Adam was early and handled my communication issue with ease and now I m back up and running finally after almost a month being down.
Rising Sun Solar is not my original installers. I had KC Energy Solar which no longer exists. After calling multiple companies in the metro area and actually getting a human to answer the phone, Rising Sun came out the next day and within an hour diagnosed and fixed my issue.
After talking with Adam, I will be moving my contract to Rising Sun for all my future needs.

Rising sun solar installed my system since the start of the year. Has been working well and the install team did a good job. Will know more about sizing and overall performance in about a year!

Tyler at RisingSun Solar was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and pricing was very favorable compared to other bids. During his presentation he explained solar and how the system would interface. He provided a timeline of what and when everything would happen, and this was updated upon our acceptance. Handling of HOA and Centerpoint approvals and certifications a Big plus. Project came in 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Communication during and after the project was very responsive and informative. Would definitely recommend RisingSun for any solar project

We just had our solar panels installed & are excited to see them up & running, just waiting on electric company to switch out our meter. Everyone was disappointed when they had to install most of it in the rain, which tore up our yard, but the staff at rising sun were great about buying us more seed & even to the store that we purchased our seed from. I'm super grateful for that. The ONLY reason for 4 stars is because I had to lay the grass seed & conditioner mostly on my own (I know they're not professional gardners, but it was laid a little sloppily). From the salesman to the workers to the office staff I had a pleasant experience with everyone & I'm sure I will continue to have. What a great investment & way to help the environment. Two thumbs up for rising sun.

We started our search by going through energysage, that is where I first contacted Reid. I interviewed 5 companies which included Rising sun. I might be considered a problem customer as I did research into all products and configurations from each. The options provided me by Reid and Rising Sun were by far the best, though it was a tough competition. I decided to go with them based on the level of professionalism in the Quotation, The products and my needs were well laid out. Reid, and the team were all right on point. we have only had the system "online" with Evergy for a short time but it is going well.
A final point, if you think you are going to get an electric vehicle (we did shortly after) have an outlet and installation included now, It's the best time to have it done as well.

The whole process from start to finish was really organized. Rising Sun is very prompt, courteous and everything was laid out for me with much detail. Rhody and Desmond were always available to answer my questions and I had a lot! Megan stayed in contact with us through the whole process and we always knew what was going on. The installation crew was always on time for the work day and was polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves every day. The emphase app is extremely easy to use and I love checking it everyday to see how much energy the panels are producing. I also love that is shows real time what our panels are producing compared to how much energy we are using. The panels are great quality and look really nice on our roof. We've recommended RisingSun to all of our friends and neighbors. Top Notch Company we are so glad we were able to work with them!

We so appreciate Adam, and the prompt service we received from RisingSun Solar. We've had a couple incidents with equipment going bad or not functioning correctly, and Adam is always timely in his response to get it replaced and/or functioning correctly for us. This is a great company!

It was over a year ago that I first signed a contract to have solar panels installed at my house. Several cancelled contracts and many headaches later I was referred to RisingSun Solar. They DID what all the other companies had promised. They installed a superior product, at a great price, QUICKLY, and with excellent communication throughout the project. Thanks! Since my decision to consider solar energy was made in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic, I limited my research to 2 companies and lots of internet research, especially Energy Sage. From the first visit by the salesperson (Mackie) to the installation of the critter guard at the end, RisingSun provided timely, professional and quality service. This included answering
my many questions and there were many. The project manager, Megan, and Mackie were very helpful in helping me better understand what I was purchasing and why. The installation team also provided understandable answers to my many questions. The team was very friendly and professional.
My panels have been up for a month now and smoothly working. The Enphase Enlighten monitoring system provides very timely, helpful information on my system and is rather easy to use. Looking forward to seeing how much savings my investment brings. The knowledge that my carbon footprint is smaller brings great satisfaction also.

NEVER BEEN MORE IMPRESSED! Had a couple issues, very well handled from management to crew! Too all interested in going solar, If you choose Rising Sun you will be family. That's how I feel on my decision. Because I shopped and signed a contract with another business. Found fault in that company I lost my deposit! After that bad decision I continued my search and concluded with Rising Sun! With my system complete I'm glad that I changed too Rising Sun! Feel free to contact me!
