We had my son's 3rd birthday party at Rainbow room and it was fantastic. The room was clean and easy to see all of the children. It was great that the kids and adults could eat and play with no set schedule. The price was better than other activities. I plan on using this for my other son's birthday.
How very disappointed I am with this distributor. I bought a Rainbow system for my son 16 years ago from this company in Raleigh and had no problems with their service and maintenance department In the past. I have my rainbow play set regularly serviced every few years so to keep the set in good order. I pay for this service no problem. I call today to schedule my service and I was told by the very rude and unhelpful lady that they are no longer doing service on the play sets you buy from them because they are booked up until the Fall with NEW INSTALLS. I was told I should do it myself. Oh that s nice. So glad your business is doing so well with new sales that y all can t be bothered with your prior loyal customers who bought your rainbow sets in the past. Nice. Real nice. Good to know where your priorities stand. Buyer beware.
Went to a birthday party here. It is good in that it allows you a large number of people, but the draw back is that after 30 min or so the kids are a tad bit bored.
Cost 5 dollars to play in the Rainbow Room. The time is not limited except if it has been reserved. There is an area for little children so they don't get run over.
We reserved a party at Rainbow Party Room for my son s 4th birthday. Unfortunately, Hurricane Dorian was scheduled to arrive the same day. I called several days before and spoke with Amy who assured me that if we wanted to change the date, she would be happy to accommodate. Luckily for us we were able to have the party as scheduled, but it gave us great peace of mind to know that if we needed to postpone the party we could without any penalty. The party was such fun and a great way to spend a rainy afternoon! Highly recommend the facility and the customer service!

Wide open space, lots of climbing. Clean, friendly and lots of fun for any age group.
Really a great place. Adults can sit back and eat while the children are in a safe, fun place to burn off energy. Clean, spacious with plenty of tables and seating, plus a faucet area to wash hands. Bathroom is nearby across the hallway. Even though the party time is kind of short for the price you pay, an added bonus is that the kids can play around outside in front of the bldg. on the trampolines and playground equipment. What a great idea to drum up business for the furniture/equipment store. Highly recommended.
Great place for kids to play when it's wet or cold out. They have open play in the Rainbow Room M-F 10-2pm later if there are no birthday parties. You can bring in food (I've seen people order in pizza ) and you can connect to WiFi. There is a little kids area and then the big play area, all with foamy square floors so semi soft if there's a fall. If you have an apple device you can even connect your own music to the rooms sound system.
Had a birthday party here. Giant room great for running and climbing. Lots of seating so no one is cramped. Clean area, helpful staff. I would recommend for any party !

Just had our daughters 6th birthday party there. Clean facility, many tables and chairs. They only allow you 5mins to set up before the party which i was very upset about. It was also very hot in the room even after i asked if they could turn the ac up. One of the employees was a little rude but the other was very friendly. Thankfully we had a voucher for a free party otherwise i would have been livid for the price it costs.
Just had my daughter's 2 year birthday party and it was awesome! Room was very clean, staff was very friendly, children had plenty of fun, very large area with a lot of tables and games. You can connect your phone to their main sound system to play any music you want. The price was great and I would definitely do another party here.
My experience here is limited to attending several birthday parties with my son, but the party room here is great for that. You've got an enclosed place with lots of playground equipment so the kids can wear themselves out. It's a little odd to walk through a furniture showroom to get there, though.
