This was a fantastic experience. I went to the UPS Store to open a mail box for my business. Alice, one of the employees, greeted me and asked how she could help. She was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process. The store is very convenient and well managed. Another customer came in while I was filling out paperwork and she greeted him by name. Very impressed with the customer service. I will be bringing other business needs to this UPS Store as well.
