Very very unhappy with the team. We called them twice on two different occasions but both the times they ignored. ( Once they even made false promises of coming). They ask you to send pictures and videos and then they stop reading, replying to your msgs. There's a 1 month old stray pup who has developed a huge tumor in the belly overnight. Doesn't look like it will survive. Yet, we called RESQ to help save him, but they plain and simply ignored! All they care about is their fb posts and marketing gimmicks. But in reality have no good experience to share. Had i been an expert on the issue i would have cured him myself. I had really thought of making a good donation to them but now after seeing their true colours (not once but twice) i am not paying a penny to them. How would you feel Resq if you had an ailing family member nearly dying at home but no doctor attends him? Especially after promising you that they will come? Dont you at least have the courtesy to say that "sorry! Our beds are full, we really cant help right now?!"
