'COMPETITIVE PRICES' Is an outright lie. Keep shopping around, you will find a better rate. Why even bother acting like your company competes? It sets the same or worse rates than anyone else.

Tania Bechard was so delightful and exceptionally helpful in our journey to find car insurance. She is so customer friendly and really made us feel we were in good hands. I would be more than glad to send anyone looking for car insurance her way.

I had listed my 500cc bike on Kijiji due to high insurance cost and was researching the rates for a 125cc when i found Riders Plus. Fast excellent service and more than 300 dollars lower than Intact. Now I am back on the road. a breath of fresh air.

Customer service is very poor. It has been 3 months and I still haven't got my slip. Every time I called them, they gave me same excuse and said they put wrong address so it mailed to the wrong address. This is 3rd time I called them to get temporal slip. Agent on the phone was so rude.

Not really sure how they can call themselves "Riders Plus" when they refuse to insure sport bikes. So I guess you're a rider unless you're on a sport bike. I'm a mature 30 year old professional with a sport bike, 13 year G license and 5 year M2 license holder. Clean record and not one accident in my 13 year driving history. And yet I am somehow uninsurable in Ontario...

They are very helpfill and patient with you and polite.

they're not cheap for new riders don't listen i got quoted 585$ a month and like 6,600$ a year for a 2001 cbr600f4i that's almost 3 times what i even payed for the bike

Summer of 2019 I decided to start riding. A Riders Plus Insurance advertisement was a part of my training course graduation package. Devon, Navreet, Jenna, Scott, Charmaine all took some part in a very smooth and easy acquisition of the all-important insurance slip! The season ended in Dec. which gave me only 7 weeks of experience. At season's end, I called them up again; asking for some help in upgrading to a larger machine. The staff were more than happy to assist me and giving me a full quote, laying it out just as if I had already purchased the motorcycles. I couldn't be more pleased with how they make me feel as a customer and how they have treated me thus far. Knock wood, I have never had to make a claim, but when I do speak with them the wait time is under 1 minute. All my questions get answered and in a friendly manner. The app they have is an added bonus as well. All my paper work is right there on my phone.

I stress when it comes to paperwork of any kind. Fortunately Maria and Scott made this transition easier for me than past insurance companies.

Riders Plus provided excellent service and fair premiums. Overall experience with them has been great, though the 4 stars is simply just because they don't offer insurance for super sport class motorcycles. To be honest, not many companies that I've looked into do, or they charge an insane amount. I'm only leaving Riders Plus to join my new motorcycle with my existing car insurance company just to make payments simpler.

I had to change the address on my bike insurance policy, it was the most easy process. I sent an email to my representative Dorothy, and I received a quick call form her within an hour, no time wasted on the phone waiting for someone to answer me. It was quick, with no time wasted. BTW, online portal is also great, I received my updated insurance slip within seconds! If I get a nice quote for my car I will 100% switch it over to Riders Plus.

Great customer service! When I was looking for a motorcycle insurance for my 1st bike I probably spoke to 10 different insurance companies, most of those companies would start a quote process knowing that I only got my M1 license plus the motorcycle security riding school, and at the end of the application they would tell me that they couldn t insure an M1 rider. It was such a waste of time.. when I called Riders Plus my call was answered within 2 mins, no wait time on hold. The representative was very knowledgeable, we have completed the application very fast and now I can ride my bike. In terms of prices - I got a very dissent quote. Highly recommended!

Have been trying to contact them by phone for two days now. Have been waiting for a combined 2.5 hours and I still haven't been able to talk to someone.

Best people to use for Bike Insurance. They know the business, coverage types riders need and are very price competitive. I had my initial contact with Leon Archer who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he was prompt in returning calls and easy to deal with. I wish i could rate them a 0. I got insurance with them and didnt get my slips for three months. They kept sending me temporary liability over email and didnt charge me anythining. I finally get my slips in and mail and they are charging me 666 a month for the next three months becayse they didnt take money out of my account when they were suppose to. Also they straight up lied to me and said they called me to tell me about my payment plan adjustments and left a voicemail. I check my voicemail all the time, not a single voicemail was left. LIES. Also if they did call (which they didnt) and i didnt pick up, why not send me an email like you had been sending me for the temporary slip to inform me. They refused to work out the payment plan with me although this is a mistake on their side. I would highly suggest go somewhere else. This company is so unproffesional.

I have had insurance with this company for several years and have found them to be professional with my dealings. I have recommended them to other riders and will continue to do so. I sold my bike hence the reason for cancelling.

I have been a Riders Plus client for 17 years and have been speaking with Sarah off and on for most of those years and she had always made it easy and fun with regard to our motorcycle insurance. Thanks Sarah and talk again soon.

I contacted about 9 different companies and the highest rate was around 2.6k. Then i called riders plus and they offered 4.2k. "Competitive insurance rates" my ass.

I called Riders Plus customer service line regarding my renewal statement and to update some of my policy information. Not only did Charmaine update and correct all of the information I asked, but she helped get me some new quotes on different levels of coverage, and provided me with additional information on accident benefits I never would have thought to look at. Thank you Charmaine!
