Since my decision to consider solar energy was made in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic, I limited my research to 2 companies and lots of internet research, especially Energy Sage. From the first visit by the salesperson (Mackie) to the installation of the critter guard at the end, RisingSun provided timely, professional and quality service. This included answering
my many questions and there were many. The project manager, Megan, and Mackie were very helpful in helping me better understand what I was purchasing and why. The installation team also provided understandable answers to my many questions. The team was very friendly and professional.
My panels have been up for a month now and smoothly working. The Enphase Enlighten monitoring system provides very timely, helpful information on my system and is rather easy to use. Looking forward to seeing how much savings my investment brings. The knowledge that my carbon footprint is smaller brings great satisfaction also.
