No customer service and we have been lied to sever...
No customer service and we have been lied to several times and two times in writing. Stay away from this company.
We are renting a beach house on Navarre Beach from ResortQuest by Marriott and Vacasa Rentals. The service people are friendly but have NO intention of fixing issues you re having with the property. If you talk to ResortQuest by Marriott they blame the owner and/or Vacasa. If you talk to Vacasa they blame Marriott or the owner. It s almost like they set it up that way on purpose, to play pass the buck.
Our specific issue is we have No WiFi/ internet, and none of the TV s work because they are smart TVs that need WiFi. This is a massive deal for us because we are both working and have a daughter taking online courses. We are probably going to have to leave our vacation early because we can t, NOT have access to the internet for a week and the island is now booked up. We have been trying to get this addressed for 3 days.
Here is the worst part. None of the account holders have actually made a 10 min call to AT&T to see why the home has no service. They refuse to call. Then they said, they suspect the whole island s service is down...NOPE. the neighbor with AT&T says his is fine.
2 lies in writing.
1)We confirmed in writing before we booked that all the amenities were working properly. They confirmed in writing that this was the case.
2)They told us if they couldn t get this issue addressed they would relocate us to a different property. 3 days later they informed us that can t be done.
