We are made to choose a formula (from 44euros e + p or p + d), our choice is on the tasting menu (e + p + d, a glass of wine at each stage) at 64 euros. Yes, yes, it's very expensive. and it is "blind" because we do not choose what we eat.
We put our stuff in lockers under keys, not laptops at tables (I validate the concept!);
We are seated at the table, we are guided to our seats in the shadows, and we are happy to be seated in safety.
The tables are very close to each other, even stuck, which makes it easy to prick bread from neighbors. Anyway, they do not see us :) The atmosphere is friendly because we hear the thoughts of everyone and that the servers call us by our first names.
The servers are blind; I confirmed this point when I asked my waitress "and you have already eaten in the dark?", and she said "yes, every day, I'm used to" ( pellet....).
The advantage of being in the dark is that we are immediately at ease at the table (free to scratch, to remove his pumps, to put everywhere).
My companion and I even played to be tasted in the plate of the other and toast with each dish.
