This is a truly amazing place to stay. Perfectly located to the theatre district, super close to Boston Common and a stone's throw to the city centre. Close to food also. All of the staff and I mean all of the staff were awesome. Very friendly and exceptional amenities. The pool and roof top bar are a must attend. Great for our family and loved every second of our stay. Well priced.

A wonderful gem with incredible location. Everything from the first impression, to the lovely environment it is a win. If I'm ever back in Boston, THIS is where I'll stay. Such a hip and fun place to be.

I attended a fundraising event at Space 57 and it was fabulous! The space was perfect for the event and the evening was beautiful. Didn't interact with Joel staff much though because the non-profit staff took over but would definitely think of this space for events in the future.

The hotel was great! It was right in the middle of Boston! It was perfect if you wanted to go to Salem, or drive a hour to Cape Cod! It s walking distance to almost all historical sites! The couple of downfalls is that your not on the harbor. You can kind of see it from the balcony but it s mostly city view. The other downfall is no refrigerator! We went to a few fantastic restaurants and we couldn t bring food back because it would spoil. The AC was as cold but you definitely felt it after walking in the hot weather. We would stay at this hotel again!

Literally had someone was wake us up at 9:30 to ask if we'd checked out yet. Checkout is at 11am. Wtfe? Nice room. Nice bed. Nice view. 45 minute wait for an elevator with enough space for one more person at checkout time. Be better.

The room was nice, and house keeping did a good job straightening up. But, no hot tub. And the room service was expensive. The best part was the bartender suggesting us where to go sight seeing, and the concierge suggesting us to go to the theatre. Everything else was mediocre, stuff I could have gotten cheaper else where.

Hotel is great. It is well located to most areas, 10-15 minute walk all around. The rooms are very nice, large and clean. The price is a little steep compared to most, but it's worth it in my opinion. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Location of the hotel is great, beautiful lobby and helpful staff. My room has an older A/C unit that sounds like a diesel truck idling, and a few if of the tv channels including HBO have terrible reception. I don't love or hate The Revere, but potbelly won't be back again.

The room was clean. They have covid19 protocols, such as not cleaning your room during your stay. However, on your request, they will bring linen and towels to the room. They will accept your trash for removal, but they will not enter your room.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy and amazing. I liked that the balcony was accessible. It was our anniversary and Nick at the front desk surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and little box of chocolates. That was a fantastic touch that really helped make our stay special.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no mini fridge in the room. We went to lunch and dinner during our 2 night stay, but could never take leftovers back to the room; that was a bummer.

Very bad service, very bad room and very nosiey. E.g. roof bar located so alle the noise until 23pm goes up and hit the rooms above. The ask for evaluation during the stay when you connect to the WiFi. However they do not respond to your action. However they paid my breakfast as as sign of good faith and understanding.

Stayed in this hotel multiple times and now I'm done. For two night this hotel has charged me over $1,500 in unauthorized funds on seperate cards. I spent over 90 minutes at the front desk at check-out. The manager would never come to the front desk, instead the desk attendant would "go in the back". They said accounting would call me to resolve the matter. I never received a phone call. Just really poor customer service and now I'm done.

When I first walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming scent that I assumed was someone's perfume that was just sprayed. Later, as I entered/exited a few more times, I realized that this is the normal fragrance of the lobby. It's enough to give a person a headache if they remain there long enough.

The room was nice and clean, with the bathroom essentials stocked. After the first night of three, we woke up to problems with the water heater. I was there to attend a conference and had to leave before the issues were solved, which I was told were a few hours later. The cold shower was definitely uncomfortable.

The room service menu was pretty disappointing. It had a very limited selection of food and outrageous pricing for it. For a couple eggs, bacon, and toast it was somewhere around $20? Not worth it.

The hotel was good enough for what I was there to do, but I probably wouldn't stay there again or recommend to anyone else. There are so many hotels in the area where other conference attendees stayed that were having better experiences than I had. At least the staff was friendly and attentive/room was nice.

This is a cute, novelty hotel for out of towners who want to be close to the Boston Commons.

The common areas, rooms, and amenities are clean and orderly. They had a pillow menu from which you could select additional and specialty pillows (body pillows, nursing pillows, back/neck, etc.

The staff were also super accommodating and housekeeping was fast to respond.

My only complaint is the resort fee. I booked through Expedia and, while that platform called out the fee, I would have rather that amount be included in the nightly cost for the room.

Beautiful hotel in a great area. We could walk to many places and there are multiple subway stops within walking distance as well. Very friendly staff.

Had a room on the 19th floor, beautiful view of the city. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom had full sized Skoah bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, and face wash) which was really nice.

Another member of our party had a room near the elevators and said it was quite loud. If you're a light sleeper or like to go to bed early I'd suggest getting a room toward the ends of the hall rather than the middle. We were on the end and had no problems.

We arrived at the hotel to be notified that the pool was not in service and it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Additionally, we had to wait for house keeping at 2:30pm to service our room after being out all morning. The staff was pleasant but the room/night I would expect that we were advised of the pool prior and given some sort of comps.

It was a nice walk from South Station, and a good room with good service. There were just a few weird issues, like super slow (or maybe just not enough) elevators for such a tall building, or oddly bad television service. But overall I was happy with it.

Rooms are recently renovated, modern, and clean so don't let the bland grey concrete exterior deter you. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Took off one star because the included continental breakfast was a sham. Nothing but a Keurig machine and a few stale bagels so be prepared to eat breakfast elsewhere.

This hotel is excellent. Central to many routes and very clean. Friendly staff and fabulous rooms. The Revere is the only hotel I have stayed in the US where they genuinely care about recycling and the limited use of plastic.one small niggle- the walls are very thin and it can be annoying but dont let that spoil your enjoyment of this lovely hotel.

At hotel for a conference- facility was very nice, but they're renovating elevators currently so very slow to get around. Otherwise seems very nice, although I was not an overnight guest at this hotel.

Like several hotels The Revere charges an amenity fee. Since this fee isn't optional, this simply advertising a lower rate but changing a higher rate upon arrival. Interesting that the pool was out of service during out stay but no adjustment to the fee was granted.

The hotel and rooms depending of course which ones you rented were beautiful along with the Boston skyline! Just a few indiscrepancies with some of the staff who seen me trying to have a goodtime with my fiance on the rooftop restaurant! She had arrived first cause of our reservations and I arrived 10mins after and for some reason the manager I guess came right over to our table and I asked if I could receive a cocktail before I ordered dinner and I was told right away that I couldn't be served, I guess he assumed that I was already intoxicated from which he got that idea I will never know!? I was very upset because up untill then the stay was great but to be humiliated like that for walking in and sitting down was outrageous!! Well I had about a 30min conversation with him guess I wasn't that drunk to have spoken to him for that long and not fallen asleep lol. Now after this conversation with him that I decided to give up and try to order food and he had told us that the kitchen was closed as he's saying that a waitress was bringing out a dish to other customers but at no time when he kept repeating himself to me did he tell is if we wanted to order food this would be the time to do so! This man had just ruined our last night there for no reason! Almost everything else was great but for common decentcy made me think lower of the hotel!

Stayed here when I first visited Boston a couple of years back. The staff is very nice and the rooms offer unparalleled views of the city. I believe that most of the rooms offer balconies, which surprises me at a hotel but hey, you can walk out and smell the evening air. You can also rent cars as an Enterprise Car Rental is right on site. Definitely recommend if you visit Bean Town.
