New office tower that reminds me of the world trade centre in Manhattan. Very well maintained. No amenities yet for the visiting or working crowd in the building. The lifts and the foyer area is very bright and maintained spotless. The chandeliers in the lift lobby is a great highlight. If you are visiting any company in this building please contact the company before you arrive there to obtain a visitor parking in advance. Outside parking in the public areas is pretty scarce as with any other location in the West bay area. The lighting for the building at night time is worth a photograph. The basement car park in this building is one the best and well maintained in entire Doha. It is spotless and superbly clean and organized with enough lighting and proper signage to lift lobbies. The best thing is that there are no steep ramps between the floors.
A simple yet eye-catching architecture. Very nice to look at especially at night time when the tower lights are all lit up.
Although the building is quite a pleasurable sight, the real estate management is surprisingly poor. Some certain people who i will not name are very ignorant and stubborn. The way they deal with people is full of arrogance. Be on your toes when visiting floor 28. garbage people
