I attended an event at the Revere Hotel for my company. They were very professional and made sure they didnt disrupt the meeting, even as they were refilling our food and drinks. They were so hospitable, I would recommend The Revere Hotel for anyone having a professional event!
Walking in the hotel it smells really good. Room service is great and fast, location is pretty nice.
Great hotel. Amazing how they asked for my preferences beforehand.
Convenient and easy to find. Walking distance to a lot....but then again Boston is so walkable anyway. Lots of lantern motif in the decorating, which makes sense since the place is named after Paul Revere. Small lobby is misleading...it's a large hotel.
The service was over the top. The location was great. Walking distance to Chinatown and several T trains. The rooms are modern and clean and balconies.
Nice place to relaxe and have few drink with friends. But be aware, everything there is pricey. The view is okay. But better with sunset.
Went for a meeting there. Hotel was well appointed and quite nice.
Rooms nice, everything they advertise is there, but it doesn't look exactly the same...
come here with my family and had an amazing time. the staff was nice rooms looked good. they even told us whats popular around town. i will be coming back to stay here again and again.
The Revere was very clean, rooms were nice, and the in-hotel dining options were good. The staff was friendly, but sometimes hard to find.
This hotel was great. It is centrally located in the city and easy to get anywhere. The rooms were clean and spacious for a city hotel. It is one of the few places in town that offered two queen beds instead of two fulls.
This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are decent sized as compared to other Boston hotels. It has great views and a nice bar downstairs. The sink and showers all have the big soap dispenser bottles (think bath and body works style, Not YMCA style) rather than the little bottles of soap. I prefer the big bottles but if you were hoping to stock up on tiny soap this isn't the place. I would recommend this hotel.
Absolutely loved the restaurant, Emerald, attached to the hotel. Went there for appetizers and drinks after seeing a show at the Shubert Theatre. Drinks were delicious but expect to pay about $13-15 per drink. The spring rolls were delicious!
Average hotel but hated that our main lamp wasn t work, shower was clogged and remote did not work.
Great hotel in the cebter of downtown. Staff has been lovely and the view from the 24th floor is quite scenic.
Very high-end hotel, however extremely misleading. At first glance, it seemed wonderful. Balconies, 20+ stories, Fourth of July, and wonderful fireworks. What s there not to love? We called in early and got a reservation for a room on the 21st floor, with a balcony, and an amazing view to the river. Upon arrival, we are greeted by very friendly staff. Once we get to the front desk, however, it seems to go downhill from there. We were told that due to a change to their safety protocol , the balconies are locked and can only be opened a few inches. Their pool was broken, we got a room on the 19th floor, which is not what we called ahead for. We also got a room on the completely opposite side of the hotel than what we asked for. Not only are the balconies locked, pool broken, but we re on the wrong side of the hotel so we d miss the fireworks entirely, which is why we booked this hotel in the first place. Other than a few mess ups arrangement wise, it couldn t be at a better spot. Very close to both the Subway, but also near many restaurants as well. Overall, somewhat professional staff and amazing position. Would recommend, however it depends on the context.
I booked my reservation on a 3rd party website. I don t know what happened on where my reservation was cancelled and I was charged. I contacted via 3rd party and hotel with no avail. Lucy who does reservations was no help to me. Just said she could not help me at all. I was so excited as reviews were amazing. Super disappointed.
Really good refurb. Rooms very comfortable and attractive public areas. However only 3 lifts for both customers and service in this high rise building can lead to 10 minute waits for elevators. As the lowest residential floor is 9 there is not really an option to use the stairs.
Excellent location. Nice rooms. Great stay overall!
We were at the Emerald Lounge. The girls there were great, it had a cool feel, but it was still somewhat small and felt a little cheesy. The staff was execent though and the drinks were good.
Wish we had been told that the room we were in was a shower only since its near the elevators, would have preferred a room with a tub or at least notice of the change.
Good rooms with in a good location right on the theater district.
Clean room, nice staff, location was very close to trains and restaurants
Very nice hotel in a great location. The view was spectacular. Great dinning within walking distance.
The check-in process was a complete joke. My reservation was lost and apparently not recoverable even though I had a confirmation email. With no manager on duty there were no options for me to get a room until a manager arrived. The story deteriorates from there but eventually (hours later) I was provided a nice upgraded room (at discount) with a stunning view and two complimentary breakfast passes. I'm happy they tried to work with me and were genuinely apologetic.
Nice hotel. Wasn't as clean as I'd have preferred. Would stay again.
Lovely hotel. Great location and views. Currently being renovated. Expensive. Staff is great and friendly.
The most comfortable bed I think I ve EVER slept on. I literally felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and almost didn t want to get out of bed to explore the city. I don t think I would stay anywhere else next time I return to the city.. it was THAT GOOD. Also, they have a pillow menu - A PILLOW MENU! Thank you bed geniuses at Hotel Revere!!
Nice event space, clean restrooms and all the AV we needed.
The hotel couldn't be more perfectly located and my view over downtown is incredible. The room is spacious, very stylish, and the bed is just so comfortable. Also the bath tub needs a special mention: it is extra deep and long. I can literally float if I wish. I don't hear anyone moving about in their rooms or the hall so that's a huge plus. I was able to sleep in until about 1pm without any disturbance (a rarity in hotels).
A well located hotel. The roof top is a good option for closing a beautiful evening with a few drinks. It is worth making sure that there will be a good temperature. It is probably best to go in large groups and order bottles instead of individual drinks.
I visited Citylife Church at Revere one Sunday, so I can't really speak to the service or rooms, but the hotel overall was very well-kept. I'm probably just not used to urban life, but parking was quite inconvenient, even on a Sunday morning.
Great hotel in the middle of everything. Stayed here for a short weekend trip and loved how close I was to the train and to exploring the city. Hotel is modern, well kept and worth every dollar.
Comforting environment, amazing rooms, with soft beds and pillows.
Lovely lobby and rooms. Super helpful and kind staff.
Very expensive, but they allow pets, and they have a beautiful property. There's a great bar/restaurant downstairs as well
Thin walls and extremely expensive breakfast. Otherwise great.
Good hotel, which has been renovated in recent years. Not the best location, good restaurants are in the North End and business meetings about 10-15min walk away. Nice spacious rooms and friendly staff.
The roof deck / pool is sick and the prices are really inexpensive.
The room was comfortable although I could hear other people in their bathrooms...yuck! My biggest complaint was the elevators. They have 4 elevators and on my first day only 2 were in operation for 24 FLOORS! On my second day only ONE was working! It took me over 15 minutes inside the elevator to get down to the lobby from the 22nd floor. They offered ZERO compensation for this. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE when paying that much money!!!!!
Very nice, clean and classic Boston. Large rooms with plenty of space. Decent sized bathroom with plenty of toiletries. Good heat or cool controls. Quiet room until 2 AM when bars all get out but that is the case anywhere around the area. Convenient to parking and restaurants. Balcony is nice to watch city streets below and sunrise in morning.
Try the Revere, you will like it.
Never stayed here, just visited the rooftop bar. It was crowded, not enough bartenders, took an inordinate amount of time to get a drink, and was full of kids just barely old enough to drink. I'm sure the hotel is nice, though.
Nice accommodations. I enjoyed the aesthetic as well. Just spent one night, but it was a night well spent.
Definitely a great location, but I expected a bit more for the price. Some concerns: horrible lighting in the room, really poor soundproofing, and a noisy "rooftop" bar that you can hear throughout the day (while attending a conference). I did enjoy having access to the rooftop/pool, however, and the rooms and lobby are beautiful. Incredible service as well- just needs some polishing on the features.
This hotel was very clean and lots of style.Better option for no children and maybe for a couple or group who like art and detail. When we booked the hotel we thought we would keep our kids busy in the pool, and when we arrived we learned the pool had been closed 2 weeks prior. There is a work out room here.
If you are looking for a place to stay in downtown Boston look no further! The rooms are comfy, the view is great and it is within walking distance from the park and also night life is around the corner.
Very modern style hotel with nice rooms. Very central to interesting shops and restaurants. The emerald lounge inside is more of a club than a lounge.
A great place to attend a conference. Great space, good food, and relatively easy to get to.
Drinks were a little expensive and music was loud for a Tuesday but it has a very nice view
The location of the Revere is really convenient, situated right in the busy section of the city near Chinatown. The facilities are new and clean, and the environment is just really environment. Perfect for events.
The staff was attentive. The room and balcony view was breathtaking. A great hotel that is walking distance to all of downtown Boston
Location is 2 miles away from the convention center so that's a little inconvenient. Otherwise, it's a clean hotel with a pleasant room, good view, and prompt service
Attended a conference at the Hynes Convention Center, which was just a short walk away. The hotel design was great. Downsides, no in room fridge, gym door was extremely difficult to get into and I received an unknown charge after checking out and no one has bothered to return my phone calls/emails.
Not just a place to rest your head! Great hotel. Excellent location, amazing beds, and super front desk service.
Exceedingly comfortable and classy. Staff was very friendly, and the rooms are to die for. Loved overlooking the city of Boston from my balcony.
This hotel is just to expensive for the quality. At this price, you can get much better anywhere. The staff was great and amicable but the room decor, the micro bathroom and the noise level was not at the level I was expecting considering the hefty pricing.
Beautiful hotel and great service! The only issue I had was I wasn't warned about the 150 security deposit. Then I didn't get 22 dollars back for facility charges.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived and check in was smooth and easy. The room was modern and clean and we had a great view from the balcony. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Parking was good for overnight and through 7pm the following day. We had a great stay and will definitely stay at the Revere again.
The Revere is a beautiful hotel. I've stayed here a few times for a work conference also held in the hotel and each experience has been great. It's very centrally located and is in walking distance from a lot of Boston including some great restaurants and jogging routes. The rooms are spacious and the balconies offer some great views, especially when the city's lit up at night or when the sun rises. The bar near the lobby is a fun spot to grab a drink and hang out and it feels very cool and comfortable.
Clean, great location, comfy beds, and a quiet room.
