Hello Peoplescout and companies like you who states walk-in for an interview or you are shortlisted calls, where unimportant unrelatable out of the domain box test is mandatory to be given otherwise your Eligibility, Experience ,Knowledge,Confidence goes into the dustbin of that concerned company,,coming to you Peoplescout first of all you should change your title to either Robotscout or Referralscout, because it contains "People" which means Humans but you guys dont hire humans, companies like you act as if you are an IAS or PCS manufacturing factories.. where you conduct some test which is actually out of hiring domain (mine is Accounts Payable domain FYI) where there was no single relatable question came to me,Humans like me who are domain experienced... have to go back straight away if we didnt make through that unrelatable test..which means seriously! robotic industries if I am willing for a reasoning or apptitude test why would ever I opt you, instead I should go for any competitive exam right? ... use your brain atleast ... reason maybe the bulk out, so what its walk-in and hr sector has to show that they are justifying their salary by creating walk-in's.. playing with numbers of people's emotions hope belief breaking their dreams in seconds,nobody is perfect dear Companies its you who have to give them a chance to bring themselves up.. I opted You from the list of hiring companies to start my journey to provide you my time my knowledge my thoughts and to take feedbacks learnings improvements inreturn.. but what?you are actually looking for an idiot robots whom you can rule over.. Also please do not mention "Walk-in" when you have already decided to have a cake walk with your favorite referrals... you "Peoplescout" and companies exactly like you..know what?..flush your money "Salary"on Robots..I am highly thankful to you for taking me seriously on not considering me the right robot to work with ...hey say what only genuine reason because "I am HUMAN I Breathe and an INDIAN"

Recently appeared for interview at PeopleScout a few days back. The office infrastructure and facilities were world class and the whole interview process was very efficient. Recruitment team conducted the online assessment on my mobile phone only and it was super convenient. Whole process of interview was completed in a couple of hours and although I was not selected in the final operations round, the recruitment team shared detailed feedback and asked me to apply again after some time. I'll work on the feedback points shared and apply again. Thank you, PeopleScout.

office is located in condr place...which has other companies.....
tht have 2 - 3 floors operational.......

Next day ....
First round cleared that is aptitude test.
Second round cleared that is HR round.
Third round cleared that is technical round.
Fourth round with manger also cleared.
After this round...
HR : your profile is selected but your one round is still pending.
Can you come Monday as the person who will takes interview is in meeting and will update you the time
Employees: sure.

On Monday no response even they didn't receive the call.

Don't waste the candidates time.
At least give proper response.

Pathetic company seriously! Never go for the interview here. Just waste of time and money. Recently I went for the interview and I given my best shot and they said to send all the docs via mail. I sent but now they r saying that its on hold and closely to reject. Wasted my 6-7 hours and money for travel. On second thought I thank God for this experience as it could be more worse if they would have done something wrong in midweek.

I worked here as a operations manager and played a key role during inception of the organisation. My personal and professional exposure to this organisation has been amazing and one will agree with me only they spent some quality time with the people here. Its a very people centric organisation, now please do not fall for high hopes and start the comparison as thats where people go wrong and feel disappointed. Peoplescout is a big growing brand when it comes to RPO business and they are literally in the top of the list every year. The India set up went live in Dec 2016 with approx 100 employees and from there on they have grown to 500+ in the span of 2 years and thats the growth rate here. Every phase of professionals have ample opportunities to explore here.
