This hotel is on the "construction" level. 50% of the guests reflect this (they work at the facility). The food in the "restaurant" is overpriced takeaway and the bar has been replaced with taps for beer in reception. Bad to the price and location. Miss Rica. Then this was the hotel class. Now there is scams camping in a city with better and cheaper alternatives.
Ok hotel with big rooms. A good breakfast but not super clean. The halls are a bit smelly and the bathroom had hairs everywhere. Its also a bit tired and in need of a refresh
The hotel is clean and looks good. Air conditioning is now available when it is warm and floor heating is in the toilet when it is cold. However, I can mention that parking is something you have to pay for if you have a car. Then the hotel doesn't own it!

They had managed parking away. It makes d less attractive for us to live there in the future.
Scandic is always a good alternative. You know what you get!
Boring food in the restaurant, nothing near the hotel.
First room we got was extremely dusty and seemed run down. After complaining, we were offered another, much more luxurious, room.

The staff is so polite and willing to help. I loved my room, and the interior is so nice. The highlight of my experience with Scandic Helsfyr was definitely the breakfast buffet. They had so many wonderful options of delicious food, and I enjoyed sitting down for a long time in the restaurant.
Absolutely okay hotel for an overnight stay. Requires an early refurbishment as it begins and becomes relatively worn. Can sometimes be very crowded because of a lot of bus holidaymakers. Nice staff but somewhat understaffed.

Quick and straightforward check-in. When we asked for a room high up, it was arranged immediately and we were given room on the 7th floor. The standard room we had booked was good and had a lot of space; armchair, table and desk. The bathroom was good and thankfully without the bathtub. The breakfast was VERY good with a great selection . It was constantly cleared away cutlery, cups and tubs in the dining room, and it was good We will probably return at a later occasion.

The salad was very good but unfortunately the shrimp tasted very much lake.
