Air condition was not Working in our room! Breakfast is excellent!

The conference rooms are a bit dated, but the staff are nice and the food was also very good.

Poor Swedish employee and service. Little quality of their tasks. Some were nice but considering that several of the rooms did not have elementary features such as aitcondition, the review ended up poor

Lousy cleaning. The coffee machine on the suite was not washed, found used capsules and water in the container. The toilet seat had dried urine, very dusty and light in the hall needed bulb change. Could have had better pillows to lie in. Breakfast is varied, plenty to choose from, but the hot food section is cold, the only thing hot is the coffee machine and waffle maker. But cozy place, spacious room and liked that they have a fridge. Had they washed it properly then I had been satisfied.

Good hotel, with nice modern rooms, good fitness facilities and very good breakfast.

Ok room and nice breakfast buffet. But parking conditions are not optimal. Strange to be paid for 24 hours even if only 14 hours are needed.

Bad hotel room without ventilation .. 2 of the ladies at the reception, but he Swedish karen made the stay even worse. Poor service by him

Good location if you are going to a Concert at Valle Hovin (which i was) Not a busy neighborhood with about 10-15 min travel time to City centre. The room was spacey and had good amenities and a nice shower. I really likes the big windows in the room.

Ok Hotel if you want to stay a little outside the center.

Worn room with clear marks after hard attachment. Sad considering that it would be the hotel's best room.

Got a room that smelled "old". When I arrived on Monday, there was such an aluminum foil that is under the top of toothpaste tubes on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. It was still there when I left on Friday. In addition, there was a large field of greasy handprints inside the bathroom door and they were there all week as well.
By the way, the breakfast was good. But I hope the cleanliness of the kitchen is better than the room I stayed in.

I got old and worn room, but others got new and modern. Or else ok.

Problems with parking and getting poor help from reception staff. Otherwise nice hotel and good breakfast.

Fine classrooms. The dining room is well marked for us with alergies, but not a gluten-free bread alternative.

What's the point to be a rica member when the service is even worst. They gave me an old room with the view blocked by a plastic tarpaulin due to works in the hotel, while they had nicer rooms available... Breakfast :/ ...

There are loads of noise from the nearby highway if you get a room facing towards it. The room standard is okay alongside alright breakfast. Location of the hotel is good, but the restaurant is disappointing.

Edit: Second visit. Called in advance and requested a room that doesn't face the highway. The lovely staff grantes my wish and the room I got has a standard that is significantly better. There's also little to no noise from the highway. Awesome! Changing from 3 to 4 stars because of this.

There are old rooms and newly(ish) renovated rooms. The old rooms are 1 star and the new are 3 or 4 star. The main hotel area is nice but there is very little parking, maybe 8 spaces, and not much parking anywhere else. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure you book a new room.

Ok business hotel. Decent rooms and proper breakfast with good selection. Short way to communication towards the center and OSL. Possibility of running up to and around the Baltic Sea. My first choice hotel on trips to Oslo

Good service and facilities but it is time for a renovation of the restaurant, both the interior and the menu.

The hotel needs a renovation of the rooms, it is right on a city highway. Our room had no air conditioning, so you had to open the window at least partially. Then another construction site on one side of the hotel. But there was silence at night.

Good hotel but far from the port and city center. On the other hand I was walking in fresh air quite long. Breakfast were wonderful: huge choice of fish, vegetables - very natural and healthy.

Beautiful newly renovated rooms and buildings with affordable day parking. Close to the subway and cheaper than the city center hotels in Oslo.

Nice room, decent breakfast. Must take the subway to the city center. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the course. There is parking right outside the hotel.
We were awakened by construction work at 7am. Large elevator crane right on the outside of the window, this was a great deal of excitement for the kids, but not for us adults. Didn't know this either when we booked a room or at check-in. We should very much like that. Otherwise perfectly fine hotel.

Within for a single lunch. Nice and helpful staff at reception and in our lunch room. Good food.

A business hotel where we had three nights during our vacation reasonable price with private parking space and a good breakfast also family rooms which is nice with children. With a bus and metro station nearby that will take you to the center in no time. The Oslo pass is also recommended, you can travel unlimited by bus, tram and metro and in many museums

Minus points from me since they did not state that the restaurants were closed that night when we booked the room.

Room very mediocre. Bath is leak making water everywhere. Washbasin faucet makes noise. TV falls out.
Breakfast fine.
Staff almost all friendly, 1 person at reception very unhelpful.
Parking expensive, small places and paid but still full.

Far too hot in the room. Air conditioner out of order. Otherwise the room is clean and fresh.

Okay hotel at a decent price. Great breakfast which unfortunately was tainted by the fact that only a dull slice of bread was available. We talked to 14 guests standing in line to cut bread!

There is no end to free parking. It was the plus that made me choose this hotel when I arrived by car to Oslo. Now one can just as easily drive into the center and put the car in a parking house. A bad choice of hotel.

Great hotel. Free parking in front of the hotel. Unbelievably good breakfast. Rooms were clean and big enough. The staff was friendly. The next stop was within a few minutes walk.

Bad beds, extremely heavy duvets, thin pillows, breakfast was poor, staff took direct food without plastic gloves, poor hygiene that made us sick.

About 5 min to walk to the nearest metro station. Good standard, clean and good service.
