Spa center quality. There's no room left so adjust your massage. The food and breakfast were successful. The insulation and air conditioning system in the rooms.

It was the must perfect place to gather ur thoughts, and all the stuff were to kind. I will visit this place again for sure!

I booked a room for 3 people and when they refused, they said that each room was two persons, the most extreme thing. They rejected a flat refusal and 3 hours in front of the Rachbashn. We booked and canceled. The receptionist was very bad, but they calculated for us tonight at a higher price than Bucking. The receptionist is sure you will receive a reel bacon melan !! And on top of this refused to give us two rooms Jamb some .. It was a dawn and a second employee greeted me called wink! Something beyond imagination although booking at the weekend! But they gave us a price lower than the price of the room on the days of the week and deducted 20% of the value of the booking of two rooms! After two rooms were arranged by some of them with 5 pints! Non - Akramiyat to Tejina them Cake and so on ... Employee wink its time from 9 morning to 4 afternoon ... Understandable and wonderful and smooth handling advised in it and Bkwawwa.

I had book 4 rooms but they didn't accept my brother they said the adult age in turkey is 19

I was here for a Business trip. This hotel is great, clean, friendly staff and a good place to relax after a workday. Would definetly stay here again.

Visted as part of a group attending a business off-site meeting. Location is very nice directly on Sapanca lake. The garden is beautifully landscaped and is quiet offering relaxation. No children are allowed. Overall pleasant experience

An unnecessary expensive place, the staff are friendly and attentive, I think the accommodation and massage prices should be in a more reasonable and logical range.

Looks like a lot of rich people. Because I'm poor, I've got 3 stars for my jealousy. Or it looks like a 5-star place.

We came here for an afternoon tea and get some fresh air in the garden. We chose this place because it is a wellness club and on their advertisment is says come here and get fresh.
But unfortunately there is no designated area for smokers (my opinion it should be smoke-free club at all) as soon as we took our seat, people on next table start smoking and we had to move to an other table and then same thing happened again. So if you don't smoke garden is not for you. (in a wellness club)
I suggest management to either make the place completely smoke-free or designate some area for smokers so non smokers can also enjoy the club.

The spa is amazing.. the quietly for relaxing is wonderfull on the lak.. the staff, the cleaning, the food is supper,, you don't need to go out every thing available in it,, this hotel like 7 star hotels
