bike I wanted, at a price I didn't even expect for monthly payments. If you're in need of a new bike, ask for Mike (in sales) and he will take great care of you! The salesman you want but never get, he can listen to your needs and with his extensive knowledge help you understand differences etc.

I started out by searching for a motorcycle I wanted online and I found the perfect one at Riva. I was 5 hours away and ended up doing am over the phone deal which can be a very stressful thing. Thankfully I worked with Emil, who made the entire process stress free and very easy for me. I would recommend anyone in the market check out this dealership, and ask for him!

Bruno at your service department has helped me with the service matters on my new CanAm ATV. Time and time again he has shown himself to be professional, courteous, responsive, and extremely conscientious in doing whatever it takes to keep me a satisfied customer.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Bring your stuff here if you want to have the worse experience in your life. Brought a ski in less then a year old with water in the motor. Mike Cowan was assisting me. They kept my ski for 6 MONTHS for them to simply tell me warranty would only cover the block and not the labor. I then came back to get my ski and they had the audacity to try to return the ski to me in parts with the motor still out. I always heard bad things about their service department so i always dealt with broward motorsports. Thought id give them a shot because they are right next to my house and never again. I own 5 jet skis from 2016 to 2018 and riva will never see the color of them again. I will only be taking them to broward motorsports and i encourage everyone else to do so also and save your selfs a headache

I normally don't leave reviews but the exceptional level of service I received from Riva, Pompano Beach is worthy of recognition. Very attentive, very professional and efficient. Another shop is much closer but I will definitely drive the extra few miles for this level of service. Thanks

Definitely a quality place, Gus took care of me on a purchase of two dirt bikes made the process super easy. Customer service is on point and would recommend anyone to go there for just parts or if your trying to buy a new ski or motorcycle.

I just purchased 2019 KAWASAKI Z900 ABS. This was by far the best buying experience. Emil Contreras worked with me on the deal and made sure everything goes through as we spoke. He did awesome job all the way around, directed me the right way step by step through the purchase. My new Z900 will be that much more appreciated just because of him and his colleagues. Justin Buckakjian at parts and accessories was also great ordering Yoshimura for me and making sure everything is ok. Overall experience was 5 out of 5!!! Thank you guys!!!!!

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with David Rich service manager at Riva Pompano, he took care of my issue immediately, was able to order a hard to get replacement part for our boat and have it to within days. I have had issues with several service departments of other Yamaha dealers including the one where we purchased our 3 water crafts. Although we live in South Broward County we will be making the longer drive to Riva Pompano for all of our service needs and future Yamaha purchases. I hightly recommend David and the whole team at Riva Pompano.

Awesome place to go from buying Bike to having it serviced.

Shop with excellent variety of motorbikes, but for tourists it leaves something to be desired because most orders have to be made in advance.

Went to Riva Pompano today looking for a new Polaris / Can-Am side by side. Looked at a few outside than walked the showroom and not one person asked to help. Went to the bathroom and walked again. Same deal while many people just sitting around. If you want bad service this is your place.

Great staff and stock loaded with the latest models. I recommend this store!
