I had the miss fortune of running over a pothole, which lead to a popped tire. I had just bought this tire about 6 weeks ago and was devastated. I called around to a bunch of places and was able to get appointment with Ford Lincoln of Richmond, as soon as a 3 days later. I first spoke with Mark in parts and after, with Carmen in servicing about a warranty that I had discovered through the tire company. On the day of the servicing, to tell you I was IMPRESSED and so happy with the CUSTOMER SERVICE, is an understatement. I have been in Customer Service for over 10 years and Carmen was great. She worked with the tire company as well as her parts department to ensure that I was able to claim my damages with them. This process took her almost an hour, but she was patient and even apologized to me for the wait! This was the first time in a very long time that I truly felt cared about as a customer, despite not owning a Ford or Lincoln. Carmen had my tires ordered, installed, and ready to go in a few hours. I will always be grateful to her and will be back again. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING CARMEN!
