I sold my car I bought from them and asked to cancel my warranty that I bought. I never heard back about my warranty being cancelled.

Sales rep, Ashton, was great with all aspects of the deal. During & after.

Let me start by saying that if you are going to buy a vehicle you should SERIOUSLY consider buying at REV motors. I would and already have recommended this place to both my family and friends. Something I have NEVER previously done. Excellent prices and even more AMAZING service.

I have purchased many vehicles and been to even more dealerships. One thing I can tell you is that absolutely NONE of them was a pleasant experience, whether I was dealing with a shady and pushy salesman or an even shadier and down right aggressive manager or owner. Dishonesty and harassment abounds in the car dealership world. So much that I came to the point where I didn't even want to test drive a vehicle because I hate being subjected to that treatment and the nice guy in me hates having to eventually be an A-hole just to be able to leave most of the car lots.

Enter REV Motors. At first I expected the same treatment and was prepared with my best Fu*k off face. Instead I was greeted by Tyler, who came out in the poring rain to see if he could help, I asked if I could test drive one of their vehicles, it happened to be a Lexus. I fully expected that he would try and fish out what my price range was or at the very least ride along with us. Instead he took a copy of my drivers license and handed me the keys. This was to be the first of many pleasant surprises. After test driving several different vehicles we took some time to figure out which one would be the best fit. Instead of harassing us or bothering us in any fashion we were just politely told to come get them if we need anything. Once we decided on the car that we wanted, an Audi Q7, we went in to do some paper work.

From the time we entered Andrew's, the owner, office, to walking out with the keys to our new vehicle was right under and hour!!! Anyone who has purchased a vehicle at a dealership knows that is next to impossible. Andrew is incredibly friendly and what's more important, at least to me, is that he AND his entire office, are genuine. You can tell that is the type of environment and attitude that he fosters. Anyways back to the purchase, he was extremely knowledgeable in my particular bank's financing and processes. This was important to me seeing as I have had issues with other places in the past. His knowledge of the process was critical in the smooth and timely completion of the transaction. Another thing I'd like to point out about REV is that all their sales come with a no cost 30 day warranty, something I haven't seen with any other dealership. While they do offer you additional coverage at an extra cost they are very upfront and make no underhanded attempts at adding it unknowingly to your contract through fast talk or "fine print".

Zodiac was very kind and patient when helping me find my car, it was a very casual yet still professional experience. Even though I did experience some problems after I had purchased it, he was more than happy to have me bring it back in and had his mechanic work on it until all the problems were worked out. Definitely recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2013 Subaru BRZ LTD 6 speed manual from Rev and I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. When I went to the lot that day I had no idea that I would be buying a new vehicle. After going over finances with Ben (who was extremely helpful) everything just fell together, and before I knew it Russ was going over paperwork with me.
The staff is very kind and the selection of vehicles is impressive for the size of lot that it is. Their newest sales consultant, Noah, is friendly, patient, and never made me feel pressured during any part of the sale. He is very knowledgeable and will make you fall in love with whatever vehicle you decide to buy. I recommend checking this place out, they just may have your next car waiting for you.

They DO NOT return phone calls so they basically take your money and run !!! Pathetic customer service I didn't get too screwed over but again they are used car salesmen that's what they do. My trade in was in great condition but they low balled me and I was too tired to argue. Really REV motor guys take a course on customer service !!!

We purchased an SUV from Rev Motors 3 months ago from one of their salesman, Jason Panah. We were assured the SUV was completely without issue after their thorough vehicle inspection. Three months later it needs $2400 in repairs radiator hose, multiple gaskets, valve covers, brake pump, etc. When we tried to contact Jason it took numerous attempts. We finally got a hold of him and his response was that they would fix it for about $2200.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

Buying a car from Rev motors has been a breeze. Ashton was not pushy, was very informative (as this was my first time buying a car,) and always very friendly. He continues to answer any questions I have and the whole team at Rev has been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from them! As a veteran, it is rare to come across businesses that actually follow through with really helping us put. Jason did, ask for him cause he will square you away. Just be honest and up front with him and he'll help you out.

REV worked with me and SELCO credit union to get me a loan for my dream car, a 2005 XC70. It did take awhile for me to get my plates and for the loan to go through; I had to go back there a few times to get things settled. I have never purchased a car from a dealer before, so perhaps this is normal. The car is great, and my mechanics say overall it seems to be a solid vehicle. The main bummer is that there was an oil leak that happened shortly after I got it, (a couple months later), and it would have been a $700 repair if I hadn't gotten a comprehensive after market warranty. The warranty covered most of the repair, although I wasn't aware that the warranty had a $200 deductible. I read the fine print but I dont remember seeing that. Anyhow, I'd rather pay $200 than $700, but the warranty is still rather pricey. I bought a car from REV August 2013. Six months later, I am overall satisfied and would recommend this dealer to a friend.

Bought a truck from them. They never changed the oil. The front right brakes completely disintegrated on the ride home. It destroyed the rotor as well. They forgot to do a bunch of work on their end with paperwork and it cost me time and money in the end. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I love REV! This is a real dealership with caring owners! I just purchased a 2004 BMW Z4 a few weeks ago and they have helped me so much! Questions... they always answer and help me out, even came to my home one evening to help me open the hood and check things out. I feel this family owned business goes above and beyond the call of duty. I love my Z4 and most likely will never need another car but if I ever did... this is where I would go. I just bought a Ford edge as my first vehicle. Zodiac was very helpful and suggested a car similar to the ones we initially wanted to test drive and it turned out to be an even better option than what we originally were looking for. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I was assured (several times) that the car was mechanically inspected. After having the car for a week. I learned the hard way, IT WAS NOT. The car needed the head gasket replaced. This is something any mechanic would notice when doing a basic inspection. I contacted the sales person and in shocking news, they stood by "SOLD AS IN' not in the product they sold. Despite what was clearly an outright lie. They don't care about anything other than selling cars. You are just a paycheck. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I wish I could give negative stars! Car wouldn't even start when we test drove it. Was told it was common in vehicles that have sat for a bit. Jumped it and test drove it. I was pregnant at the time and in desperate need of a bigger vehicle, which Jason took full advantage of. He pressured us into purchasing a warranty without telling us the company so I could do my own research. Turns out the company, Red Shield Guard Protection has 126 complaints filed against them on the Better Business Bureau, 90 in the last year alone and 69 of them were for not honoring the warranty. He showed immense frustration towards the end and we just wanted to get out of there. Now a year later the timing belt snapped and we need a whole new engine that the warranty is refusing to cover. Our mechanic had said the belt should have been replaced at 90k miles and we bought it at 120,00 miles, assuming that everything had been checked and cleared by a mechanic. Totally wrong. Now they won't return our calls for them to help with the warranty company. My advice, bring a mechanic and a lawyer when buying a used car, and never buy from Rev Motors.

UPDATE: Vehicle was traded and on 2/1/17 extended warranty insurance was cancelled. Amount of the policy was approx $2400. It has been 45 days now and still no refund. I have tried twice to contact Jason, of course no return calls or messages. I am posting reviews all around to alert others of this shoddy business practice. As I am a senior citizen I have alerted the State Of Oregon. BBB is next and then off to Small Claims Court.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 from REV and my experience was very good. Im not sure what these other clowns are talking about on here giving Andrew a 1 - 2 star rating but he was one of the best car dealers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He worked with my credit union getting me financed, My plates and registration arrived one day after my emissions testing, he was extremely engaged in helping me find a vehicle, any issues I did have with the car( which was one and it turned out to be pretty much nothing) he helped me on the spot and he was just an all around nice person. Not to mentioned he had the coolest office I've ever seen (had to throw that in). The day after I purchased my vehicle my wife and I drove non stop to San Diego and the car performed perfectly there and back. So please do not be mis led by whiny customers who probably get there way all the time.....if you are looking for a higher end quality vehicle at a very fair price then REV is the direction I would point you to.

Had a fairly disappointing time. The negotiating tactic used with myself and my wife was the "your offer is unrealistic, we have no overhead, your trade in expectation is ridiculous". The whole interaction was a bullying that seemed aimed towards making you prove the dealership wrong by accepting their evidence and offer. Quick hit quips like "so, when was the accident?" While assessing our potential trade In, with a boisterous tone. Implicating that we had failed to disclose some damage to the vehicle; Which was a factory recall to repaint the hood. He had apologized after the explanation, but the discussion was coming to an uncomfortable head.

I understand it was a Saturday and they're quickly filtering out potential buyers, but they lost this one, who ended up buying the same car two lots down. I had wanted to deal with this lot because I appreciate a small business trying to carve itself out in a world of corps, but the feeling of being in an argument with a stranger rather than a negotiation was off-putting.

EDIT: We were offered 12k for a 2014 honda civic SI with cosmetic improvements in perfect condition, sold it for $18,500 two weeks later.

Went to REV MOTORS after having bad customer service from CARR down the road. We met Jason and I can only say good things. We were provided excellent customer service and I would recommend highly. love my new Jeep.

Overall mostly positive experience, Jason was kind and helped us move through quickly.

My only gripe is with their claim of a "128 point" inspection - I'm a bit suspicious of it. After purchasing the vehicle, I changed the oil and found that there was 7.5L of oil when 5.5L was max capacity. Checking the dipstick showed this, as the oil line was quite a bit higher than the full marker.

Basically, regardless of what any dealer says, *do a full inspection yourself or have your own mechanic do it*. Don't rely on them to ensure it's within correct operating conditions.

Unrelated to RevMotors, but when purchasing a vehicle make sure you price in a full servicing - replace all filters, fluids, etc. as dealers will almost never do it themselves.

Knowledgeable staff and not pushy at all. I enjoyed my experience at Rev and will certainly be back in the future.

Buyer beware.
Recently bought a super duty pickup here and expected a few issues which I was aware of when purchased. But also expected a road worthy vehicle. Found out the tires were not legal or safe for vehicle, or properly sized, even though they were "NEW". Dealership wouldn't do anything other than offer me to buy new ones at there cost.
My experience with many other dealerships is that they would have got the correct tires on there with an apology at least. Now two thousand dollars later and stuck with tires I don't need.

Came to look for a possible new vehicle. Spoke to Jason and he made us a great offer. Driving away in a new used vehicle.

Came with my friend to buy her a car. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car my friend bought, as well as the loan process. Jason made this car buying experience a breeze. Cars are clean and presentable. Completely transparent when it came to carfax as well as the trade in value in her old car. Lots of variety with the types of vehicles they have as well. I went to multiple different car lots before finding a car I liked, I walked away from cars due to the car salesmans. But the guys at REV are awesome to deal with really cool guys! if you go in ask for Ashton or Mike both of them are great guys they helped me get financed at a great rate! The car that I wanted was a used vehicle and had a few issues with it but they took it into their shop even gave me a loaner car to drive around in while mines getting fixed. Go check them out!

My wife and I had a very good experience at Rev Motors. We had been looking for about 4 months and finally found the GMC Acadia we wanted at Rev. We worked with Michael for the test drive, price, and all that. He was very personable, professional, and not at all pushy. After we bought the car we realized it did not come with any fobs even though it was advertised as a keyless entry. Michael quickly ordered some for us and within a week they were delivered to our door. Thank you, Michael.

Sooo, REV is "BUYING POSITIVE ONLINE REVIEWS!" This will be reported - saw several posts on here that they offer a "Full Tank of Gas in Exchange for Positive Online Reviews." This is the ONLY way REV gets any positive reviews. I had the WORST service of my life! A few months ago made a big mistake by buying a Truck from these clowns. Not only was the truck NOT inspected before it was on lot/placed into service, but I got very poor service when I called to report issues with it---after only owning it less than a month! They could care less after the sale is made. I finally took it to a reliable mechanic who confirmed the truck had lots of issues - some of which should have been addressed before they put it on their lot. They don't care - period. These slimeballs are only out to make a quick buck - and do it the "old school way" - by ripping people off on USED CARS. Stay away from REV - this is about the worst place to ever buy any vehicle...

I forgot to get my license after they copied it for a test drive and I called the next day and two of the sales people there were rude. They said they would take down my number and call me back if they found my license. They never called me and I had to go there to ask in person. I got my ID back as it was raining hard to see at least 4 cars with their windows open.
The Tacoma they showed me still was dirty inside.

The place is dirty! We went car shopping with my toddler who was walking on there deck. All the paint is chipping off, there were loose nails all over the ground and building looked very poor. When I told the sales guy about the nails he said if I picked them up he would throw them away!!!!!! The place was very unprofessional overall from the way the sales staff talked to us and how he couldn't give us a straight answer! STAY AWAY!
