A tempting experience, a disappointing result.
It is not enough to have a concept, it is necessary to make it live successfully. The only revelation is that of being in absolute darkness. The room is extremely noisy, the groups huddled together take advantage of the screams and exclamations in an exhausting hubbub. Cooking has no interest. The dishes served do not benefit from tasting in the dark: no effort on textures, smells, tastes. The menu hardly seems to change over the months if we refer to previous opinions. The only difference for us is the lack of strawberries replaced at short notice by watermelon !!! We are delighted that it was left in the fridge! In short, no inventiveness.
To try in a better "day" ... lol
