The hotel is five stars, and it is frankly accommodated. The hotel has the best of two nights with a magnificent view of the sea, swimming pool and lobby. I do not like it once breakfast buffet but settle for eggs and types of cheeses and potatoes. The car stops at the indoor parking and at the security gate is the entrance to the hotel.

Unfortunately, Richmond Nua Wellness-Spa did not meet our expectations. When we evaluate in terms of the price we paid, the room quality was very low. Apart from the sauna, the pool and steam rooms did not have a special effect. The sauna is specially made and has an impressive structure. Breakfast and dinner were very successful.
A hotel with a low customer profile, unfortunately.

First of all, the purpose of all the staff working to help you provide a good stay..spa part is so beautiful that you feel yourself in another world.The rooms are large and spacious.cleaning and eating and drinking is great.A quiet and relax hotel.All you can throw away all the tension, a peaceful environment .the hotel is so quiet that the sound comes out if you walk at your fingertips in the evening - absolutely fabulous

The night shift's manager unfortunately was unrespectful, unprofessional, and bad behavoir person . Also, I advice you guys that you don't go in there because you'll face alot of troubles.

Hotel very clean and with many details. Spectacular treatment and very nice lake views. On the very spacious rooms and good beds to sleep. The toilet is very spacious and complete with personal hygiene accessories. It is a very nice and very cozy jotel. Totally recommended.

Very beautiful, elegant and calm, and one day is never enough, my reservation was with two breakfast and dinner meals for a day and I regretted that I had booked two days, and I like the dinner on the lake and ask the menu for a safe and good place for free. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The spa had a nice collection of saunas to make you relax. My room had a nice view to the lake and the room was so quiet during night. In breakfast, you have wide variety of choices. The crew was nice and friendly, although they cannot speak a good English.

Customer service quality 0 I'm thinking that there are no employees working in parallel with their commercial identity and this is the weakness of the enterprise.

Pros: Nice resort overall clean with very good breakfast and close to the beach. Cons: all sorts of external food and drinks are not allowed into the hotel as per their policy. Yet they provide 0.75L water bottle on daily bases.

Location: * Away from Sabiha Airport. Duration: 1 hour and 25 minutes by car.
