The MU gym is always well staffed. The only compliant I have is that the bathrooms aren't always super clean.

Has everything you need in a fitness center and then some! Can get crowded so watch for the peak hours.

Great rec center, great classes, good atmosphere, fantastic pool, quality service, extremely clean and tidy. Did i mention the pool is absolutely fantastic. I wish this center was 24/7 then it would be the best rec center in columbia

Hours are BS. They just get worse and worse. Closed 3 days for 4th of July...

Wish it was 24 hours or open longer. Great for pick up basketball games. Large variety of classes to try out new activities.

It's amazing.. very clean and well maintained. Staff are also very helpful and friendly... Well-maintained equipments too...

It's a great rec center but there's only 4 squat racks for the hundreds of people that go there. The summer hours are horrible but those are my only complaints.

I totally understand why MizzouRec is constantly named one of the best campus recreation facilities. The staff is very helpful and the facility is kept in top shape. Multiple pools and sauna/steam room are great.

I have lived in and seen a lot of places in the US, and can definitely assure you that this is one of the the best rec centers I have ever seen. University of Missouri and in general city of Columbia should be proud of it.

I understand that free weights don't provide the sleek look that impresses parents on campus tours, but not having a line of 10 people waiting to use a squat rack would be nice. Expand the free weight section!

It's designed to look nice but can't accommodate even a medium traffic flow for the size of the school.

There's a lot to choose from! And everything is always in top condition. It's great, I love it

Great clean facility. If you are a serious bodybuilder it may be quite difficult to do supersets and may have to wait longer than your used. But other than that good variety of equipment and spacious.

Great gym, horrible hours. Opens late on weekend and always closes too early for me to get a work out in. The pools also have awkward hours so good luck getting a swim in before or after a workout.

Not a single African American on the staff working at Mizzou rec. AA make up 6 percent of the student population at Mizzou and your telling me not one has applied to work at the Rec?? The current staff acts like your a burden to them instead of being helpful. Filing a Title 9 complaint for sure.

Great facility, but I wish I could bring my wife and daughter with me. I also wish they would have a schedule up for the swim team so I wouldn't go out of my way to swim just for the pool to be completely full.

I swim there quite often, since I attend school at Mizzou, and it is by far the best pool I have ever swam in!!!

Very nice facility with plenty of machines. I was definitely impressed and I got a good discount for being an employee!

No better complex around. Staff is always friendly, machines and weights are always in great working condition and the facility has just about anything a person could desire. Entire building is clean and hours are about as good as it gets besides a 24/7 schedule. Top notch.

Very clean, but one thing would be the seating area is really small had peoples knees on my back and I went for a swim meet yikes. Other than that I would recomend the back row if u dont like knees on ur back there's a convenient coffee shop right across the street from there.

The bleachers are really short if your over 6ft good luck. Nice facility though

Great place to work out. Would give 5 stars but so many of the services cost more than a reasonable amount. Also they rarely notify general members of sections closing for events.

The workers are probably the laziest people in the world

Great facility and good weight room. For the committed body-builder however, it falls a little short. No deadlift platforms or chains for bench press, even in the pump room. Other than that though, very neat with nice staff. Try to steer clear between 4 and 6 as that's when most normies choose to come here.

The Rec pool is amazing and always packed with good looking ladies!

I'm a MizzouMACC student. I was denied access to the rec because I am not a full time student at Mizzou. I stay on campus, pay tuition, pay for dining plan, have to do all of their Citizenship and alcohol edu stuff. And I can even play one game of basketball with my bros? Seems fair.

So long story short, I was dumb and forgot what locker I was in. We opened all the lockers and couldn t find it, but luckily Tori and Alex were super nice and went to the video cameras to check which locker I put it in. This whole thing took like an hour and was super annoying, but they were really helpful and were nice and didn t make me feel like I was wasting their time. The people who work here are very friendly and try their best to make sure you re happy. But shoutout to Tori and alex, y all are the real ones
