I reported a case of hit and run to RESQ on email, as their number and weblink to report incidents both were not working. A stray puppy was run over by an unidentified vehicle in front of our society. The co-coordinator replied immediately that they can not admit more animals as they do not have resources to accommodate additonal animal. Since the puppy required urgent medical help, I plead them and they accepted. I donated some amount immediately, so that they could take better care of the puppy. The co-coordinator later informed that the dog had multiple fractures. She requested to visit the center to meet the puppy. We visited the center the other day and the center is well equipped with facilities to treat the animals professionally. Staff was kind and courteous. The dog seemed to be recuperating and responding to the treatment. The attendant told us that he may take a month or more to heal completely and stand on his own. We hope he gets well soon.
