Terrible customer service I now try to call them several times (the parts warehouse) but it is simply NOT included.
Yesterday also and now the same song again.
How in the hell can I get original parts if none of the 2 motor houses (Gouda, Alphen) don't open the phone ..... and wonder why more and more people are buying their parts online .... really unprecedented.

Rear view camera not mounted in the middle but on the left.
The wiring is continued under the lining of the bus, now the lining comes down.
Antenna made on the roof but unfortunately also immediately ensured leakage.

Have been to an appointment with Lissy ,, top girl, ,, came for a trade-in action Big Event ,, what a joke say ,, my Opel corsa was valued at 18613 ,, Plus 2000 is 20.613 , Want a New Corsa buy back from 22,929 , so a difference of 2316 ,, but I have to pay almost 8000 When you pay ,, you will be ashamed of Opel with your Big Event ,, Lokkertje is the BAH BAH BAH

Had bought a used car there. Turns out I can go back after a week to replace the V belt, which is not covered by the warranty. Asked when purchase when this was necessary, and then I was told no major costs for the time being. I feel quite cheated by this.

Excellent service and very adequate staff who look beyond their nose. Good communication and repairs are done quickly. While waiting there is free coffee, tea, water and fruit and if the repair takes a little longer, a loan bike can be used at no extra cost.
