The food is not top notch gourmet but it is still very very good. The whole experience is more than worth the money. You'll probably end up eating with your fingers. Go with your significant other and not a friend. The experience is very sensual and you'll get much more out of it that way.

A unique experience to try at least once! You will be accompanied to your table in complete darkness by a blind or visually impaired attendant to your table. The guides take care of the service and do not hesitate to help you if necessary. If you are allergic to a product it is replaced, you must indicate this when booking. When you forget, they modify the dish directly on the spot. You discover the dishes at the exit of the room.
Besides eating well, it's fun to hear that everyone thinks they are eating something different. Some don't really have a fine palate which makes the meal really fun.

I said I did not eat meat and one of the staff told me that there was salmon. We are made to choose a formula (from 44euros e + p or p + d), our choice is on the tasting menu (e + p + d, a glass of wine at each stage) at 64 euros. Yes, yes, it's very expensive. and it is "blind" because we do not choose what we eat.
We put our stuff in lockers under keys, not laptops at tables (I validate the concept!);
We are seated at the table, we are guided to our seats in the shadows, and we are happy to be seated in safety.
The tables are very close to each other, even stuck, which makes it easy to prick bread from neighbors. Anyway, they do not see us :) The atmosphere is friendly because we hear the thoughts of everyone and that the servers call us by our first names.
The servers are blind; I confirmed this point when I asked my waitress "and you have already eaten in the dark?", and she said "yes, every day, I'm used to" ( pellet....).
The advantage of being in the dark is that we are immediately at ease at the table (free to scratch, to remove his pumps, to put everywhere).
My companion and I even played to be tasted in the plate of the other and toast with each dish.
The disadvantage is that it's really not practical and you risk at any time to shake his glass of wine on his plate. After a few minutes of big blunders, we still quickly good reflexes (no sudden gestures, we hold his glass when the waitress serves or clears). Techniques for "stuffing food into the fork with the knife" are being developed to avoid eating mashed potatoes by hand. A chance on two so that the fork is empty when arriving near the mouth but it's good, must eat slowly, it seems.
Side content of the plate, it's ok. I tasted tasty things, like bland things. The advantage is that the plates are composed of assortment of a little bit of everything, so we try to find the tastes. I chose a meal with appetizers, dishes, desserts + 3 glasses of wine. The price is exorbitant, but I went there with my eyes closed with the certainty of having a taste experience worthy of a star restaurant but also a unique experience in the dark.
First of all, I advise people who are not clostrophobic to take part in it because immersing themselves in the complete darkness is really confusing. Do not be cautious about touching strangers etc. But this part of the evening is part of the game and is not so annoying.
However, there is no intimacy with the person (s) with whom we share our table. Because yes everyone is poked together. Not even a basket of bread delimits us. Besides, we share it with everyone. The sound quality is awful. Impossible to discuss as there is noise. Even the waiters raised their voices asking us to speak less loudly. But it was impossible.
As for the dishes. It's more than mediocre. We do not know what is on the plate suddenly it is impossible to make any claim and they play clearly. The price of this service should not exceed the 30th, so it is a joke. The wines are completely ignoble, served in plastic glasses (I understand the logistical concerns but it totally changes the quality) the wines are not grands crus, nor even medium range, the association with the dishes is worse than incoherent.
Finally they take us to a room to make us discover what we ate. It's just a big joke ... go your way without hesitation. for this price I could have eaten an incredible meal with incredible wines

Gotta say from the very beginning when they tell you its your turn to get in, you see NOTHING at all, not even for a second. They lose you a bit inside the maze they got installed. Lovely decision to be guided by blind waiters, they mix you up a bit, .. but then you are sitting almost in front of your couple, but sometimes hearing some other languages which makes this experience unique.
Had a 3 course meal and overall it was quite nice, if not amazing. Starter was a soup with truffle and then as main had some mixed chicken, fish and veggies to end up with a fruity ice-cream which was one of the highlights.
Not being able to see what you eating makes it hard but interesting and I think it maks you heighten your other senses. I ended up finishing my main course with my hands and tongue but I loved it.

Too bad the room is too small and crowded by people .. given the price there could be fewer people. I did not like this proximity to people, especially since I was very scared at the start .. I did not feel accompanied or guided in my feelings in the dark .. so the fact of being surrounded by lots of people is not necessarily reassuring.
