I cannot say good enough things about Richmond Ford Lincoln. I can go in on specifics, but this review would be way too long, here's what you need to know.

The customer service across the board was second to none through the entire process. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle online until I left with the keys, I felt valued, appreciated. They weren't just trying to hurry and close the deal and send me off, but they really took the time to make sure I was happy with every square inch of this truck. I'm a pretty frugal person, and you can imagine a person like me dealing with a car salesman. I feel like the service, and the truck itself, was worth every penny I spent. As a small business owner, I couldn't have been happier with my transaction.
