The hotel looks pretty careful. Cleansed. The location is good the only negative is that the bar closed before the scheduled time.

Upscale hotel in the heart of Boston. Friendly staff all around and great fitness center.
Service was great. Got an upgrade to a top floor room with balcony. Rooms are decently sized and come with iPod/Bluetooth dock to play music that sounds great.
Nice hotel but the elevators are slow with some renovations going on. Also the pool seems to be a party scene with locals so the lobby can be busy.
Rooms are cleaned very fast and clean. The staff is super friendly and the view from the room was very nice. Top-located and very spacious!
good rooms but didnt have a mini-fridge so our food went bad. other than that a very good experience, didn't spend too much time at the hotel to experience everything offered
Went to the hotel to watch the premiere of NERVE at the movie theater. The service was great and the place was really classy.
Room was really nice. Other than the ice machine outside our door it was super quiet. The rooftop lounge was nice. Expensive but excellent drinks. The pool however was full of children, as I should have expected. Front desk staff seemed lackluster. Either uninterested or completely frazzeled.
My family and I were very impressed with the Revere hotel. The staff were wonderful the concierge was knowledgeable and extremely helpful The room was comfortable, the view was nice the location was perfect. If we visit Boston again we will definitely stay at the Revere hotel.
Spent 3 nights on a long weekend. Room was large, spacy and quiet. Stuff was helpful, courteous and efficient, especially Ms. Sabata Sarcone, the reservation maneger
Best hotel but gets loud at night if you are by the outside Lounge . I had a great time
Great location. Beautiful rooms. Issues with the iron and roof top bar could use more food selection. Otherwise great stay!
Great ambiance, bartenders were attentive, views of Boston are beautiful!
Wonderful facilities, great food, outstanding concierge service, and perfect location!
I LOVE this place! Everyone is hospitable and courteous. The rooms were comfy and creatively decorated which definitely stood out. They had full bottles of shampoo and toiletries and being able to walk outside on a balcony was incredible too
Excellent Hotel! Highly recommended! The staff is incredible and the place is impeccable!
This hotel is my hotel of choice when Visiting boston
If you are looking to actually sleep at the hotel then do not stay here on weekends. We had to deal with several incidents where people were screaming down the hallway and our neighbors above were banging all night and screaming off the balcony for over 3.5 hours. We reported it to the hotel several times and the front desk said they have had several complaints and have sent up security. I even spoke with the manage and his excuse was "well these are people coming out of clubs". I asked him if he was going to refund my money because I paid to sleep, not yell and scream all night. He had no answer for me and the noise continued until 3:30 am.
DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT PEACE AND QUIET.
The 4 star rating is for location which is just perfect! Close to Boston Common/Garden, restaurants, cafes and trains. Walking distance to just about every where. Concierge. ...well he doesn't like to be disturbed! On the whole receptionist staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was not up to standard. ...was it becsuse it was 3rd party booked???Very annoying when we constantly had to ask for items. Shower caps...tea bags. ..okay not the end of the world. However, not a cheap establishment.
Outstanding. Great views and location. Top floor is very lovely. Good sized king suite. Very pleased w my stay. Will stay again. Stores/food withing walking distance.
very nice hotel. Great view from balcony. Would love to visit again.
Very nice place. Great, clean rooms. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, Loews Theater, Boston Common, & Dunkin' Donuts or 711.
Great location, very big room for Boston, comfortable beds.
The event was a premier of a movie. The screening hall was beautiful. Very nice service and very comfortable seating arrangements.
Lovely hotel with a wonderful roof-top bar and pool area to overlook Boston.
Impressed with the space but huge complaints about the chairs used for our corporate event. They were unsupportive and extremely uncomfortable and my back is on fire after 6 hours sitting in them. I heard the same from multiple other attendees as well.
I delivered food there. The staff were friendly and very helpful
Was here for a training class. Lunch was catered by the hotel. Surprisingly good. Clean and all projector and wifi were working.
Elegant and beautiful hotel in the heart of Boston Commons. We went for our anniversary and the hotel was very kind and gave us a complimentary care package. Plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Short drive to the harbor to see the parks and museums. The city view from our room was breathtaking. Parking isn't validated for the attached garage, however the hotel experience is well worth the higher price tag
Valet my car and it was broken into, several items stolen. Manager on duty offers to waive the valet gee..... Wow. Valet employees are from revere and it a 3rd party. Do not stay here under any circumstances!
Beautiful hotel. Apparently they over booked and I did not get the suite I asked for. They did move us the next day and left complimentary drinks and snacks in our room. I felt very safe here with my kids.
Very fancy & pretty. Food & service were top notch.
For an international hotel not to have the room ready is a missed opportunity. I had to wait for three hours (!). Not impressed.
I used the parking garage and it was very easy to use and priced right
Went to IGBOSTON_WWIM13 EVENT great function hall.
Event was well run.
Hotel was a short walk from Boston Public Garden Arlington St entrance.
Very nice hotel, great location and great size suites. Small, but nicely designed bathrooms in the room though.
Very good location, if in the summer can walk to all the downtown tourist attractions. In the winter it's very close to different T lines as well. Right across from legal seafood and 3 min walk to another excellent Italian restaurant.
My boyfriend and I wanted to go to Boston for a quick weekend getaway. When reserving the room via telephone, we confirmed that it was a pet friendly hotel (I have a 40lb blue heeler) and we decided to spring for a nicer room on the 16th floor.
We checked in at 4am, exhausted from a late night at work and long drive. At check in, we were told that we couldn't check in because their system was being audited and we weren't on their paper list. We waited for about 30 min to get our room, only to find out that it was not the same room that we booked. They said that we couldn't have pets on that particular floor, but still attempted to charge us for the nicer room. So our room wasn't ready at 4am, they gave us the wrong room, AND tried charging us for the better room. The hotel did send wine and chocolate to the room and comped our valet in order to make a mends, but it was still frustrating to have to deal with it all, especially at 4am when we wanted to go to straight to bed.
To boot, 2 days after we checked out and paying the bill, there was a $250 charge on my boyfriend's credit card dated post check out. We had used the card to reserve the room, but a different one to pay the bill. They were apologetic on the phone and said they would fix it, but really???? You would think after all the hassle, they would take caution and be sure that everything would be processed correctly.
The only good things were the location (walking distance to great restaurants and sites) and it was clean. Overall, really disappointed. Good location, but bad experience.
Awesome stay, very convenient location to everything I needed in the area within walking distance. Excellent rooms accommodating staff, would stay here again without a doubt.
What a lovely place to stay in Boston. Always our go-to hotel and the renovations make it even more beautiful!
Excellent hotel. Great rooms, staff are very helpful and happy. Good amenities.
The staff here is very friendly and professional. The director of the front office, Audrey, is amazing. We asked for taxi numbers and she gave us the most reliable companies and she was correct. All the directions were clear and precise. Loved it!
Visited to see the GoldRush Rally. Good to see the hotel allowing guests around the grounds.
The hotel was great. Only complaint is the overly fragrant lobby.
Excellent hotel, good level of staff, perfect rooms.
We had a room with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Room was very clean and the hotel is in a great area with plenty of food and entertainment options.
Went to visit the rooftop pool around 6PM on a Friday. It was free otherwise I would feel a little scammed because the pool is completely inside with no rooftop view. It would have been nice if they kept the doors open to get some breeze from outside and a better look at the view. There were no clean towels and the entire floor around the pool was soaking wet. The outdoor area was nice but too crowded, there were no open seats and only a few places to stand. We didn't order any food or drinks because we couldn't sit down and they were on the pricier side.
Cool vibe that feels modern and classy but with a historic Boston touch. Room was incredibly spacious too.
We booked our stay through Hotwire and when I wrote directly to the hotel to say we were staying there for our wedding anniversary they gave us a great room with a bottle of bubbly and some macaroons. Had a great time in Boston. Hotel is close to all the places we wanted to visit, except Sam Adams but the walk made us thirsty for the beer.
A great, centrally located place. The surrounding area is full of upscale bars, restaurants and event venues. Lovely service and beautiful interior as well.
Great hotel but the surrounding area is extremely noisy from 12-4am
Comfortable, reasonable sized rooms. The location is fine, a short walk from two train stations (green and orange line). Some people might find the closeness to the hospital a little annoying as there are often ambulances running down the street.
My room was pretty quiet though, and the facilities of the room were good. Having HBO Go and Netflix included was a plus. The staff are pretty friendly and there are a few places to hang out (behind reception, for example).
The pool isn't the kind of pool you can do decent laps in, and while the weather wasn't great while I was there the terrace looked like it'd be fantastic in nice weather.
I ate at the restaurant, which was reasonable (the flank steak was nice, although could have been shared by two people with the addition of a side). Would stay again.
Really nice hotel! Beautifully decorated and clean. Staff went above and beyond. Airline misplaced my bag and then brought it to hotel soaking wet. Hotel staff were extremely hospitable and helped turn around a difficult situation. A special "Thank You!" to Tiffany P. and the housekeeping staff for expediting my laundry and making sure my dry cleaning was taken care of efficiently!
This was our first time traveling with our 10-month old baby, and it couldn t have been better. We thought that it was off to a bad start when we entered our room. It was located just above the outdoor bar, and was a tad noisy. Twenty-something me would have loved it. Thirty-something-with-a-baby me called the front desk. The staff was entirely understanding, and came to relocate us to another beautiful room. They were so nice! We ended up having the most wonderful stay. Those king sized beds oh my gosh. Dreamland!
Overall good experience. Concierge is knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is polite.
Indoor pool with a pretty nice balcony. Has a cool bar on the 2nd floor. Rooms are very comfortable.
Attended for a company event. Rooms are nice, event facilities are OK (temperature control either too hot or too cold), banquet food was pretty good.
We stayed for our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a bottle of wine and a plate of macaroons. Hotel is beautiful.
Loved it. Everything in the room you would need. Clean. Close to theatre district snd restaurants.
Great location, clean, well kept, and friendly helpful staff make this hotel an excellent choice. A bit pricey, but in line with its location in Boston. Highly recommend.
Great hotel and location. Rooms were well put together, staff was courteous, and the hotel itself had a very nice ambiance. Didn't spend a lot of time there, but what time was spent was great.
Meh. For the money the room and staff were pretty disappointing.
