Adam was early and handled my communication issue with ease and now I m back up and running finally after almost a month being down.
Rising Sun Solar is not my original installers. I had KC Energy Solar which no longer exists. After calling multiple companies in the metro area and actually getting a human to answer the phone, Rising Sun came out the next day and within an hour diagnosed and fixed my issue.
After talking with Adam, I will be moving my contract to Rising Sun for all my future needs.
