I went in to the office to look at a vehicle. They did not try to pressure me into buying anything. I found a 2011 Tahoe priced VERY competitively. So I decided to buy it. Being a Sunday, I figured it would take until the next day to get a decision. But Jason narrowed the credit unions down for my credit and I was approved in 15 minutes. Everyone there was very polite and respectful with no pressuring. David, their new salesman was amazing as well. He greeted me as soon as I pulled up and instead of bugging me, he simply told me to let him know if I had any questions. No pressuring. Nothing. If you are looking for a used vehicle, do not hesitate. Go see David or Jason. Great guys and great to work with!!

We drove over to Portland from Redmond OR. And it was worth the drive. All the guys at REV were great to work with. Ashton, Jason, and Mike worked really hard to get the price where we were all comfortable.. "199,000 mile"

Sales consultant Ashton Steinfeld was a pleasant surprise over other sales representatives. He was honest and forthright and helped us through the automobile purchase. I would recommend REV Motors for those who value fair and equitable treatment and an interest in your own pocketbooks. These folks did everything possible to make sure that we didn t overpay for the vehicle.
The staff looked up comparative prices online all over the western half of the United States, they supplied us with a Carfax and went over it to make sure we were comfortable. They went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb with us and addressed anything that we wish to ask about. The other members of the team bent over backwards to make our purchase experience a positive one. They worked with us every step of the way. By the time we finished our purchase it was 8:30 PM what a team.

I had a great experience while purchasing my car from REV. Gabriel got me a better rate for my car than I originally had, the car was priced very close to Kelley Blue Book and the whole transaction took about two hours. Jason was available promptly by appointment since the social distancing is still in effect. The car was as advertised if not better. His prices on many of the vehicle were very fair if not below the KBB listings for others in the Portland area. Very friendly service and quick purchasing process. A few weeks ago my mother and I set out for the day just to take a look at what options we had for a new car. We pulled into REV unknowing what we would be getting into. We were greeted promptly by the sales manager Jason. He started by saying, "I hope you don't plan on driving out of here in that." My mother and I looked at one another, ready to run, thinking it was some kind of sales strategy. Seeing our confusion he quickly showed us why he was concerned. We had pulled into the lot with a flat tire. Reassured that we were in good hands we told Jason what we were looking for and he showed us a car that was perfect for our family of 5, but only as it was at the time. I have 3 growing children and a 60lbs dog, in no time we would need more room. Not to mention our family is big on hiking, camping and all things outdoors. He showed us the GMC Acadia and I fell in love with it. I don't have the greatest credit, and it took some time to get approved, but Jason talked to nearly 10 lenders (I have all the rejections to prove it) and pulled every string possible to keep me in the truck I was sure my family needed. I couldn't be happier with the service I received or with the vehicle I know I can't live without.

They said they ordered a console for my sons truck 2008 Chevrolet when he bought it recently. Like within the last two weeks. The emergency brake stuck on truck so he took it back to them. They fixed that it took them almost a week to fix the e brake. The console that was suppose to be ordered for the truck, they said the guy lied to us. So he didn t get the console. Wonder what else they lied about? Kind of makes you wonder doesn t it.

I couldn't write another review from my other page but I REALLY wanted to give REV's service department the recognition I feel that they deserve. Since I wrote a book for my other review I'll keep this one a bit shorter. I've dealt with Nick both times I've gone in, I believe that sales is Andrew's part and service is Nick's part(not quite sure on that one). REV's service department runs just as tight a ship as the sales with the same friendly and genuine feel. Nick goes out of his way every time to ensure that my needs are met, he has a VERY knowledgeable and skilled staff. The thing that most impressed me with the service department is not only the fact that they literally provide legendary customer service but their prices, when they do actually charge, are MORE than reasonable, and come on, we ALL know that price is the real bottom line most of the time when it comes to the decision making process. These guys really take care of their customers and have more than earned my loyalty. I will definitely be taking all of my vehicles here, including the ones I already own, not purchased trough them!!

I bought a truck here about a week ago. I had been to several dealers in the Portland/Beaverton/Tigard area.
I had just finished paying of a BMW X3 from Oregon Automotive in Hillsboro. When I got the bmw a year ago it had a lot of problems and Oregon automotive would not do anything about it. I had to pay around $5000 out of pocket to fix it.
I came to rev motors looking at a diesel f350 and ended up buying it cash, as is and no warranty!
About 300 miles into driving the truck the high pressure fuel pump went out! (Very common for these trucks).

They told me they will fix the truck at no cost to me!!!!
What great service!
I will defiantly come here for my future vehicle purchases!

BEWARE... I almost bought a car. Had I not turned everything on I would have bought a car that the a/c and the fan needs fixed; one unit needs to be replaced. This was supposed to have gone through a 120 pt inspection.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would! My spouse and I went into the dealership last night, did all the process of buying a vehicle. The sales agent at the time was unable to do our financing due the to office being close. This morning my credit was ran, I was approved for the purchase and told I could get the vehicle today when I got off work. Before I got off work Jason, the other salesman, sold the vehicle that I had put a deposit down on. The owner allowed this sale to go through, even though I had already done all the necessary steps to get the vehicle. Jason was even advised by my salesman that a deposit was made and continued with the sale of the vehicle anyways. This is the most SHADY and SELFISH salesman I have ever seen before in my life. I would strongly recommend you pick another car lot

Ethan made it very clear to us that the car was sold as is as it is at every used car dealership. Therefore, we took it upon ourselves as buyers to get the vehicle completely inspected. It is within the buyers obligation to ensure the vehicle is in desirable condition. The vehicle passed with flying colors and the purchase transaction was very smooth. In summary, my experience at REV motors was rewarding and friendly. Ethan was a very accommodating salesman and a pleasure to do business within my whole car buying experience at REV motors.

They don t disclose what they should! Over a year ago my husband purchased a 2008 Ford for a great price. I asked for the carfax thinking it would tell me all I needed to know about the truck, as soon as the seller (who s name I don t remember only that it started with an E) handed the carfax he quickly pointed out to us that indeed the truck had damage but told us it was from a hailstorm! And not to worry that it wasn t a big deal ((Not true!!)) and asked my husband to put his initials to show he had told us about it and that distracted us from reading the real important detail on the other page!! Well after the first couple of weeks my husband would go somewhere and when he wanted to leave the truck wouldn t turn on!! We took it back and The mechanics there fixed nothing!! All year on various occasions his truck wouldn t turn on and he had people helping him with no success to what it was either. Finally after several mechanics (including there s) we took our Ford to a Ford mechanic and to mechanics surprise AND OURS! The truck had been altered!!! He said it wasn t even safe to drive!! No dealerships would trade it in. The miles on it when we got it was in the 100,000 but in reality it had over 200,000! To what we found out by the real mechanics at Ford. When the truck was in an accident (Not hailstorm) they reset the mileage down and there for, my husband was having smoke, unbalanced, oil leaking everywhere, loose steering wheel and not turning on! If I would have paid close attention and ignored the seller about the hailstorm I would have seen the mile Fraud! But instead he hurried my husband to sign!! Learn from our mistake read everything through and most important run away from here!! I would be more than happy to put the trucks VIN number here so you guys can see there was a huge change in mileage.

First off I want to thank Andrew and Ashton for working there ass off to make my experience a good one.
It took some time but they promised me they would fix the problem from the first truck I tried to purchase.(no fault of there's).
It took 5 week's of them locating different truck's. (5) and bringing them in for me to test drive.
They worked hard to satisfy me.
They were a little slow on some phone responses thats why I gave them a 4 star rating.
I would and have recommend them to others.

Last week I bought a used Subaru from REV Motors and the very next day it was leaking coolant. Despite having purchased a three-year warranty, REV fixed it for no charge! I really appreciate this kind of customer service, especially during such trying financial times. I highly recommend buying from this dealer. The staff is trustworthy and made the experience easy!
