Met with Robb Wilkinson of Richardson Properties and we discussed the property I was interested in selling. I thought the meeting went well and he told me that he would list the property and send me a docusign to list it. After 5 days of waiting I never heard back from him. Not sure why he did not get back to me. If he did not want to list the property fine, but he has no professionalism or integrity at all not getting back to me at all and letting me know his intentions. In my opinion you should not trust this guy selling or buying property. I would not walk away, I would run away from this guy!
