Wonderful place and excellent service, but I was bothered that food was not allowed inside the hotel, which was supposed to leave guests free to take food from outside the hotel

Excellent. Huge display on Friday brunch buffet all you can eat. I have never seen so many endless options in my life. Trying to explain this to anyone outside of Qatar how extravagant the Ritz Carlton really is would be an extremely difficult undertaking.

I'll talk only about the Lobby Lounge.
Went during winter vacation season, in the afternoon, there was only one lady who was working at this lounge at the beggining, the server asked the same questions again which I already told on making reservation, so no info was shared. (Even they called us in the morning to make sure MY NAME lol, definately I told them on the first call.)
There was a fly dead on a cheese cake, all sandwiches were dry, they put same sandwiches on my stand while my partner had other choices....surprising experience I've ever had in the Ritz. I miss days they had much better high tea at upper floor....

Refurbished hotel, awesome staff, Javier made us to feel like home, staff was there to help all the time. Even to drop me to the nearest place to watch the penalties of semifinal match in la Copa of Spain. It was a pleasure to stay at the Ritz Carlton Doha. I m sure I will come back.

Ok ... the brunch is one of the good monsters of Doha. Disappointing. This is missing without discussion of choice. The service is particularly slow to serve drinks. It can be assumed that he seeks to limit consumption at will.

What a great place for our "Staycation". Staff ever so friendly and helpful, great rooms and an excellent in house restaurant. It was so nice, we did it twice...

Bad wifi connection. Helpful staff. Nice rooms and fair location.

A very nice hotel indeed. One of the quieter ones in Doha so you dont get all the hussle and bustle and can really enjoy yourself.

Best brunch ever! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was just amazing. Beautiful atmosphere and decor as well.

very crowdy conference and not enough space to serve everyone ,, abd bad organozation of the conference not the hotel but the national society of cancer organizers baaaad

The hotel is beautiful and wonderful but it is nice that the building is old and does not care about the outdoor swimming pool and allow smoking in the hotel lobby

It was extremely full. Probably coz of the staycation package thats being offered. Social distancing not really being maintained, especially in the pool. Quite apparent that they are currently understaffed. U would be lucky if anyone picked up your call within the first 5 mins and dont expect your request within the first 20 minutes. Asked for ice n glasses which never came. Loved the breakfast (under the current situation) and hats off to the staff. They were absolutely amazing.

One of my favorite hotels the facilities , service , staff are amazing it's really fun I really recommend it

We visited the spa which was super expensive (even when you split a two-for-one voucher) but the facilities are super nice. I love that they provide a blow-dry bar with everything you'd need like disposable Combs and Q-tips. We did the steam room, sauna, and relaxing massages. My masseuse was great, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I'd definitely recommend it if you're rich or have a voucher.

Once and over again. Expensive, but you get the luxury for your money. International.

The best iftar buffet in Doha so far this Ramadan.. really amazing cuisines variety and high quality food ingredients.. highly recommended
