Together with my mother I stayed for two nights in this hotel and we were one of the first guests, immediately upon arrival we were helped by two friendly ladies, when we got to the room everything was beautifully clean and very nicely decorated. What struck me were the details that were nicely processed. We had a wonderful weekend and we will definitely be back! Keep it up!

Recently I was a guest in the neat and tidy Riva hotel in Delft. K was known here because I had done tile work here. When I was in the area I booked a room here. What a great and neat hotel, what is that enjoyment say! All credits to the staff, if I am in the area again, I will definitely sleep with you again!

Great service, clean room + bathroom, reasonable price and no hidden costs. Although the hotel is located on a highway it is well sound proofed, there is a bus stop nearby. We also got a room last minute on the same day.

Very nice hotel, price performance ratio super! Modern beautiful decor, delicious breakfast with a lot of choice and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I can only recommend it

The free parking lot is right in front of the hotel, so you don't have to carry your bags or suitcases very far. The outdoor area of the hotel is in a very well-kept condition, as are the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and we got new towels every day.
The staff seemed a bit forced to be friendly and only spoke English and Dutch.
An absolute no-go during my 4-night stay was that the first two nights a person with a radio knocked on the door several times around 2 a.m., but I don't know the reason for this.

And nice new hotel, friendly staff perfect rooms nice spacious clean, good beds, options for making coffee / tea in the room. Nice spacious bathroom nicely clean and a wonderful shower ..
The food is great and the restaurant was well made and the service was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was fine and very good in taste.
Certainly a place where I return everything I am in the area.

Yesterday overnight at the Riva hotel. Really a super nice hotel, and looks chic. I think 1 of the nicest where I have been. Everything is clean. Staff is friendly. And a very spacious room and shower.
If I ever have to be in The Hague again, this is the hotel where I will sleep again!

Spiksplinter new hotel. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking spaces. Access to parking very hard to find. Unfortunately from room view of a huge luminous sign from hardware store ... fairly atmospheric hotel and surroundings. Smell food smell in hallway.

I have visited many different hotels. But this time she hit mine as a customer. Slept several times in hotel Riva at A13. Staff treated very unfriendly by desk clerk. He doesn't even manage. Netherlands language . I felt away no customer is king

Attention!!! Unclean, rude. Unfortunately a hotel without personality. My cash safe was stolen. Police report is pending. Prosecutors will take care of it. I have visited many hotels. Nothing has happened in years. But theft is a crime. Dishonorable ... ugh

Easy to find, nice hotel with a peaceful atmosphere and spacious rooms. Staff are very welcoming, customer friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed for a couple of days. The Hotel is really clean. In addition, the staff is very friendly and the location is also good. The hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was new and clean. The receptionists were very friendly. The most of the staffs are Asian (Chinese). I really liked the smell in the elevator, it was the smell of tea. I forgot the ask which one was that. I also wanted to buy it for my room at home.

Hotel is right on the highway, very friendly staff, clean, nicely decorated rooms. The interior of the hotel is very modern, fantastically beautiful! The breakfast buffet is good, the restaurant also beautifully decorated. Shortcomings: the rooms are not cleaned daily & earlier check in was not possible (should pay 10 per hour?) & We did not get fresh towels on the following days .. on request was a bit strange ...

Fantastic Super de Lux hotel with super friendly staff. Really recommended

Amazing brand new hotel close to The Hague, Delft and Rotterdam. Extremely friendly staff, who make you feel really special. Very comfortable beds and a fab shower in a larger than typical bathroom. We were on the 9th floor with stunning views over the the government ministeries in The Hague on one side and the old city of Delft and its churches on the other. Loved the posh coffee machine in the room ;-) We'll definitely be coming back.

Great hotel located just off the motorway. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. Powerful walk in showers and everything is brand new. A lot of English Channels available on the TV. The only reason for a 4 and not a 5 star is the Wifi is not great. After 10pm it kept cutting out.

Super modern rooms, very nice staff, simple transaction and the bed even better than what I have at home. The location is not the best but the hotel itself is a smooth 5 star rating.

Near the highway and a McDonald's. You can walk to the tram in 10-15 minutes and take a tram to the city center which takes around 30 minutes. Daily tram ticket costs around 7,50 . So if you plan to go to the city center often we would recommend a hotel closer to the center.

Good hotel, easy parking. Good beds. The restaurant on the 3rd floor is also worth a visit

Complete and more than a pleasant staying, very good and complete facilities. We were staying in a very nice rooms, very good fine bed and excellent breakfast! The restaurant beneath was also more than ok!

We are now here and very satisfied.

Stayed 3 nights as a guest in the new Riva Hotel on the Brasserskade in The Hague,
beautiful room, beautiful view we booked a luxury room.
This was very spacious, beautiful and comfortable.
Really worth a visit, also took a look at a standard room
these rooms also looked fine.
The breakfast was perfect and more than enough, highly recommended,
staff good and friendly,
we will definitely come back to this hotel keep it up

Great hotel. Very good connection through direct motorway ramps. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice decor, great beds. Coffee machine in the room. Very much again!

The room was nice, but the soundproofing is so poor that you can hear every passing car, so I decided not to book this hotel again.
The hammer: In addition to the correct payment, the hotel debited an amount of EUR 150.45 from my credit card. Quite a few emails from me did not result in a refund for the unjustified debit from my credit card. The hotel then stopped contact.
I had to call in the fraud department of my credit card provider, let's see if I can get the money back in a timely manner. Never again this hotel!

The service is amazing !!! Rooms are comfortable and clean and free parking for those arriving by car. In a short space the ancient leaks

Voor mijn werk naar Den Haag gegaan. Dit hotel uitgezocht omdat het heel dichtbij mijn vergaderlocatie is.
De start was wat moeizaam want ik reed de ingang voorbij en moest een rondje om van 10 minuten om het nog een keer te proberen.

TIP VOOR MANAGEMENT: zorg voor goede bewegwijzering naar hotel. Komt wat knullig over dat het niet soepel te vinden is.



De kamer en badkamer zijn brandschoon. Alles maakt een verzorgde indruk. Bedden zijn prima voor de nachtrust en een ontbijt met een keur aan brood, beleg en drinken, maakte mijn verblijf in het Riva hotel helemaal af.
Mocht ik weer eens voor mijn werk deze kant opkomen, of zo maar en ik zoek een hotel, dan is Riva zeker mijn eerste keus!

It is a beautiful and clean hotel. Totally a luxury.

New hotel right on the highway in Delft. In front of the hotel direct bus connection to the old town. Tram line 1 in about 1 km within walking distance (connection for trips to The Hague). Hotel staff very friendly, good room service. Continental breakfast and ok. Some little things still have to be played in, therefore one point less. Parking was no problem Parking for free in front of the house.

Despite the covid-19 Neat facilities at the lifts & enjoy the hotel room nice stay and friendly staff at service desk

Lovely brand new hotel just off the motorway. Not near anywhere from what we could see. Room comfortable but lacking in amenities. Needed a piece of paper but no pad, pen or pencil, in fact the room was bare. Two of us in the room, one coffee pod for the machine. No sink plug and no shower cap. Otherwise lovely room. Buffet dinner amazing. Excellent value, spoilt for choice. Includes soft drinks, beer and wine plus tea, coffee etc. Would go again.
