Room was nice and big. Convenient location for lifts.

Coming from Co Springs, this place is a close second. The atmosphere is absolutely serene, the staff are great and go beyond.

Beautiful location with direct access to Squaw via a lift. The wifi was bad though!

Played golf there today. The course is a complete disaster. Tee boxes are patches or dirt. Bunkers have plants growing in them. Greens are completely chewed up. A total rip off.

Attended an engineering meeting here. The lobby area was very nice. It had large windows where you could just and take in the view. The meeting room was spacious and the wireless teleconference phone system worked very well. The restroom was immaculately clean and tidy. I did not have much interaction with hotel staff, but they did greet me in a friendly manner when they saw me. If I were in this area again for personal reasons, I would definitely consider visiting the resort.

The location is almost perfect with lift right outside the hotel doors. There's also a equipment rental area, huge hot tub, and a few shops. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I'd definitely recommend this resort. It was hard to find many downsides but every place has them. The rentals were pretty expensive, took a long time to get, and don't rent out goggles. The hot tub closed pretty early. The hockey rink on site was unusable because of the hot weather but it's dimensions were all off and it looked like it'd be really easy to lose lots of pucks.The buffet food was good but the organization felt off. The dishes werent by the food, the dessert was the first thing you picked, and the eggs were in a tiny container that had to be frequently changed. Lastly, there is free wifi but me and a few others could not get it working on our phones. It never showed the additional sign on as a guest and without that would never load anything. Again, these are pretty minor problems. It was really had to try hard to find problems. Everything else you could think of was amazing. I'll definitely be staying again on my next visit.

The first person u come in contact with creates first impressions....the first i talked with was the valet attendant...not very friendly or informative...
N cold care less about helping me....was kind of a smart mouth brat n was too old to act like that!

Very spacious rooms. Easy access to ski-lifts (ski-in ski-out). Everything is very premium.

Wonderful place for a mountain getaway. Have the ski park right besides, the resort has a magnificent pool, outdoor jacuzzi, well equipped gym. Can rent bikes to go on the trails, do the golf course, tennis... most of the staff is quite friendly. Rooms are perfect; good space, have all you need, everything like new...

Lovely resort community in West Tahoe area. We came during the summertime and have enjoyed the outdoor activities and warm weather! Beautiful spaces indoor and out -- and staff are all friendly and helpful.

Everything from the staff's attention to detail to food quality and rooms with the view leave you feeling you got the break you were looking for.

Room service is sloppy. One of the robes had not been replaced after the previous guest had left and we found food in one of the pockets. After 2 nights of stay, the 3rd night, there were no toiletries or robes. Expensive but no conscious effort has been made to provide even the basic amenities like soap or body wash. Terribly disappointed.
