Brian Wolfson was my salesperson. He did a great job and was extremely helpful! CivicSolar also had the best prices. My 7.5KW system cost me less than 10k, will pay for itself in about 4 years and will start earning me about $140 per month in saved electric bills. After federal and state tax credits, the system cost will be about 6k. What other 6k investment earns you $140 per month return?

I received great sales support for a complex residential system. Easy to price and order.
CivicSolar had issues with the shipment of my system. The panels arrived first, then the Enphse inverters, which were suppose to be accompanied by the rails (two 18' and two 14' Ironridge. I kept waiting weeks for the rails to arrive, finally the 18' rails arrived. I had postponed the install four weeks due to this problem. I called and they gave me the option to go purchase them locally knowing that they would probably take at least 3 weeks to for me to recive the 14' rails. I did purchase them locally, but I had to pay $80 more due to shipping and delivery to my house. They told me absolutely no, they would not cover the additional cost. I kept getting the run around that someone would call me concerning this matter. My next step to to write or contact, Kerim Baran.

Civic has a great team of dedicated people who are devoted to ensuring customer satisfaction. I did have some glitches on a couple orders but nothing that couldn't be resolved. The team was quick to remedy any issues. Last year the Civic guys helped me design and generate the bill of materials for an off grid system in Honduras which turned out to be a huge success. Every little part was delivered on time and intact for the right cost. Would recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Civic Soar and especially with Brian Wolfson the account manager that handled my order. You won t know how quickly and efficiently a company will solve a problem if everything goes according to plan. In my case, there was a problem. A few panels had been damaged in shipment. I contacted Brian and told him about the problem. He requested some photo and upon receipt of those photos, immediately shipped replacements. He called to let me know that the panels were on the way and later called to ask if the shipment had arrived in tact. There were no issues with the replacements and the quick response allowed the work to progress smoothly. I was impressed with how quickly and effortlessly this mishap was corrected.
