I purchased the camera at the booth at the CDA Convention in San Francisco August 2017. The salesman at the time assured me that if I bought the camera at the convention that I had 2 weeks to evaluate the camera and THERE WOULD BE NO RESTOCKING charge, I would be paying for the return shipping. The agreement that comes has no option to opt out of the restocking charge but I sent an email restating that I did not want the camera if they they were going to charge me the 25% restocking charge, since that was the agreement I made when I bought it. Well the camera does not compare to the Lenisora that I currently have.
First the Lenisora is not as grainy a picture and it takes closeups, full arch and even face photos. RF offered me a free trial of a $500 attachment that would do the same that the Lenisora does. They were totally unresponsive, they did not return phone calls, they said they would call me back and they didnt, they said the person in charge of returns was out and would get back to me and he never did. I sent multiple emails that were not returned, when I did get in contact with someone they would NOT authorize a return of the merchandise. It was an amazing example of poor product quality, poor customer service, aggressive salesmanship, and a lack of response.
Purchased a very expensive piece equipment and 2 months after purchase the charger stopped working. They refused to honor any warranty and were not helpful at all in getting a new charger. Buyer beware of this company.

This company is an ethical one. I had problems with my new camera that was bought less than 6 months ago. Upon hearing that the problems was caused by a manufacturing defect that caused the battery to not stay charged, they sent one of their representatives out to swap out the camera and got us operational again.
