Location clean and great staff; however our room did NOT have a refrigerator I dont think I have ever not had a refrigerator in a upscale hotel. Highly recommend they put them in every room. Some had them others didnt. Oh the pool was inoperable bummer.

Comfort, class, and style.

Comfort, class, and style.
The location is ideal in Boston with easy access to a plethora of restaurants, great running trails by the water and the Commons. The rooms are very comfortable, all with balconies. The hotel has a classy modern feel while still being cozy. The rooftop bar attracts a lot people on the weekends. A gym is more than adequate for most people.

I enjoyed staying at the Revere. It was reasonably priced and the location was perfect. Close to Boston Common and the South End. I loved the shampoo and conditioner that they use and they sell it in a shop nearby. I highly recommend staying here. Everything was perfection.

Nice new, clean room with a balcony. We stayed at Park Plaza hotel last year and the Revere had a much better and bigger room, would definitely stay here again. Only negative comment was that there was a free "Continental breakfast" but it was literally a bagel and Keurig.... We went to Panera for breakfast.

Very good hotel.

Very good hotel.
The service is good, the rooms comfortable, the swimming pool next to the bar (open to people outside the hotel) does not allow you to be quiet for swimming ...
The rooftop bar has a great view.
A good price-performance ratio

I attended the HBO Westworld premiere at Revere Hotel Boston Common. I'd never been to the Revere or its previous iterations and was surprised to find that its decor leaned toward tastefully artistic instead of the typical overused ye olde Boston flair that so many other venues favor. The meeting rooms we were in were spacious, clean, and visually appealing without being distracting. The AV system was solid and when more guests arrived, chairs appeared with no fuss. The hotel concierges we're very polite and helpful when we asked where the event was taking place. The catering staff was funny and approachable. All in all, a great social event at a standout venue.

Revere Hotel is conveniently close to many of the ...

Revere Hotel is conveniently close to many of the theater district venues. This was the primary reason that we stayed here. It's a 5 minute walk to the Wilbur and the Wang Theater. Conveniently located close to many restaurants. Situated in a very busy part of Boston, driving in proves to be very challenging. There is a parking garage located directly underneath the hotel, however not affiliated with the hotel and parking is not included. For 1 day stay, we paid 42 dollars for this parking garage. On top of a price of upwards 250 for a single night at the Revere, this proves to be very expensive. This hotel is mainly all Boston upscale with their historical new age decor, but does not feel of 4 star quality. Check-in was easy enough with the staff dressed in suit/tie. The elevators going up to the rooms are quite packed on the weekend and prepare for a wait. We stayed on floor 14, each floor proves ambiance with dark wood decor and new-age upcycled artistic metal look. The room itself was okay. Two queen beds, a bathroom, dresser, desk and TV. No refrigerator. The bathroom was white tile and clean, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash located in the shower. There is a cement balcony with no chairs, but was nice to have the door open. We ventured down to the bar, with a short drink list and high prices (18 for a drink) but cozy to hang out and a cool fireplace. This hotel might be for the new-age hipsters and designer wearing patronage. But for a quick weekend, I would recommend saving money and staying elsewhere.

They got rid of the Balconys.. "Safty Policy" bullcrap.. i stayed in Las Vegas not to long ago (every room had a balcony).. Without the Balcony its simply not worth the money at all, i will be reaching out to everyone i know who has stayed there to give it a 1star because truly all it deserves with no balcony.. Staff & Location very nice.. but no reason to pay absurd money. Not even mad just kind of disapointed i was trying to book a room for my Wedding night when i got the news the balconys are off limits.. Let down, owner should be ashamed he was scared of a lawsuit and ruined the hotel

I stayed at the Revere for the first time just before Thanksgiving. The amenities are wonderful. Comfortable lobby, bar area with a fireplace. Pool and roof deck bar in the summer. Fabulously helpful staff. Dog friendly. The location is fantastic. Centrally located and close to Boston Commons. Lots of public transportation right there, as well as both valet and self parking in a garage right next door.

This hotel really impressed me. It's obviously geared toward the millennial, but having stayed at other millennial targeted hotels (Aloft, AC Marriott, Rad Red, etc.) this one hits all those points but doesn't alienate Gen Xers. Take a lol at the pictures and you will see, this place is one of the best I've stayed in in Boston.

My family stayed here the weekend of May 19th at $1000/ night, so you expect a first class, seasoned professional staff. We didn't get that. The night manager should be at Holiday in. My son and I were sharing a beer at the downstairs bar watching the game when this manager(tall with glasses) told us "Sorry the bar is closed for a private party" We looked around, and only saw the same handful of people there from an hour ago. The place was almost empty at 9pm "Can we finish our beer?" He then asked us to take it to the bar upstairs. When we didn't move "fast enough" He called these three large Security guards (almost instantly). Very intimidating and very inappropriate action. They never touched us but Used their large presence to force us to move. I was so upset by these "police state" tactics that I snapped this pic in case I was man handled. The room was ok. The food was ok. But for $1000/night ? We won't be back. "The Guards are coming!" The Guards are coming!!" .. Good bye "Revere"

Had a very nice stay at the Revere. Great location near the Commons. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Rooms are fairly small, but manageable. Had a bar charge on my bill, but never went to the bar, but they took care of that for me without a fight. The gym is small, but decent for a hotel gym. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel.

This hotel was fabulous! The room was beautiful and chic; loved the balcony, large amount of floor space, glass desk, replica tungsten lamp bulb, pillow menu, and European-style pluffery comforter. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Common, Public Garden, and many other places of note in downtown Boston. We also had a conference room with a catered breakfast which was tasty.

Stayed here for a work event. We leveraged the Hotel's conference space and catering services. Overall everything was very well done. The food was very good and the space was conducive to our group of over 150. The rooms were very nice, clean, and we'll kept. Definitely recommended for business travel.

Convenient location, great staff, and a very high-end feel to this hotel! We really enjoyed our time here! Plus they have the softest robes ever... there were a lot of nice little bonuses like this during our stay.

The hotel in general is very clean and smells great. The rooms are nice but seem outdated.... Mostly I believe this is due to the theme of the hotel which is fine by me.

Staff is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The location of the hotel is great as you can walk to many places for dining or just a fun night out.

Not a 4 star at all. Good location but more like a 2.5 -3. No microwave, no refrigerator, not even continental breakfast, the balcony door requires serious physical strength to open and close while the balcony itself is unwelcoming. Friendly staff and concierge though, but NOT A 4 STAR at all as advertised!

Called ahead of time to make sure the rooftop bar and pool was open to the public, the lady on the phone said it was with a fee. Walked all the way there with my friends and then get told by the guy at the front desk that it was closed to the public.... SO MAD! Called ahead for a reason! There is obviously no communication among staff.

The hotel I though was well upkept and in a really good location to walk to the north end of Boston. The negatives were that the room did not have a mini-fridge and the pool area was a little outdated. Take a taxi to/from the airport is cheaper than getting a shared van.

Beautiful, intimate lobby and adjoining bar area, perfect for small group get-togethers with comfortable couches and chairs. Rooms tastefully furnished. Bathroom with excellent sink fixtures and shower head, with two varieties of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner mounted on the shower wall. Firm mattress (which I like) and soft pillows (which I don't like). Fast and secure elevators. Exceptionally friendly staff. Would definitely book here again!
