I brought an Iomega external harddrive that had failed over 2 years ago, and he calmly told me what I could expect, was upfront about pricing and service, and delivered fully even recovering data I had deleted to ensure the job was complete. I flashed a drive that contained some important images and despite my best efforts was unable to uncover the most important of them. Luckily, I found William at Lazarus Data Recovery.
