Nice spot for families, good food. Recommend the Peking duck.

My first time here and I loved it! Great value for money, service second to none and my paddy actually tried Chinese for the first time!

Best chili tofu I ever ate anywhere. They even threw in some veg and remembered to take out the onion. The vegetable spring rolls are the best and freshest, cooked to perfection. Mandarin Palace truly is the best Chinese takeaway around. Thanks so much for your great food and service too! Forgot to mention people on the phone and tills are fabulous too.

We arrived near closing time but the waiter couldn't have been more accommodating. The food was spectacular too. Well worth at visit

Lovely Oriental cuisine, lots of choice and good quality. It has a nice atmosphere and decor. Proper bar on-site too if you fancy a tipple. Very popular place so booking advised at peak meal times.

Great food, great value. Make sure you go in when Karaoke kicks in.

Best Chinese Takeaway in the town. I phoned from the airporter bus , just back from holidays. Always my first stop. See you on Saturday night for another one . #mandarin

Not sure for celiacs, although we advised immediately upon arrival, although we ordered and requested only gluten free dishes the waiter was not prepared and brought us a contamination risk dish. Perhaps more suitable for those who are only intolerant. The restaurant is cozy and the food is good with reasonable prices.

I am absolutely in LOVE with their roast duck! The environment is great and they even had an Elvis impersonator singing happy birthday to everyone. The food was good and the staff were really amazing. I would definitely go back.

An Old favourite that just gets better ! Prompt home delivery with delicious tasty takeaways.

Last night i could not be bothered cooking & ordered a Family Menu A from their delivery service.
The takeaway arrived promptly within 35 mins & was enough to feed a family of 4 with plenty left.
The beef satay dish & the bbq ribs were especially tasty & delicious & the whole family meal deal value for money.

Memorable Evening .....
We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night at the Mandarin Palace.We ordered a singapore noodles which was delicious hot and spicy, and a crispy roast duck cantonese style with fried rice.
Good food, with friendly service and stunning river views on a beautiful sunny day .After our meal we were served a complimentary sparkler celebration cake with an announcement and the song "congratulations" played for us. "What a lovely surprise" . We will be back again.

Food here was excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Thee best restaurant I've ever been to, brilliant staff very friendly and attentive. They have a great choice on the menu @ very reasonable prices. The food itself is 5* honestly you will not get better anywhere on this island.. the best part is ELVIS what a performer great atmosphere I would recommend this place 100%

Fried noodles were good. Chicken Cantonese style is not. The meat was lukewarm and very hard. Raw onions, raw paprika. The fried rice is lukewarm. Very loud in the restaurant. Loud and hectic music, up to 14! Waiters ran quickly back and forth. All in all, a very restless atmosphere. Waited 15 minutes for the bill, 10 minutes for the change.
Not recommended.

Awful .... tasted like nothing was fresh. Even the dipping sauce used dried chilli flakes.
Honey chilli beef...... sauce was the standard 'sweet & sour ' sauce with added dried chilli flaked .... again.

Good Chinese food for a good price. The service it's remarkable.

Food is nice. Unfortunately the owner dresses as Elvis and screams his terrible singing LOUDLY over the speaker system. This horrible addition to the evening needs to be added to the Google maps description because it ruined our daughter s meal since she had to sit there with her hands over her ears to stop her sensitive hearing. If I had known I wouldn t have come here for our last evening in Derry.

Didn't have a booking, but staff were so accommodating & found a table for us, even though it was busy. Good menu & wine list. Food was excellent. Good place for large groups.

Really great dinner the only place in Derry that welcomed us to eat at 8.45pm the others had already closed the kitchens. They served us immediately and we ate oriental the place was full of big people at the table the guys who served us were very cute and good. The food is somewhere between Chinese and Thai good. Among other things close to the hotel and the center for which I recommend it.

Great Chinese restaurant, great for any occasion - birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc - Staff are very polite and helpful. Food is above anything else with reasonable prices. Takeaway is also available.

Tasty Curry & barbeque spare ribs, warm cosy ambiance in nice surroundings. The euro = pound offer good value for money, well worth a trip from Donegal

Such an amazing place, been going here for years. Best restaurant in town 100% recommended. Amazing atmosphere, coupled with the food, can't go wrong at all. Many different varieties for meals, top notch food and extremely friendly staff. Plus when Elvis comes out the night is always enjoyable.
