Unpleasant. I greeted, I smiled, I was cheerful. No response. Just wanted me out ASAP.
I have gone into this location on three separate occasions. And every time I go in the ladies working act like it s a huge inconvenience to them whenever I ask for what printer it is to do prints on. Mind you, none of my prints turned out so I got charged $10 for three prints that I had to throw away before I walked out the door.
I will NEVER return here.
Experienced awful customer service from an older lady with blonde hair. I had two packages that consisted of books. I continued to tell her that and she didn't charge me for the book rate. She was trying to charge me $11 for one & $15 for the same exact books/same location. I took them to my local post office and paid $4 a box. When I asked why the price was so high, she told me she didn't know and it was just what the computer was telling her. I asked if she could explain why the price difference and her response was "I don't know." I'll never go back to this location again. I work in the book business so I sent out 3-4 packages weekly.
I called ahead because I would arrive very close to closing time. Cindy quickly packaged and processed my documents to be sent by UPS. Cindy has a very pleasant attitude this time and when processing my Amazon returns too. I prefer this location over other locations. Thank you for saving me from another trip in the evening traffic.
Alice, Cindy and the gang at the Rim UPS Store are the bomb!!!!! Always smiling and ready to help with anything I need, awesome to walk into a store and everyone knows your name, feels like family:) They are awesome at what they do. Thanks a million y'all
The guy does very bad service.I came to the store when no one in there and people Pouring after I came in . I tried to fax some paperworks and I have been waiting more than 15 minutes and he keeps ignoring me.He is so weird
Seems like a lot of people like me had issues with the BLUE/PURPLE haired woman who refuses to be kind.
The staff at the UPS at the RIM is the best in the business. They are brilliant at shipping but they do so much more. Printing, notorizing, label-making, 3D printing, laminating, PDF scanning and everything in between. I have asked if I could email them something to print and sure enough it was ready when I arrived at the store. Alice and the staff are the best. They have The Best customer service.
I visit this location frequently and have always experienced great customer service. The staff is helpful and friendly. I can always count on this location for my packing and shipping needs. Highly recommend!

Maybe Sunday isn t a good day to call, but on Monday Alice answered and was extremely kind, courteous & professional. She laid out a plan to find my package with a solution for either outcome. I ll definitely continue to use this UPS store & I feel like a valued patron.
Impressive is an understatement, genuine and to the point as to describing the customer service we recieve everytime we get help from Alice and Cindy. I got quick service, quick quote, a time on delivery and the packing was EXCELLENT! We thank you!!!!
Alicia, Rachel, Santiago and the rest are wonderful people. They are there to solve any problem and go out on a limb for you. They are very knowledgeable people. If it's possible, they will do it. They treat you as royalty.

Prompt and quick service. And they don t charge you for dropping off USPS packages (unlike a lot of other stores in the area). The store provides me with exactly what I need, a place to drop off UPS and USPS packages, shipping supplies if needed, and a mail box when needed. Thanks!
Wow! I can t begin to say enough great things about the service at this place. Alice & Cyndi are incredible! I always look forward to going in to the UPS store in La Cantera. From the moment I open the front door I am greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces Ladies, thank you for your wonderful customer service and always being so helpful. This was a fantastic experience. I went to the UPS Store to open a mail box for my business. Alice, one of the employees, greeted me and asked how she could help. She was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process. The store is very convenient and well managed. Another customer came in while I was filling out paperwork and she greeted him by name. Very impressed with the customer service. I will be bringing other business needs to this UPS Store as well.
Gieselle has always been a great help to my foundation. Her constant effort for excellence has help grow my operation. She will be greatly missed!!!!

I wanted to thank the staff at this location. I had a few packages that needed to be mailed off. I had knee surgery a few months ago and a female staff noticed that I was struggling at the door with these packages and she went to my rescue. I waited in line for about 10 min due to the fact that there were a few people in front of me. As I stood there I was observing the staff and I was very impressed. Nice, friendly and very professional. I'm currently living in Houston and I was in town for business and I found this ups by accident. I'm very glad that I did because I was very pleased with my service that I received there. I will definitely go back when I'm in town again... Thank you
The manager, Anthony helped me out when I came in very frustrated that I had to return some things for a repair. Anthony helped me with everything I needed and got me all squared away. I left the store feeling way less anxious and super happy. Anthony has a great attitude and deserves some praise!

Honestly this location should have a 5-stars. I have been mailing from here for about 3 years- and I can t thank these women enough-Cindy and manager(forget her name). They go ABOVE and BEYOND. I mean wow.... so I wanted to mail something to Florida then things happened and I didn t need it to get mailed there anymore so were able to help me. It s not their job to go above and beyond, it s not their job to call me back, it s not their job to smile and joke.
I seriously can t thank you enough ladies! You are wonderful humans and the environment that you have your store really echoes your souls.
And not just that- they will get you in and out.

Cindy was wonderful. She beat FED ex prices and gave me a discount a nd free shredding to do business with her .I also won a gift and she has great customer service skills. I will definitely do business with only this UPS store. Fed Ex a few doors down has more expensive prices and zero customer service. Will never go back to them.
I've stopped by this place a few times and the staff have always been helpful and provided great service.
Very rude staff, especially a lady with blue hair and a fake tan that has on numerous occasions given awful service! She has talked down to me several times when I ve been in the store and acted as if it is a task to actually do her job!
I ve started to use the fed ex store about 4 doors down! The fed ex store actually makes me feel like they want my business!

The staff here was so rude and had the worst attitude. I m not sure what their issue is, but they were unprofessional and condescending. I left. I will not utilize this location again.
Gieselle was a huge help to my business media pouch! I was in a huge time crunch to get 1000 brochures printed and she had them finished within a few hours! Amazing job!
Great staff. Love them. Friendly and understanding the meaning of customer service. It can be difficult work in that area with all the egos that live around there and their superior attitudes (based on their higher tax bracket) but the ladies and gentlemen make dealing with spoiled brat customers look easy.

Came in to drop off an amazon return, QR code didn't work so Cindy said I should call amazon for a new code. The new code required me to purchase packaging which I wasn't supposed to have to purchase. Cindy saw that I was getting frustrated with amazon so she went and got a cute mailer off the shelf and told me that it was on her. Thank you Cindy for all your help. will definitely use this store from now on.

I just tried to do an Amazon return at this location. I was told by the young man who helped me that I would have to pay for a box. My return clearly stated that there was no charge to me. If I could give zero stars I would.
Bad experience with terrible staff - I stopped by the store during lunch break as usual (it was fine in the past) and planned on shipping a package to a store in Dallas. An older lady served me very impatiently. I later realized that I forgot to bring the suite number which needs to be added to the address label, so I decided to pay the postage, get the label and take back later of the day after I add the suite number to the address label. The lady suddenly got upset and told me they could not let me take the box out of the door after she put label on the box. This was something that I did not know. She could explain it to me patiently and I would totally understand it. Instead she had to show her impatience and frustration. She peeled off the address label and cancelled the transaction with her terrible attitude. I am not a person who likes to bring people trouble. I said I was sorry for the trouble and walked out of the store with no plan of going back. I am a professional who provides services to my clients. I may not know who UPS works, but I surely know what a bad customer service is. I am glad there are tons of UPS stores in town. For service this time, I would give 1-star at most; I gave it 3-star because the past experience were ok.
I've had a box with this store since my arrival in San Antonio in 2017. I've gotten nothing but exceptional service from the staff. Two employees have been there since day 1, Alice & Cindy have always been helpful and highly knowledgeable with everything from small issues to helping with complicated issues. I totally appreciate the great attitude they have when I come in. Thank you-keep it up.

The younger girl that work here is always friendly, but there is an older lady that is always so rude and acts like her job or anything extra she might have to do that would be helpful is just a huge hassle.

Wow. The grandma with the purple hair was anything but friendly. She did her job, but that's all I can say good about my visit.
They were extremely kind and professional with me. The lovely woman at the counter, Cindy, was so sweet and patient when handling my packages, and did an excellent job. Awesome customer service!
Older manager lady was very unprofessional and refused to help me with understanding a form given to me by ups, she was extremely unhelpful and very unwelcoming I will not be returning to this location
