Purchased a new truck and the entire process was seamless like always! They're such an awesome dealership that my wife and I, collectively, have purchased 4 vehicles from here in the past few years! They work hard to sell you the experience and lasting relationship. They aren't like other dealerships where they do a deal and kick you to the curb to the next contestant.

I had the miss fortune of running over a pothole, which lead to a popped tire. I had just bought this tire about 6 weeks ago and was devastated. I called around to a bunch of places and was able to get appointment with Ford Lincoln of Richmond, as soon as a 3 days later. I first spoke with Mark in parts and after, with Carmen in servicing about a warranty that I had discovered through the tire company. On the day of the servicing, to tell you I was IMPRESSED and so happy with the CUSTOMER SERVICE, is an understatement. I have been in Customer Service for over 10 years and Carmen was great. She worked with the tire company as well as her parts department to ensure that I was able to claim my damages with them. This process took her almost an hour, but she was patient and even apologized to me for the wait! This was the first time in a very long time that I truly felt cared about as a customer, despite not owning a Ford or Lincoln. Carmen had my tires ordered, installed, and ready to go in a few hours. I will always be grateful to her and will be back again. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING CARMEN!
I cannot say good enough things about Richmond Ford Lincoln. I can go in on specifics, but this review would be way too long, here's what you need to know.
The customer service across the board was second to none through the entire process. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle online until I left with the keys, I felt valued, appreciated. They weren't just trying to hurry and close the deal and send me off, but they really took the time to make sure I was happy with every square inch of this truck. I'm a pretty frugal person, and you can imagine a person like me dealing with a car salesman. I feel like the service, and the truck itself, was worth every penny I spent. As a small business owner, I couldn't have been happier with my transaction.

Brad's goal was to make us happy, not sell us a vehicle. He did an amazing job! He knew more about the trucks they had to offer than any of the other dozen or more dealerships we went to. I want to say thank you to Richmond Ford for putting up with me over the last year. I ordered my 2021 Bronco and ever since I'm sure that I drove the team crazy as I waited like a kid waiting for Christmas. Marco, Jojo, Chris & Jaz were all amazing.
