We are thrilled to be at Riddle Village. The residents and the staff are unbelievably friendly. Everyone we have met has positive words to say about living here. We feel Riddle Village is a very well run ship. An added bonus, the food is delicious!
From a former employee, it is Very ghetto and unorganized, the Director of Nursing for Personal Care, Keshia is very immature and classLESS. She s very unprofessional and rude. She needs to be fired immediately.
We have been at Riddle Village for approx. 4 months. We did evaluate several other communities, but deciding on Riddle Village was really easy.
The major factors we considered were: convenient location, life care provisions, large apartment size vs. monthly cost, high quality dining options and activities. If you are looking for a luxurious retirement community at a very competitive cost, please place Riddle Village at the top of your comparison list.
My husband & I moved in 9 months ago. Our apartment is so spacious & bright, totally up to date. Everyone here at Riddle Village is so totally welcoming and friendly to us from day one. There are a lot of residents here. Everyone wants to meet us & know our names. Remembering names can be a real challenge but our faces aren t forgotten. We are continually asked to dine with others. Besides this friendliness, there are lots of activities, trips, movies, exercise classes, speakers, great stage entertainers to name a few. We are so glad to have chosen RV. We love it here.

My husband and I have been here for three years. We did not know much about a Delaware County having lived in Montgomery and Chester counties for 51 years. But after many years of visiting retirement places, we could not find any facility that was as perfect in all areas as Riddle Village.
And now we are so glad we are here at this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Yes we are under restrictions to keep us safe, but the staff is doing an outstanding job in meeting our needs. Lunch and dinner are delivered every day as is our mail, groceries, packages, etc. We can walk the grounds and say Hi to friends. Residents have been busy making cloth masks for staff and residents. Yes this is a difficult time, but we are weathering this storm because we know we are safe.
I have been at Riddle Village since May 2017, and am convinced, after having researched most retirement and/or life care communities in the area, that I made the right decision; it is a lovely facility and I love my apartment! Conveniently located to the town of Media, staff is pleasant and helpful, food is very good, size is just right (not too big) which enables one to meet and make new friends easily, residents are friendly and welcoming, there are many activities for fitness or fun on campus, and great trips offered to suit anyone's interest. In summary, Riddle Village is a great place to live, and to have peace of mind knowing I will be cared for if/when needed; a gift to my son!
It is a lovely facility. The ambience is wonderful inside. However, I wish there were walking trails and a nicer entrance from the outside. There does not seem to be much vibrancy amongst the residents. The furnishings in the common areas are upscale and beautiful.
We have been residents of Riddle Village for 2 months now and have been very pleased with our decision to come here. We have lived in the area all our lives and have visited many of the other retirement communities around before we said "this is it!" From the time, a few years ago, when we put our names on the waiting list we have been treated with respect and genuine care and concern for our needs and wishes. Our apartment is spacious and well maintained. Any issues we had were things that any totally new and transformed apartment might encounter and have been addressed quickly and professionally. The meals at the 3 restaurants are delicious with many superb choices. The wait staff is attentive without hovering and accommodating while respecting that there are many folks all wanting to eat at about the same time. We have had guests for dinner and they have also been impressed with the place. We are glad we came and so is our family
I have been an employee at Riddle Village for 21 years and have to say it has been a great place to work. I enjoy the relationships I have built with the residents over the years and management does a great job trying to make Riddle Village an enjoyable place to work. I think so highly of the Village that I am always eager to show it off to family and friends and recommend Riddle Village as a great place to live!
