i was given a detailed experience and learned how to walk here. please accomdate me for the trublesome experience that i had for learning how to walk in th slinas river. long live job

Was interested in a used bike and the sales man lied to me and told me if I put 400 down on the bike and wouldn't be able to come up with the rest in a few days it will go back up for sale and my money collected by them and lost from me.. laterfounnding out he lied to me. So it only took me 1 week to raise 0-2000 dollars which was how much the bike was and ofc it was sold the morning I had the full payment. Lying business men aren't good people to do business with i wouldn't reccomend anyone to this scum place.

Large selection, great service. I strongly suggest this company for all of your folding scooter 4 wheel drive and motorcycle needs

I have three Yamaha skis that were purchased out of state. I brought them to South Florida and took them to my local dealer in the Jupiter area. They had the ski for three weeks and never looked at it and when they finally got to it they charged me 260.00 and fixed nothing. I then drove an hour to Riva Motorsports and within 4 days it was fixed under my yes warranty. Totally pleased!!!! In fact driving an hour tomorrow to bring them another one. Wish they would open a north branch

Deal started out ok but didnt end well. I did what I could by phone early in am. Arrived and had to wait an hr to sign paperwork which i thouggt would be ready since they had all day. Took delivery of bike which noone went over a thing about bike. I arrive home which is an hour away and my son cant wait to ride it. I start the bike and when i gave it throttle it died. Tried several times with no luck. Since I was an hr away and Ive been around bikes my whole life I decide to troubleshoot myself. I find a rubber boot over intake horn to airbox which should have been removed at time of pdi. I was assured it was ridden around before hand which is impossible when it would only idle. Im not one to typicaly complain but I spent my hard earned money with this place instead of my local dealer which is no better in hopes for a better outcome. Very disappointed . A shame in todays world Quality service and buisness relations are lacking. I completely understand mistakes happen but this is why we doublecheck things to ensure there are very little issues if any. I can only recommend taking a little more time with each sale from very begining to after sale is complete!

Probably the best moto-store on the east coast of Florida, and ive been to alot, I buy most of my parts and gear here, after some purchases they gave me a permanent 20% discount on anything so it's a win win.

Huge selection of really cool toys. Don't forget to ask about their custom PWC program.

Showed up at advertised opening time to pick up quart of oil for scooter and was told to come back at 9am* because of staff meeting. It would of been very easy to hand me a quart of oil, take my money and send me on my way instead of requiring me to spend hour waiting, that's called "a moment of truth" in customer service and your employee failed. That's why I gave 3 stars.

*I showed up at correct time, I mistyped when I said 9am, I was told to come back at 10am because of staff meeting so don't say you were understaffed. ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WERE ON SITE, I hope that included some "proper personnel". Nice try, next excuse. You focused on a typo as a reason, seriously? for poor customer service? I don't think it "confused you", you were trying to cast doubt on the validity of my review. I rarely review anyone below 3 stars but since you added that comment I am lowering it. We have nothing to discuss, accept you and your employees failed. Now 2 stars for you!!

Great place for everything. Stuff is expensive but they just discount everything so you pay about the same and they're sick. Austin and Jesse are the man.

Gus, our salesmen was really informative and helped me make the best decision on my beginner bike. Everyone from parts department to financing were friendly and made the experience less extraneous. And finally Pete, their delivery driver was very informative helping a new rider like me stay safe on the road.

Bought some wave runners from them earlier this summer and the process was incredibly quick and easy, which was super helpful considering I was driving from Augusta Ga so it was a good 9 hour drive. A sales person named Matty helped me with everything I needed, and the reason I drove 9 hours was because it was an absolutely unbeatable price. Their warehouse guys were awesome as well- they didn t like my straps very much so they put on some heavier duty straps once they learned that I was driving a considerable distance, which wasn t necessary at all but was appreciated and sweet nonetheless. The only issue that I did have was not getting the titles in until about a week ago (or about two months after the transaction)- which I needed to register the skis here in Georgia, so maybe make sure you don t leave without them or if you do stay on top of them with that!

I worked here from 06-15 and it is a place of dedication, service & loyalty. From the family to the staff and differently to the customers.

What an easy purchase experience! The salesman I worked with is Marco Rueda. Very honest and knowledgeable. I was out of the business office in less than 10 minutes! The bike is a Z900 RS. This is one of the best bikes I have ever ridden! I have been riding and racing motorcycles for over 40 years. I have owned over 20 bikes over the years from different manufacturers. I can recommend him without reservation.

The team at Riva Motorsports is FANTASTIC!! I live in Pennsylvania and had been looking for a Cobalt 220S power boat for months. These guys had one...now I do!! I drove 2400 miles round trip for this boat and it was worth it!! The boat was better than expected, it has more equipment on it than listed and the price was more than $15K less than other comparable Cobalt 220s. Pete W. was my salesperson for the deal. Pete W. was my "eyes on the ground" he emailed me a ton of pics (including the disc brakes on the trailer from under the boat) and answered all my questions which helped me make my decision. The service guys were great too! They topped of fluids, greased the trailer bearings and checked the tire pressure and got me ready to head home. The paperwork was a breeze. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I was even greeted by the owner who knew I drove down from PA before he even met me. He thanked me for my business and told Pete W. to double check the tire pressure...which he did. Pete even threw in a cool Riva Motorsport shirt. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

I would suggest any person looking to buy a motorcycle, ATV or water craft vehicle in the Miami area, to spend a little more time driving to Pompano beach and go to this dealership because the selection in stock, the sales representatives, the attention, the installations, the care for the bike-life, everything is absolutely top notch. Buying a bike isn't just about the actual vehicle, it's also about where you buy it, and this is the best place in South Florida. If you want the best of the best in terms of client treatment, ask for Mike from the sales team, he's the one who helped me, and he's extremely knowledgeable, smart, honest and respectful.

The service department is terrible! Over a week ago my husband went in person to talk to the guys in the service department who said they had all the parts to fix our jet skis and that they would be ready tomorrow. My husband just got off the phone with the service department and they said they didn't have even have the parts yet. This kind of thing happens every time we take our jet skis in to be fixed there.q

Been doing business with them for years. There prices on parts, tools and fluids is generally cheaper than online, plus I don't have to wait for shipping time...the only drawback is that they aren't open on Sundays, which happens to be the day that I always have seem to puncture a tube...

I had purchased an extended warranty for my Ryker from this store. The horn stopped working and is covered. They told me they will order it. A month passed and no call. I called and the service person said I will get a call right back. As I write this I am still waiting for the call 2 weeks later. I don t understand why they won t honor the warranty they sold me.

Bought a ski there and they were super helpful and friendly. All the staff actually knew what they were selling and didn't make things up to upsell you. But gave 4 stars because my boy X was shot there so that's kinda a downer.

If only every business was managed by such pleasant staff! The dealership in spotless each time I visit and the service was outstanding. Thank!

I brought in my 2 new Yamaha EX WaveRunners for the 50 hour service. I showed up at 8am as scheduled and met Mike who had me in and out within a few minutes. A few days later Mike called me and told me they were ready. The price was very fair & Mike was extremely professional and courteous. Even the guys that loaded them back on my trailer were so friendly. I heard horror stories about shops that keep your WaveRunners for weeks but not Riva...Nice job and I appreciate everything...

Great experience buying my first Yamaha Waverunner! A few weeks ago I inquired about a new 2015 Yamaha VXS waverunner online and received an immediate response from Anthony Carreiro, We worked out the final price very quickly with no bs/gimmicks-the pricing was the best that I found after contacting almost every other dealership in South & Central FL(I wish I would've called Riva first)

Anthony also made sure the ski was ready for delivery when I picked it up a few days later, I was in and out within 45(including time to go over the ski and purchase a few necessary items). If you are looking for a new toy I highly recommend Anthony and Riva!

Now at 10 hours and needing to do my first service I contacted Neil Wood who is also great to deal with and set up my appt for me along with doing the Yamaha Prepaid Maintenance plan.

Awesome experience from the start to the finish. My sales guy Pete Wallace and the entire staff at Riva Yamaha treated me honestly and with respect. They gave me a fair price and worked with me to get financed for my 2016 Yamaha VXR. The day I picked up my new Wave runner, I showed up late and they were slammed busy and they still dropped what they were doing to get me out of there ASAP. Pete Wallace and the staff at Riva Yamaha treated me Like a VIP!! I will for sure recommend Riva Yamaha to my Friends and family and I will purchase from them again.Thank you for everything!

This was the first time visiting Riva motorsports I went there to look at a couple used Can-ams but was not happy with the feel of those models so I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Can-am spyder f3. My sales rep Anthony Carreiro was so pleasant and helpful he explained all features of the trike and went over all the financing to fit my needs. All the staff was very nice and treated me like a valued customer, I would highly recommend them.

This place is HORRIBLE! They keep telling me my ski will be worked on and ready but then they keep putting other Ski's ahead of mine and so far my ski has been there for over a month in a half and still hasn't been worked on. I was forced to file a complaint with SeaDoo Corporate. I will never use this place again!

I bought a new KTM on-line and from 1600 miles away. Matty was terrific - he stayed in constant contact, answered all of my questions, was timely in all responses, and very professional. I took delivery of my new bike, sight unseen, and it was perfect. The entire process took less than 2 days (from 1600 miles away). I have never stepped foot into Riva Motorsports, but, the buying process was seamless and smooth. Thanks, guys!

Why would you go anywhere else if you're in south Florida? These guys are amazing. Service department is A+. These guys know their stuff. Mike, and Adam are the resident experts. 'Boogie' in parts is the main man. Always polite and helpful. I purchased my bike from another dealership but only Riva touches my bike for anything service or accessories related. They are professionals. Treat your self right and get the service you deserve. Go to Riva motorsports in Pompano Beach.

I had a great time buying a new Ducati here, but I saw a BMW get shot at on the way out. Not the dealership's fault, but it is a dangerous area.

Ralph and Riva are the most professional, reasonable and friendly people you'll ever deal with! I had the pleasure of working with them remotely and I have to say it was a pleasure. I cannot express enough how awesome Ralph and the guys at RIVA are, if your on the fence, don't be. Give them a shot at your business and thank me later!

Went there last Saturday to purchase a new jet ski and accessories. The employees there are exceptional! Your treated as a person and not as a sales transaction. The entire process was pretty seamless. There was one instance where there was a small issue with the paint on the new ski but Anthony and his manager took care of everything and made it feel like I was priority number one. I plan on buying another ski in a year or two. I will 100% be going back to this store! Ask for Anthony when you go in. He will make sure your taken care of from start to finish!

I recently took my MSF course there and was extremely suprised with how well the course went and all the staff in the showroom were extremely helpful.

My PROBLEM came when I tried to purchase my first bike there. I was looking to purchase the new 2013 Kawasaki Ninja (as I'm a new rider and it's features are great).

The second day I came in to look for it it was moved to the back behind a wall. When I asked their salesperson Mike about it he immediately tried to sell me a different bike the Honda 250 and I know why that is. It's OBSOLETE now. They have a bunch in stock and they are trying to get rid of them. I told him I wanted the Ninja and I wanted to walk out with it that day.

After giving him my information he told me I don't have a good enough credit score to finance the Ninja. BS!!!!!!!! score is 736 with a down payment of $3,500 on a MSRP $4,799 bike.. Once again he pushed me towards the Honda 250, saying even with a cosigner my credit is not strong enough and financing Ninja was "not an option" blaming Kawasaki saying they couldn't finance me. When I asked how much it would be if I paid in full, he said "$6,300"!!!! What a crock of $%!T

I'm not dumb I know what they were trying to do (sell me an overstocked, obsolete bike) and extremely offended me in the process. I called to speak to a sales manager and they only directed my call back to Mike. After 4 days of trying I gave up.

Nice showroom but do not buy from MIKE.

Long story short I went down the street to Broward Motorsports walked out with my Ninja 300, my Kawasaki finance card, and some extra swag from the shop in the same day.

Go look at bikes at Riva but if you are not knowledgeable, they will scam you.

Wouldn't want to know what kind of nightmare lies in the Service department.

So I started out calling Riva because I got a really bad feeling from another dealer in the area. I spoke with Gus and he gave me more information in 10 minutes than a 45 minute visit at the other dealer. He was really awesome and even though I m not buying something right now I know exactly who I m going to talk to when I m ready to buy later this year. I really appreciate Gus and his amazing customer service. Thank you so much

Excellent customer service, the sales associates are all very polite and knowledgeable of the equipment compare to the rip off individuals at Broward motor sports in ft. Lauderdale. I have been dealing with this location for several years and never had a bad experience. My sales guy Matt is very honest and up front very knowledgeable about the products as well.

Very professional and friendly staff. Jacob (salesperson) was great. I was in and out of the place in no time. Straight to the point with no bs.

I will be a return customer for all of my service needs. My advisor was perfect.

Went in to buy a bike for my wife. Michael M was very cool to work with. They will negotiate on price. Seems like the sellers on Craigslist were higher than Riva for the most part. Some bikes come with 30 day 50% warranty but I had known first hand that they covered 100%. Great place to oogle and drool on new bikes and they will let you test sit all you want. Good dealership, better than any on Sunrise where they don't know Jack Ship.

I recently bought a 2017 Honda Ruckus scooter at RIVA Motorsports. The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally. Everyone who helped me, from Marco in Sales, to Al in Finance, to Austin in Parts and Accessories, were all top-notch - friendly and helpful!

They even made sure that the phone charger I bought got installed on my bike! It was truly a team effort, and I'm so grateful. Now I'm able to cruise around with navigation on my handlebars and not worry about my phone battery running out!

I had such a great experience with RIVA Motorsports, I brought my friend there the next day, and she bought a 2018 Yamaha Zuma. Now we have a blast zipping around on our new scooters!

Nice selection and curtious knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately they tell me that the different Riva locations can swap out new inventory but not used so if the Riva in Miami has what you need used you have no choice but to drive down there.

We bought a brand new 2018 Honda Pioneer 1000-5. With a warranty and their service package.

immediately we had two flat tires, learned that stock are not nice 8 ply tires

we ran into some issues, riva said that they would fix the sxs but it would cost us and it would use up the service package. We said no problem.

They "fixed" the sxs and we got them to put on a winch and a snorkel. Used the sxs 2 - 3 times before it blew up.

Now, they have had it for over 4 months. They said the service package doesnt matter, the warranty doesnt matter, and that they will not stand by their work.

They leave us on hold, hang up on us, dont call us back and wont fix our sxs.

They told us to try and deal with the Honda Warranty. In reality they never fixed our machine. It blew up because of their faulty work and they wont stand by it. They cant even do their job. Where is our Sxs? I hope we get it back, I dont even know what to think at this point.

We even bought a nice ktm dirt bike from them for my birthday in Sept. The amount of money we have given these people is ridiculous. They have lied so much. Do not trust this company.

This was my second time buying from Riva. I worked with Marco Rueda. He was responsive and accommodating, and was a nice guy to work with overall. There was a small manufactures warranty issue that preventing me from taking delivery on the day I bought the bike, an issue that wasn t discovered until they pulled it from the crate to prep it. But Riva stuck to their word, rectified the issue quickly, and even brought the bike to my front door so I didn t have to drive over an hour a second time. Being in business myself, there is always a potential for issues outside of the control of the seller, but it is what you do to remedy the situation that counts, and these guys get an A+.

I took my motorcycle kawasaki zx10rr due to an overheat I was specific that my motorcycle overheated when on heavy traffic, so left in the shop overnight with 118miles odometer and when I went back the next to pick up
It was at 150miles they put 32 miles on my bike and then they lie on the receipt putting that they gave it back to me at 118miles,
Just a warning watch for your miles when you take your motorcycle for service here..

Well now the time has come to write a full review on Riva. I would like to say great job!! Had a small problem with the phone system at 1st and the manager actually called me...YES you heard me correctly He was a total gentleman and took care of me right away. I was 1st sent right to the parts manager Vinny Gerardi he wasted no time getting my info and got right to getting what i needed taken care of. I can honestly say these guys know there stuff and take the time to explain it to you with out making you feel in anyway that your taking up there time educating a new waverunner owner. My wife Lisa wrote a full review on that situation we where both so happy with him and his staff (young man that works the counter sorry you know who you are i apologize terrible with names ) So in the last month i have spent my hard earned money with Riva. lots of new parts and upgrades to my FX SVHO That brings me to the service department ..... MY MAIN MAN ADAM NORTMAN! He took such good care of me i will not waste writing about how awesome he is he knows how i feel! From the 1st time i met him to just this afternoon hes the guy that you need to go see....Just from chatting with all the guys and girls at the service department i am sure they are all are just as helpful! In closing i will continue to do business with Riva ....I live West Palm Beach and i find myself looking forward to the drive down there knowing my business is welcomed. I live a 15 minute WALK from another (place) that does the same kind of business as Riva and i will not even mention there name ...there service department is well lets say not the right people for the job....thats as polite as i can be.
