Ethan was very friendly and helped us find the perfect Prius within our budget. Low miles too! We had a great experience with Rev Motors and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

I bought a car here but I wouldnt recommend it. I especially wouldnt recommend it if you arent fully into cars and the mechanical aspects.

They made a big deal about how rigorously they go over the cars, blah blah blah. It wasnt true as I found several major flaws and obvious flaws that they missed.
In the final negotiation they gave me three hundred dollars off if I would write a 5 star review here.

Steer clear from REV.
any review that mentions "Jason" glowingly was probably paid for by him.

Jason was incredible to work with. After being pressured and ultimately walking out of 4 other dealers not only did we find the perfect car for my daughter we left feeling great about our purchase. Jason was fun to work with and did not pressured us once. I highly recomand Jason and REV Motors!

Great bunch of guys. I've bought several cars in my life and this was one of the best experiences I've had. As a woman buyer they treated me with respect which is rare for a dealership. Ashton really went out of his way to help. I would definitely recommend Rev Motors.

My wife and I set out on a hunt from a pre owned BMW 328I x drive turismo and we found one at a BMW store, It was beautiful and drove very nice. great dealership but we walked away without the car. We felt the price was too high and wanted to see what else was out there. "love the internet shopping"
Found our second one in SE Portland, same thing. Nice guys clean lot but the car had a odd smell inside and the navigation and information center did not work correctly. Back to the web.. I found one at REV Motorsports and it was just what we were looking for so I called them up and Jason told me all about it. We drove 65 miles to find it parked right up front for us and it had gas and was ready to go. We were sold on it when we saw it but had to drive it and make sure. Not one thing to find wrong. Now just had to close the deal. Ashton made that very quick and painless. We got the 60 month 100k warranty and the car at the price we wanted and there was no wasting our time. It was one of the best buying experiences we've had. This car was everything they said and more. I felt like we got a pre certified car deal with out the pre certified car deal Price!
We will recommend them to all our friends and family for all their future car needs.

My Wife and I would like to thank the team at Rev Motorsports for the great car deal. We look forward to many many miles in our new pre owned BMW

Jason Panah was an outstanding salesman and extremely helpful with choosing my car. We called the night before about seeing a mini Cooper and he held the car and had it ready to test drive when we got there. We drove 2 hours from Shelton Washington to see the car and we would do it again. Purchasing and financing was simple and painless. I love my new 2011 mini Cooper countryman. It is everything they advertised and more. I would purchase from Jason again. Thank you jason

I recently bought a Volvo station wagon from Rider. Despite a few problems with the car, they did everything they needed to to correct the issues. I would highly recommend this dealership. The sale went smooth, and lacked the "creepy used car salesman" vibe. They had the car I really wanted, as well as a few other wagons available to test drive and compare. I was sold the car with no warranty, which really could have backfired, as the car overheated the first time I sat in traffic. The fan fuse was missing and easily replaced. When I called to complain, they asked me to bring my car back to further investigate the issues. Their mechanic discovered the coolant was leaking on top of the radiator, so Rider replaced the radiator and fixed the coolant leak. They also replaced the existing squeaky break pads. The pads were not proper Volvo pads, and too small for the car. Rider ordered and used proper Volvo parts in all these replacements. After almost $600 in repairs, Rider charged me nothing and Andrew (the salesman) was glad to see me go home happy with my car. I would definitely buy another used car from Rider.

Update!!!!

Update!!!!
Awful service. They offered a full tank of gas for us to leave a good review(see below). We never received that tank of gas. We also had purchased a warranty, which hasn t covered any issue we ve encountered? We have had several car issues, and when we bring it in they are rude and pretty much tell us there s nothing they can do, and send us on our way, even though they basically promised the world when we bought the car. Jason has been our person and he s the definition of a slimy salesman. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - Bought my boyfriends car here. Worked with Jason! Awesome deal and very helpful every step of the way! Helped us get approved and walk out with keys in hand same day!

My husband and I had a great experience working with Rev motors. Jason was very personable and forth coming. He gave us a great deal on a truck and fixed a couple small repairs we requested for free. I would highly recommend shopping at Rev motors.

I have bought 3 used cars in the last year, and 5 total. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a used car dealership. They gave me a fair price without me needing to negotiate, I had a price I wanted to pay after research that I wanted to pay for my car and they immediately went below it. The original price was already below KBB.

I came in prepared with a pre-approved loan from my credit union @ 2.99%. They offered me a loan for 2.49%, I said that I preferred to go through my credit union and then I left to run an errand while I was gone they prepared all my paperwork and then they went above and beyond and contacted my credit union and lowered my rate to 2.74%. It wasn't much but that was pretty cool. But most importantly I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes.

I don't know how the car will hold up or how reliable it will be, but I go in knowing a used car dealership just sells cars and isn't to provide repairs.

My daughter test drove an Audi A3 on Friday night. We told the salesman Ethan we were very interested and would be back the next day since it was getting late in the day. We returned at noon the next day to find the car still there but the s-line rims had been switched to the lower end Audi rims! This wasn t pointed out to us and when we noticed the change we were told the old rims had been checked that morning and were cracked. We asked to see them and we were told they were at a repair shop.... on Saturday morning by noon! After some discussion we were told another A3 was coming in Monday and they would put the correct wheels back on the car. When we arrived at 4pm to pick up the car the car had not been detailed as promised. The gas tank was completely empty. Good news was the wheels and tires were restored! Overall, customer service was very poor and the switching of the wheels felt very shady.

I've bought many cars in my life, from high end dealers to Nation wide brokers and small lots. Rev Motors was one of the most pleasant experiences. I have spent hours upon hours in most dealerships usually leaving with a headache and still more paperwork to do the next day. Rev Motors and my salesman, Zodiak made the purchase of my new vehicle a breeze.

This company has great customer service, we wanted to see a car that we saw an add for but were running late. The sales associate Jason stayed late to wait for us on a Sunday evening and was very straight forward and friendly. We left with a great car I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

My wife and I recently purchased a used Dodge Ram from Rev. At the start we had professional and courteous discussions of our needs and Ashton took the time and provided us with all the answers. Two things that was remarkable for us, the Price which was Kelly Bluebook and not marked up and agreement to fix certain items on the vehicle at their cost, which they did in a very reasonable time period.

I highly recommend making your first stop Rev and you will find all the guys there very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful dealership, quick and easy process with no hassle. Ethan made the entire experience fantastic providing quick answers and following up with any information he did not know. Highly recommend coming to see Ethan if you are interested in purchasing a used vehicle which will keep you happy for years to come.

I've enjoyed the no pressure experience with Mike Brady at Rev motors from searching for a full size truck to also a new car my wife loves! After our purchase a few weeks went by and the battery kept dying but I gave Mike a call and he suggested stopping in and they would help me out. I did and I'm so glad! They tested the battery and replaced it for me. Customer service was great and Mike is always willing to be available. I appreciate the follow through after a big purchase. My wife is happy too! Mike always took an interest in my son too making him feel comfortable remembering his name. Thanks again Mike! And the rest of the staff.

I got to drive away in my dream car when everywhere else told me no. Rev Motors worked with my bad credit situation when I was in a bind and needed a vehicle, I am a year out of a bankruptcy and at every dealer I have been to I have been told "You have to drive a car you hate for a few years to rebuild your credit and then get something you like" I found this unacceptable and waited a long time to purchase a vehicle. Rev treated me differently, they understood my situation and helped me with my trade in and I was able to get the vehicle I WANTED to drive not the vehicle I HAD to drive. They worked with the bank to get me the best deal possible. The deal wasn't great but that's to be expected. Ashton was incredible. He communicated with me throughout the process and went to bat for me to ensure that I was leaving with a good deal. Even when there was a communication breakdown Rev still treated me with respect. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Rev Motors.

I recently purchased a 2001 BMW 540i, sedan, 6 speed manual and was very impressed with the car. It was a locally owned vehicle that had been taken in on trade, so most of the service records were available, and had been tastefully modified Upon pick up, some issues arose with the car, giving me a common problem with my vehicle & year referred to as the "Trifecta" or "Christmas lights". I brought it back and explained the issue - Andrew took the car straight to Portland BMW (used to be Rasmussen) and had it put on the G1 scanner. Turns out there were two modules that needed to be replaced. Andrew did not hesitate to cut any corners, and paid for all labor, and parts that were needed to get the car running properly and got it back to me as soon as possible. I was very pleased with the selection of vehicles at R.E.V, and especially Andrews laid back sales approach. It's too often you go to a dealership and get bombarded with sales pitch's and shady deals. Andrew and the guys over at REV know cars, and they know customer service. I would definitely refer people here, as it seems to be a little hidden gem of Portland - and in fact, already have, my friend bought a new RX-8 and couldn't be happier with it.

Overall, would definitely recommend, and will most likely be back to purchase another vehicle once i'm through with this one.

I have had a great deal of anxiety about the business of buying a car. I ve had experiences with different dealerships and nothing compares to the treatment we ve had at Rev Motors. From the moment we called to the moment we were walking out the door, both Jason and Larry treated us with kindness and respect. We never felt pushed or bullied in any way, shape or form. The process was quick and painless, and to top it off, we received a fantastic deal.

They covered the cost of titling, making it a true one stop shop.

They also went above and beyond, filling the gas tank before we left!

Thank you!!!

There is a Gentleman that works at this dealership that you won't see if you're buying a car here but you should seek him out. He won't give you a sales pitch, try and put you into the wrong car or wheel and deal on a purchase. His name is Brandon and he works behind the scenes cleaning up the cars that are getting ready to be offered. Brandon took what was not the most pleasant experience and turned it into something very memorable. He gave me a ride home after I bought a car here and after asking him some questions I found honesty, integrity and the willingness to make things right. Not only that, he offered his detailing services to make the car look as good as it possibly can. I was skeptical since I was used to doing all detail / repair work myself. I have extereamly high standards when it comes to these kind of details on all me vehicles. Brandon did a phenomenal job on my car. He was able to get amazing results and didn't consider the car complete until it met his standards - which are very high. If your looking to have a car looking the best it possibly can look no further - go see Brandon at REV motors

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, I unfortunately arrived at the dealership using Craigslist. I live near Seattle WA and was in search of a white Porsche Boxster and Portland was the only area that had white Boxsters. Traveled the 3.5 hours to look at all the Boxsters and REV s vehicle seemed to be the better of them all until closer inspection, the seam on the convertible top was damaged, called a local shop that repairs soft tops and quoted me $800 without seeing it. At that point I told our salesman that we were going to have to pass on their vehicle. All seemed well until we arrived at the other dealership to negotiate a deal, apparently another customer from Washington called and said they were on their way from Seattle to pay full price for the vehicle, not meant to be I guess, what are the odds. Luckily, we went shopping in Portland and 3 hrs later I called to see if the vehicle was sold. The vehicle was not sold and when the salesman tried to call the person back, no one answered, after further investigation he found out that an employee from REV had placed that call. I got my white Boxster and very happy with it, REV still has theirs for sale. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES! STAY AWAY!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!

Buying a car was a good experience. REV Motors had a good selection of BMW s. I bought a 2016 BMW 328i at a much better price than authorized BMW dealership. We did the deal in person and by text. Zodiac Keyhani was nice, informative and not pushy. I traded in a 335i XDrive and they paid a fair price for it. Paper work was done in 25 minutes with no push for added services. I would deal with them again.

Jason was great to work with, he was on point with every interaction and never made us feel like he was pushing a vehicle that we didn't need. We drove 3 hours to pick up the truck we were interested in, when me and my husband pulled up in my car, I mentioned to my husband that my back tire looked low. Jason knew we were in a hurry to get back on the road, so he offered to check my cars tires and make sure everything was perfect while we were test driving the truck. That speaks volumes about Jason's commitment to providing quality service and going above and beyond a sales persons role. We will refer friends and family to this dealership, and Jason, in the future!

You're better off going somewhere else. I purchased a 2009 Jetta Sportswagen in September 2014 that supposedly had the sunroof repaired with new seals. Two months later when it starts to rain heavily I discover that the sunroof is leaking. I attempted to contact REV Motors, but never got a response. So, I had to take it elsewhere for repairs and am now out $1300 for a cracked sunroof frame. Do yourself a favor and avoid these dishonest clowns.

My wife and I could not have had a better buying experience- It was how car buying should be. After stopping at another dealer and have the "Sharks" swarming before we even got out of the car, we were very pleased with the team at REV motorsports. They were not pushy and were very accomodating and knowledgable. We agreed to a price on Saturday and they arrange financing and had the car ready for us to pick up on Sunday afternoon. I would highly recommend this dealership. Awesome !

Purchased a journey today from rev motors and really was happy with the process. Ethan was really patient with us and explained everything we needed to know or had questions about. Test drove the car. Read over the Carfax and he worked with us on our payments. Now to finally have an AWD.

Shame on REV. These guys sold me a 2008 VW with 50,000 miles with a ton of issues after promising me that the vehicle went through a rigorous inspection. Drew, the salesman, even went as far as to tell me that the price was not negotiable due to the fact REV had put money into the car to make sure that I was purchasing a vehicle that would not give me any problems! What a JOKE! After having the car for 2 days, I left Drew a Voicemail conveying that the tire monitoring light would not go off and that the car was not running correctly. I never received a call back from him. I took the vehicle to a real shop, a shop specializing in VW, and they told me that the car had an array of problems. REV even put putty on the oil pan to stop a leak temporally! The VW had numerous drivability issues as well and the VW shop estimated that it would be in the neighborhood of $2,500 or more to fix all the problems. I presented all of this information to REV and they would not help me with any of the issues even though I only owned the car for a few weeks. Gabriel, one of the shady salesman, was a total jerk about the whole situation. He even called me a liar, and blamed me for "driving the car hard" and blowing out the diverter valve. He kept trying to sell more work on the car, work that should've been done before REV sold me the vehicle. They even marked up the price of the DV valve to $190 when I can walk into a dealership and purchase the same part myself for $132. REV was still trying to rip me off after they sold me a lemon! PLEASE!!!!! Do not make the same mistake I did and trust these con men. I should've known better. You can put lipstick on a used car salesman, but at the end of the day, it's still a used car salesman.

Trying to make lemonade out of a lemon.

Trying to make lemonade out of a lemon.
Let me start by saying the sales person and the title processing clerk was always courteous and treated me with respect. If that was the only way to rate a car dealership, then I would have given them 4 stars. However, there were significant shortcomings.

1) First off, there were significant mechanical problems with the car which has cost me more than $3,000 in repairs so far. I purchased the car a few hundred dollars above its blue book price with the understanding that they conducted a so many point inspection and the car had an excellent maintenance record. An independent auto shop informed me of several issues including severe engine oil leaks and bald tires unevenly worn on the inside. Items that were readily hidden from me. The sales person back peddled and informed me that the mechanic must not have been able to inspect this car properly due to a busy schedule. They offered to remedy this by having their mechanic make these repairs at cost (about $1,500 on top of what they were selling the car for). I was desperate enough, due to my previous car being totaled by a semi-truck earlier that week, and accepted the deal. I was aware of there being problems with the air conditioning but this was not an immediate concern for me in Portland. But it became one once I brought the car back to eastern Washington late July. This was quite the endeavor to repair costing around $1,200.

2) One of the main repairs that the mechanic at REV Motors addressed on my car included replacing the oil pan gasket. This is a big task for an AWD 2003 BMW 325XI and I was more than happy to pay someone else to take care of it. With that said, the mechanic did not inform me that the front axle had a leak which would have been a relatively easy fix with the sub-frame removed. Also, he apparently cut corners on these repairs including, for instance, recycling the engine oil back into the car. From other experiences, it is common to refill the engine with new oil after replacing an oil pan gasket. I was astonished by this. I assumed that the mechanic would have utilized fresh oil after a repair and almost did not conduct an engine oil change afterwards. Actually, the only reason why I changed the oil, about 2 months later, was due to the malfunction of a couple of engine sensors that was causing the car to idle roughly and stall at stop-lights. After replacing the oil and these sensors, the car has been running significantly better.

3) The asking price for this car was $6,880 (high blue book value = $6,300; 144k miles). Due to the mechanical problems, I was able to negotiate the price down to $6,500. Plus, they gave me a $100 discount on an extended powertrain warranty. And of course there were the repairs they would do at cost. While the sales person was throwing numbers around, he rounded the asking price up to $6,900 to make the math easier. This number somehow appeared on the contract, however, I did not notice it until a week later due to my focus being placed on the repairs. The sales person recognized the mistake when I brought it to his attention and he said that he would rectify the "typo" by refunding $400. Although I was pleased he took responsibility and addressed this issue (bumping the star rating from 1 to 2), it wasn't resolved until I drove back in, 2 months later, and requested the refund in person. Apparently there was some sort of internal miscommunication in which they never mailed me the check in eastern Washington.

In summary, the staff was always courteous and respectful but there were significant short comings related to the mechanic cutting corners and communications between the staff and upper management. My only advise is to look out for the mechanic's specials and do not walk in desperate for a "running" car. Both sides made mistakes in this deal but I am hopeful, once some more repairs are completed on the car, that I will have a reliable and lasting high mileage car for years to come. But then again, some of my friends have accused me of being an optimist and unassuming.

Ethan was easy to work with. We went home with a really nice Toyota Highlander. Even though we paid almost full asking price + warranty. We feel like the service we received justified our purchase and we would work with this dealership again. Thanks, Ethan!

After looking locally (Everett, WA) and unable to find the Volvo XC70 my wife and I were looking to replace, we found one listed on craigslist from REV that looked like it could match our goal for budget and value. After e-mailing the dealership, I spoke with Drew at REV about the XC70 and my concerns about the car, and taking the time (3 hours) to drive to Portland before buying. Drew was able to get us "pre-approved" before going down, and also was kind enough to take additional photos so we could be sure that the Volvo would be up to our expectations. We were very pleased to find the Volvo in the condition that Drew expressed, and ending up purchasing a great Volvo XC70 from REV. The extra photos and financing ahead of time really helped. Thank you Drew for helping to make the drive worth it!

Ethan was great and patient! An unexpected issue happened with our trade in but he was patient and he honored the offer he made me previously! Other places would have charged me extra or just said no! Now my wife and I get to drive off in a new car, and no CRAZY monthly fees! Thank you REV Motors! You guys are awesome!

Had a great experience here purchasing an Acura MDX. Jason the manager made it simple and easy. We had a budget and he made it work with no problems. Very friendly staff looking to help customers. Not just trying to make a sale. Larry was also pleasant who helped hold the vehicle over the phone. Great car buying experience. Just how it should be.
